Trailer and hookup was good but there was broken glass in the bed. Location was ok but Rainier Ave location is sketchy and the road has much construction around the entrance. Staff was polite and helpful hooking up and dropping off.

Everything with the rental was fine, I was pleased with the ease of the rental. The staff was personable & friendly--which is very important to me. The pick-up truck i was looking for was available at late notice, everything on truck worked perfectly, and the check out & return were straightforward and simple.

well i reserved a unit in Bellevue Wa near where I lived, you guys tried to switch it to Seattle which would have been horrible since I needed to pick it up in the morning, and rush hour is horrible in Seattle, then you moved it to Redmond and I made arrangements to pick it up remotely before the shop opening. Then on Easter, while I was sitting in church I got a call from you guys as well as a couple of texts, thankfully my ringer was not on, and they stated that you moved it to Lynwood, this would have added about 3 hours to my day for pick up and return. I called up and said that it was unacceptable and I was not going to go to Lynwood. I booked the unit well in advance so I should have been able to get the truck near by me. Then you found one in Renton at your Rainer Ave location. Upon arrival at 7 am they did not have the truck I ordered nor an appliance dolly, which I also ordered ahead of time. I was told I could go to Ballard and pick up the truck I needed, Ballard would have been a waste of over 3 hours, in the end they gave me a smaller truck. The problem I had was that I had used your movers and I only scheduled them for 6 hours and since I had the smaller truck I had to make two trips. I ended up having to pay them 200 extra in cash since I did not want to pay the time and half. I also gave them a tip of 100 since they did an excellent job. You folks cost me a lot of time and money. I am sure you will do nothing about it but I am horribly disappointed .

My truck I rented has a hold in the gas tank I didn't know filled it up drove off the tank was in low again I fired it up again and stood to see what was going on gas pour out the tank breaks on the can was horrible the customer horrible DONT GO THERE

This review has nothing to do with the staff. Ryan and Natalie were wonderful. I opted to do the online check in. It was a nightmare! I eventually got to the point that I was given the code to access the key for my vehicle only to find that the key was inside the office! In reality there is no online check in at this location, although it’s offered during reservation. It would have been quicker to check in at the counter in the first place. By the time I went through the online process and went into the office I didn’t save time—I WASTED time! Then I checked the inside of the truck and the dolly I ordered wasn’t there. Staff told me that follies weren’t offered with the size of truck I ordered. If that is the case, the dolly shouldn’t be offered as an option when making the reservation. I will NEVER recommend this place! I don’t know which was worse, the moving process or the rental of the truck!

The truck had a lot of exterior damage the back bumper was smashed in I know it’s a rental but I would atleast expect a truck with not as much damage. If I’m paying to rent a vehicle I atleast expect it to look decent

The uhaul app and webpage are infuriating. I had a verification code sent and then entered it . I get an error code that it has expired even though I just received it. This happened every time, on multiple devices.I had to call to reserve the truck.Also when checking out the truck for damages, the website would not let me “continue” after uploading photos of damage. FIX YOUR APP AND WEB SITE.

Not sure the customer service was amazing. The young lady at the front counter was informative, great energy, and made sure that i followed all instructions, so that after returning the truck everything would run smooth.

Parking can be tight and difficult for those that are not good drivers. Other than the parking area and where the return area is set up, this is an excellent location.

My unit was at the farthest edge, and farthest back on the property. Not a problem itself, but access to my unit was blocked by another U-Haul truck that was out of service and left to sit on the back of the property--right in front of my unit. The person who showed me to the unit said he would check on getting the truck moved, but never came back. I was forced to navigate around the truck through mud and gravel in order to move items in.

I requested a one way and got a local trip. Management just said it’s not their fault cause the worker was new. Then made me pay for their mistake. If your not going to take responsibility then you should do an overhaul at this U-Haul location.

Poor customer service... Truck was received empty no fuel and when return wanted to charge additional for fuel. Lied stating she told us to return with fuel. My credit was used subway on Saturday the day she was taking photos of my card saying the system was down. The whole time talking to her friends about going to Starbucks. I will never use that location again. Poor communication and very unorganized.

The left ramp was really hard to get work with. It got stuck a couple of times and it was almost impossible to extract and put away.

I used to hate this location. Would try to avoid it. But... The person who helped me today was top notch. There weren't a bunch of angry customers in the lobby. Usually this place is understaffed. Based on the experience the woman who helped me provided I will be back again.

The equipment lot layout is fairly tight. It can take a little bit for the staff to shuffle things around, especially if they get busy. Account for this if you are in a rush. The staff was very friendly and worked to make the necessary equipment moves as quickly as safely possible.

Several times, the door was locked. One time had to wait over 30 minutes to get in. Wasn't happy that there were no carts available 90 percent of the time that I needed one.

Not enough staffing no guidance with the new employees waited almost 2 hours just to get the rental at the first location. 2nd location when I use the storage unit new staff was not guided by older staff or experienced staff and didn't know what to do for the storage unit the 3locatin drop off was perfect all for 1 month free

The staff was awesome, super helpful and quick, which was amazing given the number of people as compared to staff. My only comments are there is no lighting in the storage units and wood made me nervous about potential critters etc. moved to new tukwila facility. Thanks again to the staff!

My rating is because they keep trying to charge me when I paid 215.00 to use a storage from February 24-march15. Then I told the person on duty I was done with unit and it was cleaned then I get a attempt to charge my card 215 then got a email saying I'm getting charged that and a late fee.

The facility was good. More staff is needed. There weee several trucks blocking the unit. We had to walk quie a ways to unload our stuff. The reservation could not be found. Upon arrival I was told there were no units available. When I called in the morning no one answered the phone and the general UHaul phone answered said everything was ok to go. The manager and girl working there worked very hard to finally locate an available unit.

The staff at this location was extremely helpful under difficult conditions. It took multiple call to the u-haul help line to get the computer to accept the space I reserved online. It took two days and more calls than necessary to resolve the issue.this was not a problem. With the location but an issue from multiple misinformation from multiple different help center calls and departments.

The woman that waited on me at the counter was a poor representation of U-Haul customer service. I have been there several times since renting my unit, and never was I treated with such rudeness and disrespect. I will not recommend that U-Haul location to anyone.

Water leaks at the front and rear of the storage unit and no heads up about the leaks so a ton of my belongings got wet, molded and ended with a significant loss. Notified manager about leak in front and brushed it off saying was from lifting the door when there was a clear hole in the front seal and the door doesn't fully close. How can my stuff be wet and moldy from lifting the door when I haven't been to the unit in months? Are the employees opening the door? I would have stored my stuff longer but doesn't seem like U-Haul cares about paying customers personal belongings and obviously doesn't need my money so taking my business elsewhere.

Reseervations should leave renting the storage units to the people on site! I moved 1,400 miles with a 6x12 uhaul trailer to a unit that wouldnt fit 5x5 and they had no other units! Never again
