I rented an enclosed trailer because I didn't want the furniture to get wet. When we unloaded the trailer the mattress was soaking wet. There is no excuse for having an enclosed trailer that leaks that bad. I told the attendant that it leaked and ruined the mattress. She didn't nor did she ask if I wanted to file a claim. The manager of the store Jasmine Coleman was hands down the best part of the experience. I had problems days before with U-haul over the phone and was very frustrated after that. I can't begin to tell you how well she represented your name.JUSTIN M.

Truck smelled like weed. Customer service was poor. We booked the u-haul online in advance for 11-5pm. When we arrived at 11:00 am, we were told we would only have it until 1:00 pm. Also, they were unaware whether or not the equipment we ordered along with it would be available. Very unprofessional and disorganized. I will not be using this u-haul rental facility again.JOHN S.

My reservation pickup from my original reservation was changed two times. This also removed my original quote for the rental from ~$386 to ~$566! Then the representative at the pickup location gave me a truck with no cruise control even after I requested it. It was horrible for a 6 hour drive. I called the 800 Uhaul number to get assistance and I was transferred after already holding 20 minutes. On returning the truck on Tuesday, 8/17/21, at the wrong location, the representative there did not check the truck in upon arrival. I received a call on Wednesday 8/18/21 from the location I was suppose to deliver the truck asking if I returned the truck. Thanks to this location, I would have never known the truck hadn't been checked in and the person at the drop off location didn't tell me I was delivering to the wrong location!TERESA W.

The truck made lots of noises as if the internal workings weren't quite right. In-store was cluttered and unwelcoming and the card reader was down. When I returned after hours, I was unable to do the online check-in from my phone or home computer and had to pay the $20 fee even though I tried multiple times in multiple different ways. Part of me felt U-Haul did that on purpose.JED O.

My gripe is not with this location but it's uhaul overall. I didn't get the equipment I requested and wasn't notified until minutes before it was time to pick up the truck. I had to make several trips in a smaller vehicle which caused me to have to pay more. EVERYTIME I tried to call I would have to wait 20-30 minutes on hold before I was able to speak to someone. The mobile check in process is not efficient. It can be streamlined by allowing a customer to submit pictures of themselves and their licenses prior to arriving to pick up their rented equipment. I got to the facility and checked in on the phone. I then had to wait at least ten minutes for approval or authorization.John W.

Everything went fine at first. We picked up the truck and Jasmine explained everything. But when we got back at 4:50 pm to check in the truck, Jasmine was already locked up and headed out the door. So we parked the truck in the check in lane and dropped the keys in the box. When we got our online receipt, she had charged us $9.78 for gas/2 gallons when we had already put $10.00 in it before we got back. The truck had more gas in it when we returned, then when we picked it up.PATRICIA C.

I was unable to get the truck because the facility canceled my reservation and didn't inform me. I called the 800 number they uncancelled the reservation but I still couldn't get the truck because there was no key in the box. But uhaul says they guarantee you will get the equipment you reserve .
