Where to begin. You dropped off a broken crate that could not even be latched let alone locked. Crates were also very late. Every single person involved from the pasco uhaul was unprofessional, hostile, and incompetent. I was cussed at, hung up on, threatened, and lied to. I have never had an experience like this from any other business or uhaul location. You can literally ONLY improve. It could not possibly get worse than the court st pasco location. It's almost impressive how insanely horrible this went. I came very close to calling the police and did not feel safe around the employees after the numerous threats. Worst part was securing the vehicle. Having two alternative contacts was fine but they had to answer from Uhaul reaching out to them?? At 9am on a Saturday. Why is this a thing. Yeah expensive equipment but that alone added time me sitting at the renting center trying to think of which 4th person can I try and put down as a contact so I can get a move on in my stressful day. Had to leave four stars out of five, had an 8:00 contact free pickup reserved for this Sunday. Arrived at 7:50 and went to check in online. No â€œpick up vehicleâ€ button available. Around 8:10 the button became available. Clicked the button and found a message that said it had been changed to an in person pickup at 9:00. Joy. Sat and waited in my car until 9:00. Doors opened at 9:00, just after 9:30 I worked my way through the lines of people and got my rental. No fault of the people on duty, both were polite. A customer in front of me, apparently had the same issue and went off the rails at the staff. Made my experience seem very trivial. I'm guessing there was a bug in the computer. Either way, truck ran great and AC was very cold. Gracias.DAVID H.
The truck's cargo door had multiple issues. On one side of the cargo door, one of the rollers was missing and two had come off their rollers, which left the door hanging awkwardly. I was able to jiggle the roller rods onto the tracks and made that work, but it was hardly ideal. I made a note about this issue when I turned in the truck. ... Overall, I've rented various sized vehicles and trailers over the years from Uhaul and have been satisified with the equipment.David E.

I would only recommend this location because I have used it many times. and for the most part they are really good. this last rental service was in the toilet. They were packed with people and only one guy on the computer. ( I had a reservation )He had to run out every time he needed a truck or trailer number. His help was right there and just stood there. I had to call u haul cooperate to get an answer when the system would be back up he just keep sayin I can't call until this afternoon and it was 10:00 AM. Computer guy told me that there is no back up way to do rentals other then computer. This is an issue you might want to figure out. Computer guy's helper had very little knowledge when it came to hooking up a trailer or doing a safety inspection. If he was training then he should of been accompanied by a trained person. If he would of helped someone with no trailer experience then that would of been bad for someone...DENNIS C.

Start with being honest. There was an issue about prior damage. I did fail to note it but this was clearly something that was paid for at least once. I wasn't notified of the damage until several hours later, and after they took the money out of my checking account. For some reason they didn't bring up the issue when I checked the truck in. I never was shown a repair estimate, and they took more out of my checking account then they quoted the damage to be. So I do not recommend this U-Haul dealer to anyone due to their dishonest business practices. Steer clear of this one.MICHELLE M.

When asked how many miles I would be using for a local rental, I said I was not sure, and was calculating what I think I would be using and she said I will just put in 30 miles. I was also not told that if I go over that 30 miles, that is when I would be charged for each additional mile. Had I been told, I would have told her to put more miles. As it was I paid $132 for using a truck for 4 hours. I will never use this location again, and am seriously considering never using a Uhaul again. I have rented from this location before; hopefully, I will not have to rent from them again. The Customer Service was average; they are knowledgeable, but not friendly or helpful. When our issue/situation was brought to the attention of the General Manager, he seemed uninterested, dismissive and more concerned about how a discount would reflect on his business. In the last year, we have spent several hundred dollars with that location for rental of trucks & supplies. This location is the worst I have encountered when getting a UHaul rental. As an acutal UHaul location, I would have expected more. They did not have enough people to handle the customer load, I could not pick up my rental at the time on the reservation because after waiting in line for over 20 minutes, I had to leave for an appointment across town. When I returned, I had to wait another 20 minutes before I got to the counter and was able to get my rental 90 minutes late. When I returned it, again, there was a long wait time, I was told to take the trailer around back, after backing it into a position I was told I had to move it (I don't know why I had to move it) and I did. Then the worker out there left after dropping another customers trailer so I dropped mine and went out front. I told the worker I dropped the trailer, they asked if the other worker checked it out, I told them no that they left so I dropped it, then the worker had to do it afterwards. I will not go through this location again and I will not recommend this location to anyone else.LAUREN E.

The general manager who helped me was super rude. I went in trying to ask for help with my online check in and he was condescending and disrespectful. He was impatient and made me feel like I was wasting his time. I'm not usually one to complain but this experience was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. When I got there with my already paid in advance rental the staff seemed disorganized and ill prepared to receive me. Most importantly they let me leave without the equipment (dolly and hand truck) I had paid for. Your manager Yvette Rios made everything smooth as I dropped off my U-haul in, Pasco Wa., and provided me with storage. I was not impressed with my experience in Olympia. I had to go 60miles out of my way to get a trailor for my car. This involved un planned time. It may have been in writing by u-haul but was not communicated by the manager. It was difficult to get a hold of the manager there. She was not present or reacheable by her staff when I had a few issues to take care of. I will say Olympia has an excellent mechanic staff who stepped in to fix my trailor that was broken and figure out the problem so I did not lose my car on the way to Richland. A major part the winch to hold the car was put on backwards. You might want to see how long this part was upside down which could have had devastastng results. The manager was not at the store and I am not sure what they would have done for me if this could not be remedied. The manager and independant operator in Yelm helped me with the trailor and helped me as well to smooth out my overall experience with U-haul in Olympia. Overall my experience was even pretty good at both stores, but overall Yvette was excellent, perhaps she should be promote to a regional manager position. Thank you. The truck was in great mechanical shape and everthing was as smooth as could be when I arrived in Richland. Thank you. By the way the reason I dropped off in Pasco, was the store was open on Sunday and had storage available.
