I initially reserved a 4x8 cargo trailer for $15 at a location much closer to home. Got a call from the regional call center saying the website inventory was incorrect and I'd have to go to another location across town to pick up a bigger trailer (5x8) for another $5. I do t know if there's a 50% tax on U-Haul trailers, but the total price ended up being just under $30 when all said and done. The people I worked with and the place itself were all fine, just wish I could have gotten what I reserved, picked it up where I initially booked it, and paid $10 less for it.HEATH S.

I have no criticism (constructive or otherwise) of the employees at this location or how well they took care of me. I worked with 5 different employees between my initial phone call, coming in to buy supplies/equipment, calling again to make my reservation for a trailer, picking up the trailer and dropping it off the next day. They were all very professional, friendly and very helpful. They made my experience pleasant and easy. One of the gals that was working came out to my vehicle to make sure the wiring adapter worked and help me with the receiver when I came in ahead of time to buy my equipment. Very inconvenient location, hard to load in and out of room. Had to leave vehicle unsecured and walk up and down stairs to put stuff in the storage room. Parking is not close to units. No light in storage room, had to used flashlight on phone. Bolts were sticking out of the door, they tore through two of my shirts and scratched my back. There are people living in the storage units. Definitely a sketchy area. Much nicer storage units for less money in the area. No prorated refund upon leaving, just paid for another month on the 7th (about 140 for a small unit), moved out on the 9th, nothing credited back.Scott F. | Overall Experience

I could not get the amount of Upods I needed in Minnesota. I ordered 3 and got 2. I asked about tracking my pods and was told that wasn't possible. Now I know one can track them online. I was never able to get online to my account. The people I talked to on the Washington side were all very helpful and personable! The delivery of the pods by Courtney was great. She's reliable, personable, and efficient! However... Would work better for those getting the pods delivered to a storage facility, with hired help to unload, if you could be more specific on time. I would recommend using Upods if you can increase your stock of pods!Judith V.

Friendly lady checked me in after a very, very long wait in line. They seemed to be really unorganized and confused. After I checked in I was sent to another level parking lot to pick up the trailer and no one was there. I waited for 15 minutes before anybody showed up. Everything was very good except confusion as to how long the instillation would take. When I made the appointment I was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours. When I dropped my car off I was told 30 minutes. It took 1 1/2 hours.Rick Z.

Put white or light colored 1" to 3" strip across tip of tailgate of motorcycle trailer so, when in the upright position, it can be easily seen in mirror. As is the metal gray blends in with the pavement. This will reassure the driver that the tailgate is still upright and make it easier to see, when passing, to make sure when the trailer has cleared the passed vehicle.Garry S.
Reserving my Cargo Trailer was quick and easy. Pick-up of my trailer was also easy and without trouble. Upon return- and an easy check-in- the "computer" indicated charges for two days when I had only had the trailer for one day... The front office took care of that (I believe) with a refund that will show up at a later date.THOMAS P.

When I showed up for my reserved truck, it was not there. I had a reservation for 9:30am for the truck and 10am for my movers to come. My truck was not ready and I had to pay $109 per hour for my movers to do nothing until my truck was ready for pickup at 11am. I did not receive notification that my truck would be delayed until I got there at 9:30am. I wasted $200 on 2 hours worth of time my movers could have been working.Jessica M.

When A customer signs up to pick up their truck my mobile device at 7:30 in the morning and you get there and U-Haul says you have to pick it up at the counter and the business is not open till nine it affects my business. This is happened on multiple occasions. I'm on hold with U-Haul for 45 minutes and they tell me I signed up to pick it up atThe counter and I'm holding my reservation in my hand saying I did the 24 seven mobile pick up. No I am sorry, no apologies, no kindness from anybody I spoke to. This is an ongoing problem with uhaul.FAITH E.
The equipment was the dirtiest I've ever rented from this location. There were large grease marks in several locations on the vehicle body, and there were large rust marks all over the bed liner. The exterior windows were dirty, and the interior of the cab was covered in dust, and the floors and seats were dirty. The front passenger side tire had a slow leak, and was down to 24 psi according to the pressure sensor. Air needed to be added to the tire before I left the lot. The tire held pressure for most of my rental period, but was back down to 22 psi on the morning I returned the vehicle. Again, according to the pressure sensor. I'm absolutely sure this was an isolated incident and is not representative of the overall operations at this location. That's what makes the condition of the vehicle so remarkable.Andrew J.

I have used this location many times, not always based on convenience of location but because of the level of service. This visit was a bit more challenging as I attempted to check in online but was unable - definitely could have been my fault. Went into the store to pick up my rental. First truck was completely blocked in by trucks in all 4 sides. Had to go back into the store for another - second trip to the lot and the 2nd truck was blocked by power pole support lines. 3rd time back into the store and and 45 minutes later, I was finally given a truck I could access. Needless to say, I had people waiting on me and a time frame that that I had committed to I lost an hour of loading help just trying to get off of the lot.TERRI C.

The vehicle itself was in okay condition, however the customer service was extremely poor. The lady working the front desk, Nicole Elliot. was unfriendly and rude; she acted extremely annoyed with any questions that we had. A few hours after picking up the vehicle we had realized that we shuld have gotten a bigger truck, we called back. Spoke with Nicole, I explained that we realized we were going to need a bigger vehicle and how we would go about returning the 20ft truck we had and get a 26ft. She said "I don't have 26ft here", so I asked if she could see if theres one at a different location near by, she just said "no I can't". She offered no suggestions, no explanation to how it would work if brought the truck back. She just simply said she couldn't help us and bye. The lady at dropoff was just as rude, annoyed by our dropoff questions (we had dropped off way earlier than expected, rather then keeping it a full 24hrs we only had it for 14hrs and thought it would be cheaper, guess not). In my opinion the ramp rn your 6x12 utility traler has a design flaw. The tray or plate that has the 3rd brake light traps some materials making it REALLY hard to extract. Previous renter hauled gravel for example. I hauled fir tree limbs. I vacuumed and used a leaf blower to get all my stuff out but could only fet about half of the stones. Make thst plate removable or lessen the lip on top for easier cleaningDAVID C.

The employee helping me was doing her best to assist, but she had been dealt a bad hand. I showed up with a reservation for a storage unit, but the whole hallway of units had been freshly painted and I couldn’t move in, couldn’t empty the trailer that was scheduled for return that day, and ended up wasting a lot of time and fuel.
