As far as "customer delighters" go, perhaps having the vehicle staged and ready for drive-away (once the customer is "on their way" to the pickup location) similar to the way the Fred Meyer App handles their curbside pickup process. Your texts expired after hitting the continue button so couldn't report the gas being not full the van was dirty and dusty had to put 5.5 gals in the take on 26 miles only and the lady said without the text info they can't do anything, no refund no nothing but a 51 dollar bill and 16 dollars in gas.

I feel the misrepresentation of rent a uhaul for $19 something was disappointing! I went 19 miles I believe and returned it within an hour and it cost me approximately $50.00. The availability was great and the personnel each tune I have cone here has been great! I would recommend but be more realistic about the cost.

We called the customer service line and the wait times were extremely long; however, the gentleman thst took our call was very helpful and attentive.

Despite following the app directions the staff contradicted the info on the app. The women in the office was on a power trip, despite my past rentals at this location clearly available to her based on my account. The employee in the yard was busy pacing & smoking instead of helping and then advised me we are not allowed to pickup and maneuver the trailer, yet again based on info from the app we are permitted & instructed to.

Several imperfections were not noted so I contacted James, an employee. He asked me to take photos of imperfections in the event someone asked about them when I returned. Nothing was asked after checking in. Everyone at the facility was pleasant & helpful. I have used this location many times over the years and will do so moving forward.

This is the biggest and most convenient location around. But in general the people there are very poorly trained and it is frustrating to deal with them across the board. Very unprofessional. However ineluctable state. The young man we dealt with both upon pick up and return was amazing, his name was Cody. That young man would be a credit to customer service any where he works. But the questions of the survey asked about the location. In contrast to the poor customer service attitude I am used to at this location he truly shines. If company wide your people had his demeanor, you would have no complaints ever, just rave reviews

The protocol for charging for gasoline use in the trucks is convoluted and hard to understand. I was quoted $85 to rent for 24 hours, returned the truck 3 hours early and used less gas than I anticipated and was still charged well over $100, with no real explanation why.

Don't harass your customers with numerous phone calls to drop off early because, “we have a customer in our office waiting for your equipment”. Don't charge a customer for a extra time for equipment when the equipment wasn't checked out until much later than was scheduled because your on-site personnel were clueless. Hire check-in people that have a personality and some understanding the customer is PAYING for service and not a surly attitude.

I want a reimbursement, I went out of my way to depend on one of your box trucks to keep my furniture dry, but instead ended up with a leaky truck soaking suede furniture. I should have just used a tarp and my own truck. I understand problems like this will it be attempted to come to resolve for the next customer but I would like to be compensated for this inconvenience, when quite clearly my 'movables' were not safe. ( an employee attempted to tell me ' we wouldn't know it's leaking unless there have been Hard Rain's" ( well it has been raining for three months straight)

My friends know where their closest U-Haul location is. We were very disappointed in the return procedures. When we pulled up, there were 6 trucks ahead of us to get checked in. We had to wait in the street to keep our place in line. Other trucks came up behind us to get in line. This created a problem for vehicles trying to move down the street. Once a few trucks were checked in and parked, the others were not moved forward to allow us into the lot. We were left out on the street. This is a safety hazard and should be addressed. The person checking trucks in and parking them didn't seem to realize the urgency needed because he took his time getting back from parking trucks.

Staff were very friendly at check out. Staff at check in were not. I called ahead before return and was asked to bring the truck in 30 min before it was due. I hurried to do this in respect of the staff closing procedures. In order to make it in time and return at 1/4 tank, I took the truck to the gas station, put in 1/4 tank and then drove up the hill to the shop. After dropping off my keys, the staff member was short with me and told me I won't Ben getting a credit because I didn't leave it with 1/4 tank. By the way, the truck had less than 1/4 tank when I picked it up. The staff member continued to argue with me until ultimately walking away. My cell phone was dead and the power was out in our neighborhood. I went inside to see if I could use a phone to have my wife bring me some car keys. My car was parked at the shop, but I had no keys. I decided against going to get them so I could gas up and return the car at the time of staff's preference. I could not reach the attention of any staff so I had to leave. I walked about 4 miles in the dark to where my spare keys were and then walked another 4 miles back to my car. I went home and my wife was sobbing because she didn't know where I was or how to reach me. Man, the credit I believe I deserve would be nice. Some nicer staff (more like the check out staff that morning) would have gone even further. Not a positive experience.

The size of the units are not as stated. They have low points and odd shapes making it impossible to get some items in them. If I rent a 15 foot truck you should have a unit to fit that cubic feet inside a unit. The stairs to the unit went up about 9 steps. The hall then went about 5 steps forward, then down 3 steps. Then forward about 6 feet, then back up 3 steps. That hall is treacherous especially for someone with mobility issues carrying heavy household objects. My reservation for for a ground floor unit. I was issued a different unit by the clerk, so they do not appear to be able to read a reservation. They one thing they did right was be polite and issue 2 small units free to make up the difference. It was very difficult to access the facility because their is only one street side access point and it was in use by someone. I had to wait for them to unload. I had to nose out into 4 lane traffic to back in. Dangerous. There was a rat poison bait box inside one of the units. Is my stuff safe from infestation?

With the exception of one staff member, everyone there was very helpful, supportive, and hospitable. There was a gentleman working outside (I think he was checking in returned vehicles and overseeing the lot) who I felt was condescending and made me feel stupid. The friendly people at the counter directed me outside after finishing payment and registration, and told me my truck number. I had my key, and went out to find it. I (wrongfully) assumed that my truck would logically not be one of the blocked in trucks in the lot, seeing as how I had just paid and was ready to leave to start my move. I couldn't find my truck, since I was just checking the front row of them. In my mind, why would I get a truck key for a truck that I couldn't get out of the lot? The trucks were parked in about a 6 x 3 setup. Mine happened to be a truck trapped in the middle of them. I tried to get assistance from this male staff member who was outside, and without even looking up from what he was doing, told me it was right there, and he seemed frustrated that I was so inept and couldn't complete the simple task of finding my own truck. He obviously didn't feel like being much help, so I looked harder. It was then that I found my truck, blocked in, in the middle of this rectangle of trucks. How does it make sense that my truck would be trapped in by the others? You just gave me the key expecting me to pull off of the lot. And this guy was making me feel dumb for not being able to find it? There was a family also searching for their truck as I finally found mine. This male staff member seemed oblivious and/or apathetic to both the plight of this family as well as my own struggles. I got into my trapped-in truck, as this lost family realized that their truck was the one blocking mine in. I don't blame them for this issue though. That male staff member should have cared and been perceptive enough to realize that it was taking an inappropriately long time for two sets of customers to find their rigs, and came over to help us. Even if he thought we were idiots, you're in a customer service business. After getting my truck out of that puzzle-box, I pulled it around to the loading area. I should also mention that this was the same guy who escorted me to my new storage space. En route on foot, he asked me which unit we was mine. I didn't know. He commented on how it made him worry that (or something along those lines) I didn't even know what number unit I had. Sir, I had JUST paid. For a unit that I only signed up for because your associates had offered me a free first month if I did. Ok, I agree, I should know what unit I had just rented. But you didn't know either, and you were the staff member ESCORTING me to that very unit. You didn't know either, and I felt it was very inappropriate for you to have commented on that to me. If I'm a customer, and I'm not doing harm, you don't let those opinions out in a blaze of glory in your attitude towards us. It made me feel bad and not want to work with you anymore. Overall, my uhaul experience this time was pleasant, and I was really happy to have those services available in my community. My experience with this one staff member shouldn't inhibit other people from patronizing this uhaul's services. I wasn't even going to say anything, but Uhaul just emailed me and asked me to fill out a survey about my experience. So, I'm just trying to be honest. I would definitely use this specific Uhaul facility again. I'll just stay away from this one grumpy guy. Maybe he was having a bad day or something, but I'm already stressed out from the move. Please don't add to that stress.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This facility has a very small parking/loading area, but this never posed a problem with us, and we accessed our storage unit very regularly. The small loading zone was always empty and available for us to park and load but I could imagine a scenario where it would be too small for more than one car or especially more than one U-Haul truck.

This Uhaul storage is secure, heated, and somewhat well lit. My only complaint was no lights in the unit itself, and the hallway lights are on a timer that is way too quick to shut off the lights.

they got me 2 units because someone had not moved out. It was not the facilities fault but the renters. It worked out for the better being that the reserved unit was an upstairs unit.

My rent was paid every month on the 13th. I cleaned out my unit and turned the keys in the same day. I was told that I would be issued a refund for the rent that was paid - but I have not received it.

The only thing I encountered in 2 months of storage unit rental was a lackadaisical attitude concerning the big main sliding doors to the storage building. They were never open and ready at start-up.
