When I showed up for my reserved truck, it was not there. I had a reservation for 9:30am for the truck and 10am for my movers to come. My truck was not ready and I had to pay $109 per hour for my movers to do nothing until my truck was ready for pickup at 11am. I did not receive notification that my truck would be delayed until I got there at 9:30am. I wasted $200 on 2 hours worth of time my movers could have been working.

When A customer signs up to pick up their truck my mobile device at 7:30 in the morning and you get there and U-Haul says you have to pick it up at the counter and the business is not open till nine it affects my business. This is happened on multiple occasions. I'm on hold with U-Haul for 45 minutes and they tell me I signed up to pick it up atThe counter and I'm holding my reservation in my hand saying I did the 24 seven mobile pick up. No I am sorry, no apologies, no kindness from anybody I spoke to. This is an ongoing problem with uhaul.

The equipment was the dirtiest I've ever rented from this location. There were large grease marks in several locations on the vehicle body, and there were large rust marks all over the bed liner. The exterior windows were dirty, and the interior of the cab was covered in dust, and the floors and seats were dirty. The front passenger side tire had a slow leak, and was down to 24 psi according to the pressure sensor. Air needed to be added to the tire before I left the lot. The tire held pressure for most of my rental period, but was back down to 22 psi on the morning I returned the vehicle. Again, according to the pressure sensor. I'm absolutely sure this was an isolated incident and is not representative of the overall operations at this location. That's what makes the condition of the vehicle so remarkable.

I have used this location many times, not always based on convenience of location but because of the level of service. This visit was a bit more challenging as I attempted to check in online but was unable - definitely could have been my fault. Went into the store to pick up my rental. First truck was completely blocked in by trucks in all 4 sides. Had to go back into the store for another - second trip to the lot and the 2nd truck was blocked by power pole support lines. 3rd time back into the store and and 45 minutes later, I was finally given a truck I could access. Needless to say, I had people waiting on me and a time frame that that I had committed to I lost an hour of loading help just trying to get off of the lot.

The only thing that was confusing is that when I logged in to do the online turn-in, it listed a different location across town to turn in, which was confusing and irritating after driving 700 plus miles. It seemed to turn out okay, but I definitely did not need that worry.

The vehicle itself was in okay condition, however the customer service was extremely poor. The lady working the front desk, Nicole Elliot. was unfriendly and rude; she acted extremely annoyed with any questions that we had. A few hours after picking up the vehicle we had realized that we shuld have gotten a bigger truck, we called back. Spoke with Nicole, I explained that we realized we were going to need a bigger vehicle and how we would go about returning the 20ft truck we had and get a 26ft. She said "I don't have 26ft here", so I asked if she could see if theres one at a different location near by, she just said "no I can't". She offered no suggestions, no explanation to how it would work if brought the truck back. She just simply said she couldn't help us and bye. The lady at dropoff was just as rude, annoyed by our dropoff questions (we had dropped off way earlier than expected, rather then keeping it a full 24hrs we only had it for 14hrs and thought it would be cheaper, guess not). Overall, I won't be going to that location again.

All was great. Friendly staff took care of us well. We moved our stuff to another spot to save money and closer to our home, otherwise would have remained here if a smaller unit was available after we got rid of some stuff. Rented one of the vans, which was clean and ample for our needs. Highly recommend and would use again. ¡Gracias!

The location was not an issue. Having U-Haul promise me that a truck was available in BELLEVUE, NOT OLYMPIA, was the issue. Sooooo bad a way to run a business, people.

In my opinion the ramp rn your 6x12 utility traler has a design flaw. The tray or plate that has the 3rd brake light traps some materials making it REALLY hard to extract. Previous renter hauled gravel for example. I hauled fir tree limbs. I vacuumed and used a leaf blower to get all my stuff out but could only fet about half of the stones. Make thst plate removable or lessen the lip on top for easier cleaning

There was a SNAFU when I showed up to originally return the trailer. However, the clerk did her best to assist in clearing up the bad hand she was dealt. When I was actually able to return the trailer today, the same employee was still helpful and kind. Much appreciated!

The employee helping me was doing her best to assist, but she had been dealt a bad hand. I showed up with a reservation for a storage unit, but the whole hallway of units had been freshly painted and I couldn't move in, couldn't empty the trailer that was scheduled for return that day, and ended up wasting a lot of time and fuel. They did extend my trailer reservation at no cost, which I appreciate. Hopefully, move-in today will go more smoothly.

The two staff members who worked the front counter were absolutely disgusting to us customers. I along with many other customers arrive to the location at 8.58am with the doors open and one person at the register. The staff member at the register did not acknowledge anyone just sat at the register with his head down. The staff member that came in next walked in still not acknowledging any customers said to the other staff member very loudly " We are not even open yet I don't know why they are even in here!" It was the absolute worst first experience. The assistant manager and the two men that were helping outside were amazing though.

Whoever took my initial order messed it up, which I noticed and called back and got straightened out. I thought. But, when I arrived to pick up my van, the person working said I had it rented only for 3 1/2 hours and would have to return it at 11 am because someone else had it rented after me. I later looked at my confirmation and it said I had the van rented for one day. That did not flag anything to say to me that it was a partial day. A 3 1/2 hour rental was not going to work as I had family coming into town to help pack and move us for the full day and they were already at my house. I tried to remain calm and the U-haul clerk, Madi, was very kind and figured it out. I don't know what she did, but she knew what she was doing. We had a great move and returned the van at 4:30 pm. But, whoever took my order really messed it up. I hope Madi was able to help whoever rented after me figure out a van as well. They may have been in the same situation as me. Thanks for asking.

We returned the trailer at least 4 hours early and an associate said all was clear. The following day, the company called to ask where the trailer was and why it wasn't returned on time. All worked out in the end, but was a bit crazy to have the miscommunication.

This manager was very rude to me. I mentioned that the 35 miles that they gave me was not enough and that I was going to go over. She proceeded to argue with me and tell me she knew the area I was driving to and you "won't go that far over and besides it's not that much, you can pay it" I was appalled at the way I was spoken to by a general manager of your company. I am a long time U-Haul customer. I have rented trucks and crossed the country morn than once and never had a complaint. But this is the last time I will use U-Haul. I work hard for the money I make and I will never spend it with this company again.

The team at this U-Haul site is excellent. The trucks are well maintained and spotless when you pick one up. On my most recent rental I had to extend my rental and they were wonderful; checking in with me to see how everything was going and if I needed to extend further. Just above and beyond level of service!

I had a great experience at this location. I had reserved a truck at a different location, only to arrive there and they were closed. Why was I allowed to make a reservation if the location was closed? Especially when there was a "promotion" stating that a truck would be there, guaranteed, or I would receive $50. No truck, and no $50. I'm glad there was another location close by that had a truck, otherwise this would have been a completely negative experience. And I did try calling your customer service line, 3 times, No answer ever. Even after waiting on hold or 30 minutes.
