Yes, it was clean, but the truck was noisy, had more than 100,000 miles on it, and the ramp was exceptionally difficult to shove back in all the way.MARGARET C.
My friend and I drove one of the vans for about six miles and then returned it. I have done it before and I always put two gallons of gas that is enough for the trip. This time I got charged additional four gallons of gas and that really pissed me off. I went back to the office and spoke with a lady who did not give a damn about it and the fact a van cannot burn 6 gallons of gas for a total of six miles. This company steals money from the customers and I will never use UHaul again. It is shameful and says enough about it so I am done.Yordan G.

My reservation was changed to this location and I was given a smaller truck. My requested appliance dolly was not in the truck. The mobile pickup didn't have a step to verify equipment, so I drove away and had to turn back to pick it up, resulting in extra mileage charges. My experience overall was good, but the overall cost was a lot more that i was expecting. I was under the impression that the first 30 miles where included in the price and it was $0.50 per mile for each subsequent mile. I was charged $1.89 per mile nearly 4xs the amount I was expecting. I think next time I will use Budget Truck Rental to save the money.JESSE B.

I did ask if the "person" that keep asking questions, without allowing my input was a 'real live person" or a robot 2] I was give an price for 2 days; you charged for 2 days. A very good experience overall; the person that helped us was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We had a car transport that had to be hooked up to our U-Haul truck, and he was patient with us throughout the process. Buying it online ahead of time was too complex. Did all the work and then couldn't get signed in to pick it up automatically. Too expensive with extra miles and fuel. Overall a pretty poor experience but your truck was in fine shape but 141 bucks to move a half load of stuff a couple miles kind of bullshit.BREK L.
They billed me for an extra rental period because they checked in the truck 5 hours after I returned the vehicle and keys. Then I had to wait on the phone for 60 minutes to get a refund, but the person on the phone couldn't do basic math to figure out the refund. Please hire more capable people.JOANNE H.

Convenient location, however, took over an hour to get a rental. Showed up at 12:30, long line and then the young man working told us they didn't have anything available and to call at 3. Went online and found a rental available at 1:15, same location. Took 25 minutes to go through the process with the online rep. Huge pain and a lot of wasted time.Jamie E.

I did self check in and was stuck in waiting approval for 10 minutes without explanation. Then when I finally asked to chat with someone they said my alternate contact didn't answer the phone. But I only found that out after I asked. Also it didn't state anywhere that my alternate contact would need to be available to answer the phone In order it check out. Then the process it self took forever. I had issues with the self lock key box and had to have someone help me which defeats the purpose of self check out. Then even though I ordered 12 furniture blankets I was only given 3. Overall it was very frustrating.Heather M.

Did not follow proper procedures for check in check out. Charged for fuel, even though I fueled the truck much more than I used. It's ridiculous beyond reason: charged me for 6gallons of fuel for 18mi rental. The MPG on that truck is over 6. So at most 3 could have been used. 6 is twice of the possible amount I could use.Victor A.

The person that I checked in with my reservation (I think his name was Moses) was absolutely top notch. Very polite, personable, and knowledgable about the products. When I checked in, they're were multiple people in line, which Moses was able to quickly accommodate each one, then greeting the next customer within minutes. While our conversation was brief, I did learn that he was getting ready to go back to college. If he continues to work while going to school, this employee truly deserves an elevated job roll within the company. This young guy is leaps and bounds far superior than anyone I've encountered at my more "local/closer" U-Haul, so it was a nice refresher to see professionalism at a front desk. Others would benefit from having Moses in a leadership role.RYAN S.

The mobile phone renting method was a serious pain, worse than just going to the desk. The email said I had three easy steps to rent, but there was actually a really big one that was NOT mentioned. It was the "additional verification" a page BELOW the "Three easy steps". If I HAVE to do it before I can rent, then it should be another step... FOUR STEPS!!. And it wasnt apparent until i was at the store trying to pick up my vehicle in the rain, I had a bunch more to do, it was worse than just going to the counter... a copy of my passport, or my lease, or phoning my employer?!? What the hell, I've rented from Uhaul a bunch and never had to do any of that crap. The people at the store were great, the mobile renting thing is terrible.Philip S.
Location marked the gasoline level higher than it actually was. When I returned at the same level, they tried to charge for gasoline that wasn't used. Their price for gasoline at 25% over market rates. They charge for gasoline but rarely if ever actually put any in, so it's basically just a fine.Ward D.
