Rented a 15' truck for a few hours and put just over 11 miles on it. Picked it up with 5/8th of a tank and dropped it off with just over that. I was billed for 12 gallons of gas. According to the uhaul website, the 15' truck gets approximately 10 miles to the gallon so I'm not sure how I could have used even slightly close to 12 gallons on 11 miles. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the dash before left to show the gas levels. Won't be visiting this location again.GEOFFREY B.

The team was exceptionally helpful and informative. My truck had not been processed in an had probably 24 soiled packing blankets in the rear box area with a dolly resting on the blanketsâ€¦.. I think the gas was a little low too. This one just got away from the processing team. The truck leaked water into the box and the standing water saturated some of the boxes on one side. I took a couple pictures so we'll see about a small claim.Sandra B.

Clean out the back of the truck. The previous user must have used it to dispose of old Christmas trees because it had the needles still in there. An inconvenience to clean it out since we are charged if we leave a mess in it.BLAKE RENTON M.

Your employees, as always, were friendly and efficient. I tried checking in via the app and provided both my photo and photos of both sides of my driver's license. But when it asked me to provide the phone number of somebody you could call "right now" to verify my existence, that was enough. You have my freakin' picture! I was told fuel was at 3/4. When I checked it it was at 1/4 and the gas cap was open. I took a picture as proof and posted it on the walk around. I returned it with 1/4 and was charged $80.Cameron M.

The truck I had STRUGGLED up hills. So much so I thought the truck would fail mid-climb. Windshield wiper needs to be replaced on the truck I had.Augusta E.
The rental truck was listed as merely having â€œAM/FM radioâ€, but in fact had a modern in-dash console with CarPlay / Android Auto support. Fortunately, I had brought a USB cable along, and those together made a *huge* difference in the comfort and ease of my use of the truck and trailer. Where possible, more up-to-date information on the vehicle's support for modern tech like this would be helpful and a big selling point.John W.

The trailer ramp was broken. The rep i spoke too on the phone when i was stuck on the mountain pass due to it being closed and trying to explain to him i was not going to make it back in time was extremely rude told me he would charge me more and the cost was just fine i planned to spend more but then he hung up on me. He was very very rude! The store was nice and did not know the trailer ramp was broken.PATRICK L.

The trailer door needs fixing. It opens partway easily but then it's very difficult to open the remainder of the way. A weaker person would have a lot of trouble getting it open all the way. Also it's incredibly noisy as it opens and closes it hurts my ears.MARK B.

The truck had a huge dent in the drivers door and front fender. The door rubbed on the fender when opening it.The drivers side mirror was cracked and the passenger side mirror was cracked and taped together. The employees were all very friendly and attentive and knew the material well. When we brought up the damage about the truck to their attention before we left the lot they were well aware of it and told us we would not be charged.KENNETH G.
The Checkin, Checkout process needs improving. It took 45 min to get my vehicle. And every time I've gone to a Uhaul location (used several times in past few months), it takes 30+ min each time, sometimes just to buy supplies. And returning the vehicle, it would have been nice to not have to wait in line just to return a key. Why not replicate the "at car, upon arrival" Checkin method of rental cars. But overall, I'm thankful for the service Uhaul provides, a service I couldn't do on my own.TIMOTHY H.

The cargo van is an amazing vehicle! It fit everything as expected. I used the dimensions on the website to guide me. The website is very helpful. After unloading, during the move I had to run multiple errands throughout the next several days with only the van as my vehicle. It drives like a charm. The mirror system took a little bit to get used to.but once I did, it was trustworthy. The shop I rented from is kind and responsive. The staff are reasonable and helpful and efficient. The car door lock was broken, I called and reported it. I feel u-haul should have credited something me for their lack of a well maintained vehicle. The people are nice, but the parking is horrible at this location. I'd recommend this location only because it's the only u-haul around.Eric H.

Pretty busy in the morning so I came back later, no waiting and the guy behind the desk helped me out right away, smooth sailing. Same on the return. The only problem with the whole process was trying to upload images of my driver's license in the pre-approval process.CHARLES C.
All was great, except the extra charge for gas. I drove seven miles, paid a per mile rate, and then was charged for TWO GALLONS of gas? No, it's not much money, but does that van really only get 3.5 mpg? Why did I pay for mileage if I was going to be charged for gas? Good thing I didn't have to drive more miles!Leslie S.

Your site's horrid, kept timing out on me. When I got in to check in it wouldn't budge even though I'd used the check in online. So this was a further delay in addition to the line I had to wait through (I though I'd checked in... The helpful clerk took a pic of my DL (I had no idea he was going to do this) and uploaded it fresh this cleared the issue it was having since your site was now saying my address was foreign (I did not check that box, & I can walk to the location...), but it was a bit creepy cuz I'm only guessing he deleted the photo of my DL. Wish he'd asked me to do a fresh upload. Your after hours return process though was pretty easy.Jonathan T.

I booked my truck on line and wanted to use the online pick up tool so I didn't have to wait like I did last time. The web site said the location didn't open until 10am. When I got there it had been open since 7am. Then the web check in didn't work. It said I had to check in with the clerk. I then had to wait an hour! I use this for business so this cost me money. I had myself and 3 guys waiting around for an hour! This makes we not want to use this location. After now waiting for 45 minutes and an hour in my last 2 visits I will only try once more. If I have to wait again I will not be using this location again.JOHN H.

My contract stated the truck needed to be returned with 7/8 of the gas tank full, however the truck started with only 3/4 of a tank. I took a picture of the odometer and gas tank when I first received the truck but didn't want to deal with contesting my contract. In the future I'd hope the gas level is accurately recorded, as I was not given the chance to verify before signing the contract.Desmond H.
I had a terrible experience. I had a truck reserved at 11:00 am I showed up 10 mins early and then had to wait in line for 45 mins. In addition, I booked a moving crew for 11:30 using the U-haul, and because of the delay, I was late to meet them at the move location costing me about $50+ in lost time.Mark J.

The person doing the trailer hookup didn't twist the chains enough and they were dragging on the road, until I stopped and had to re-hook-up the chains and twist them so they no longer touch the ground. Small thing but I think people should be better trained for the trailer hookup as it can create a risk for the customer and company in cases of accidents or wear/tear on the equipment.DENIS A.
