It was extremely difficult to fuel up the cargo van. The vapor valve was apparently clogged. Filling up the tank took 15 to 20 minutes. Very inconvenient considering I drove the van for over 2 weeks. No offer of compensation.

I rent from this facility about 6-8 times a year. I always get good service. Yesterday I picked up an AO and I did not get out to walk the trailer as I had taken out insurance on it. As I drove down the road leaves were blowing out of it. When I returned it I mentioned the leaves to the attendant and it said yeah he saw it but couldn't do anything about it. He said that won't happen again as the leaves were all off the tree it was under. I brought it back clean, I guess my broom works better than his.

I am so impressed with this location. I had checked reviews for closer locations, but came here and was thrilled at the experience I had at this place. The 4 staff members I had contact with were, without exception, helpful, courteous and efficient. The facility was neat, well organized and had a complete inventory of vehicles, trailers, packing gear etc. This is definitely my "go to" place. It also speaks well of the management to inspire such a great crew who take such pride in their store

I cannot think of anything needing improvement. Check in was simple and super fast. Truck ran smooth with no issues. Drop off was also simple and fast. Rates were exactly as anticipated (no surprises or hidden fees). Customer service at this location was excellent! Everyone very friendly both when I checked in as well as when I dropped off. It was actually kinda fun.

I need my refund. When I went to return the truck, I was not able to check the truck back in after hours, simply because the agent did not send me my contract through email. Despite the fact that I called and explained what happen, I got overcharged $20.00 for a mistake committed by the renting agent. After three days of claim, I still have not received my refund back, nor heard anything from U-Haul.

1. Let the staff know how to treat customer. 2. Disable the mobile check-in option, as it is of NO GOOD. The receptionist at the store took 30 min to get the car, FOR A MOBILE BOOKING. 3. I have had the worst of worst experience in this shop and could never ever walk back in there or recommend anyone. At a point of time, I felt like calling Cops to confront the rude receptionist.

One of employe from Unda: Beth Rolfe doesn’t know how to talk with customers, she doesn’t know respect customers. She was talking with me and with my friends not polite and so rude. She lied me twice that they don’t have a uhaul car and second time she lied about price and told me expensive price than website. Because of her I late and my reservation was canceled.

The secondary phone number required to rent a trailer is ridiculous. I had to go home (30 minutes to uhaul and back, wasted) so that my wife could get her cell phone so that we could come back to uhaul so that the representative could call her phone and see that the number connected. Are you kidding!? This is not easy, not convenient, and definitely not customer friendly. Isn't this why you require a credit card and have customers sign liability!? Extremely disappointed and will avoid working with this location at all costs in the future.

A handful improvements that Uhaul and this location in particular can learn from and improve; 1. If the customer already did the expedited check-in prior to arriving onsite, time should be of the essence. There shouldn't be any need to recheck ID, re-enter email addresses, phone numbers, email or need to do any other paperwork for that matter. I spent 25 minutes waiting for the processing and paper to be done. 2. If a customer rents a trailer online and Uhaul calls to confirm that this location had 2 onsite, then when the customer gets there, one was already rented and the other may have been stolen? (they didn't have a full understanding of inventory) this is far from professional and efficient. 3. Don't question the customer. I stated I would be back within a couple hours multiple times. I probably spent more time on the Uhaul lot and inside working through the paperwork then I did with the trailer. The sooner I could leave, the sooner I would be back. 4. Returning the trailer - there were multiple uhaul box trucks not fully pulled into the lot. I could have waited to get and blocked Highway 99 traffic, but I thought that was a very dangerous position to be in. None of the employees gave me any guidance and so I pulled into the lot past the box trucks back to where the trailers were stored. The younger employee came up to me and told me I should have waited behind the box trucks (blocking HWY 99 traffic) like I was "supposed to do". There seems to be plenty of room behind the back of the building to relocate some of the trucks and organize the entrance better. Then the younger employee told me to back the trailer up back into oncoming HWY 99 traffic to get it back to where it was "supposed to go". I had to be rude and tell him there's no way I'm doing that and I'm taking it back to behind the building (where it's stored and in reality, made it easier for them)... In summary, this experience was a huge PITA and there are many processes that Uhaul and this location could improve to keep their customers happy and wanting to come back and rent again.

Received the truck with dirt in the back bed brown they charged me a 25 dollar cleaning fee when I returned. Said the gas gauge was at 1/2 a tank when I picked up but was actually a little under. I returned the truck at 1/2 tank.

The mileage charge is excessive - a lot like all the "hidden" charges being implemented by Airlines, Cable Companies, Apartment complexes and Cell Phone companies. Just tell us the real price up front and get rid of the fees.

zip tie the moving pads container like the dolly is zip-tied, one of our teenage helpers thought he was being helpful and opened the bag before we could stop him and we were charged an extra $20. Now we did not use the pads, but because the sealed bag was open we are responsible for the charge. total understand the reason for this policy but it was easy to accidentally have a helper use these

The original 10' box truck had a distinct shuttering when we reached speeds over 40 mph. Since we planned to drive it from Seattle to Phoenix, we had to exchange immediately. They remedied the situation and we were on our way with little inconvenience. Cheers

It is your people that make UHAUL. Beth was great when she rented me the trailer, Beth had a warm smile and a great laugh. Garrett hooked up the trailer for me and he was a very personable young man and a great help. When I turned in the trailer at 0715 the guy on the lot was welcoming and had a smile even at o dark 30.

U-Haul hacked my bank accout and took money from my bank without my permission, when I asked them why they haked my bank accout, they said there was a damage on the vehicle, I told them that I did not made any damage to the vehicle and if there was really a damage check the history of the vehicle to find out when and by whome was that damage made. Also no one did a walk around with me on the vehicle and nothing was notified so how are you proving that that damage was made by me they had no answer for that so that is a clear rubbary and hacking people accounts, I am going to sue U-Haul in court for that hacking my bank account.

When I picked up the trailer the rep had an issue with changing the rental time. But we figured it out and he told me that I would be charged for a single day. When I checked in for the drop-off, I was charged for 2 days and was not happy with that at all. But it was cold and I was tired so I did not do anything about it.

The size of truck that I had reserved ended up not being available. I was not told about this until I came in to pick up the truck and ended up having to get a smaller truck so my move took multiple trips. I would have appreciated a call/text/e-mail letting me know that I would need to find a truck elsewhere or change my current reservation. I have never been treated so bad by a place if business.we came yo get my moms things out of storage after my mom passed away .and everything I asked of the front desk was made to feel fustrstion .they said I could rent a truck n get a month free .but after I rented truck they said that I would only get the free month storage would be to go to another place I was fustrated n hurting because we had to go threw my moms stuff they need to teach them to have some compassion not just about making money.life and people mean more than money.

Just wanted to respond to your request. I picked up my trailer for a cross-country move. I didn’t feel real confident with the person that help me hook it up. We tested the lights and he said everything was good. Got home and realized that the left tail light was not working. It was a time sensitive situation so I couldn’t just take it back. We loaded the trailer up and thought we would drop by another U-Haul dealer close by. The guys there responded and came out to try to address the situation. The whole wire had come Out. They replaced it with a new unit and it worked fine. In the meantime I was looking at the height of my tongue for the trailer. I was told 18 inches is what was preferred and that was how high my trailer hitch was. But upon looking at it it didn’t look level. So I went in and bought another trailer hitch that was 2 inches lower. I asked for help to put it on and the manager said he couldn’t do that. I asked do you just have a jack that I could use for five minutes but he would not make that available either. It was pretty frustrating. While we were fixing the tail light the door Sprong and got wrapped around the cable. It took him 20 minutes to fix that. Not a good feeling starting off on a cross-country trip. I was so frustrated I returned the trailer hitch and just went with what I had. Everything worked out fine but it sure did leave a bad taste in my mouth. I recognize U-Haul pretty much has a corner on the trailer one-way market. We use Penske for our cross-country move for the big stuff. We rented 2 26 foot trucks. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff was dismissive, argumentative and down right disrespectful. The entrance to the business is absurdly difficult to get into, almost impossible to find parking and not safe as it forces you to walk around a blind corner into in-coming/out-going rental truck traffic. An elderly women was nearly hit by a rental truck as she approached the entrance to the office. The lobby is cluttered and makes you feel like cattle as you wind around a makeshift aisle built by moving supplies. At the counter, do not expect any kind hospitality. The staff are clearly not trained to understand what customer service is, and you are simply there for a transaction. The staff do not show any compassion for their customers; who are already stressing over all the stress which comes from moving. When asking questions about how their processes or systems used to collect data, the employees a quickly impatient and disrespectful. The assistant manager (Beth), who was the only manager on site at the time, clearly was frustrated having to navigate a customers complaint/questions. She made her frustrations know and in front of all the other customers waiting in line; rather than taking the customer to a more private area for a calm discussion. None of the staff were remotely interested in helping alleviate any concerns customers had. When they finally got a vehicle ready (around an hour and a half had passed since entering the store) the assistant manager was asked to show how the vehicle operates: how to adjust mirrors, controls, etc. Instead the assistant manager rolled her eyes and said it’s not complicated, just open the door and turn the key. Should the customer have a collision or sustain injuries from operating a vehicle they asked for instructions on how to operate, yet where not given any, may put your business at great liability. Finally, the vehicle was dirty. There was trash in the back and inside the cab. The store also did not make it clear there are other options available, and ways to save money, and instead said nothing. I will not be back, will encourage others to avoid this location, and will without reservations choose somewhere else to conduct my business. I hope others don’t have to endure what I had to endure.

The wiper blades were horrible and the heater fan made a shrieking loud noise. Wiper blade should always be replaced. Not to do so is a dereliction. Mid-winter they should be inspected. Safety First.

We rented 4 units all tol. 2 in N Lynnwood & 2 more in Smokey Point. All 4 units were clean and well maintained. We also rented 3 large trucks and 1 trailer. Our move was from Yakima, to Marysville.

Everything was good until the move out. The elevator stopped working and we were told we couldn't use the stairs. My movers were flexible and didn't charge me extra for this, but it was frustrating.

This uhaul is the best one around, I've used them for moving trucks and vans, and have used self storage a few times. They are very helpful, and sometimes give little discounts (late move out etc)

Most unprofessional and rude place that i have ever dealt with. Decided to treat my husband like crap as well as me. My aunt who was helping us move out fell and dislocated shoulder on unmarked curb.
