Better customer service from the store representatives is needed. I reserved a uhaul this past Sunday and returned it after store hours. I admit I brought the truck back late but there was nothing wrong with the truck when I brought it back. I verified it myself outside the store on my phone. I didn't even exceed the mileage I planned on using and still brought it back with the gas needle where it was when it was given to me. However, I never received a dolly that I paid for. When I called the store to inform her of this, a store clerk had a bad attitude or seem flustered on the phone trying to help/understand me. She said you have to grab the dolly from inside the store. I didn't know that. No one told me that. I assumed it was on the truck. She watched me leave and didn't stop me to inform me. So it's poor customer service because she didn't assure I had all my equipment before I left. AND WAS STILL CHARGED FOR THE DOLLY I DIDNT USE OR RECEIVE. They also charged me oil and tire repairs and there was nothing wrong with either. I only went 30 miles in the truck. They need better attitudes when communicating with customers and they need to thoroughly explain/highlight the significant parts of the contract. This is a first time thing for some people and you can't expect everyone to just KNOW things. HaNding me over a contract telling me have a good day isnt good customer service, in my opinion. COMMUNICATION IS KEY‼️

I would most definitely use this company again. My opinion on returning the truck at night . It's very dangerous for a female to be outside trying to check a truck in after hours. I think if the truck should be returned by the next business day. It's so much going on. Consider your customers safety. Thanks Again

The service was great. The workers at this location were polite time efficient. I was in and out. There was only one problem. I was charged an extra 11.50 for gas. I received the truck with less than 1/8 of gas and returned it with the same if not more. I was still charged for gas. The workers report said it was supposed to be over 1/8 when I am positive that it was under 1/8 of gas when I got it. It was still polite, good customer service.

When I came to get the Uhaul the lady was rude and did not walk outside with me to look at the uhaul and explain the policy or return policy. She just handed me the keys and said have it back by 9:15. She didn't move from her seat. She frowned the whole time. The associate needs to learn to greet and thank customers. I never do feedbacks but he actions are unacceptable.

They can try to honor a receipt received from another state for a gas credit of $65 that was suppose to be refunded and wasn't. Instead I was told by rep that she did not know what Oklahoma does but Miss does not do that. I think that was a total disregard for customer service. She did not even look at my receipt.

I didn't realize till we started loading the truck that the dolly I had rented was not included in the truck. So be sure to double check for things like that.

The truck was clean but the only complaint I have is the truck was soo loud and annoying due to someone stealing the Catalyze Converter. You all need to put up cameras and fence the property with razor wire to prevent these people from stealing. Customers and others should not have to deal with this.

The truck seemed to have a transmission issue the entire time. I do believe this is why the vehicle used over 70 dollars in fuel while I had it. It also had a cigarette ashtray that had not been cleaned and obviously been used. This made the vehicle have an unpleasant odor.

Vehicle was on empty, had to rent an appliance dolly because they didn't have a regular dolly and it was tremendously heavy and hard to deal, other company provided a lock for their truck but we would have to buy one for this location truck and there check in system is horrible with incorrect charging information and had to provide everything that I had already done online so that makes it redundant and lastly they take a while to do a check in and send final invoice only after calling to get one

The return process was very difficult. The site would not let me do my return because they callus to find my location and also I called the 800 number and had to wait 50 mins to talk to someone at the same time I tried to do the live chat and also had to wait 20 mins to still get no real help. That location part need to fixed

Rudest management I have ever dealt with. The lady at the front desk was nice, I needed a manager to resolve my issues. The manager took 2 hours to show up. The manager wouldn't get off of her cell phone once she arrived. When an issue with the door to the storage room prevented me from accessing the storage room, the manager got the door to open 2 feet the she left the premises. I had to crawl under and manually remove the locking mechanism from the inside to open the door. Worst experience ever. I will be using a different provider for all future rentals and storage needs.

We rented a van 2 days ago and brought the van back a few hours early . Well today I got a call from Jasmine saying it was brought back late. I explained to her the we were in fact early. She remembered me and said I don't know what I was thinking. As I began asking for other things she hung up in my face. Called me back still sounding unprofessional. When we first came into the office we were turned away despite the fact that at least 5 trucks were available (in the lot) - rudely. We pleaded and tried to see if there was anything that we could do to try to get a truck. We were ignored and turned away and made to feel like our money was not worth taking. We went across the street and got some lunch and called around several places trying to find a truck (not just at Uhaul) - only to finally come to the UHaul website and be able to book a truck at the same location we were turned away from - and got it - the SAME LADY had to give us keys. I'm so disappointed in the treatment we received - I wished I got the name of the lady that treated us so badly. If I ever use UHaul again I can guarantee that it will never be this location.

I reserved an appliance dolly and a regular dolly to pick up with the truck and neither dolly was available when I arrived to pick up the truck. I wish someone would have notified me that the dolly's were not going to be available before the day of pick up so I could have made other arrangements.

Did not have equipment I needed. The employee didn't inform me that they did not have the dolly or furniture dolly instead she let me leave to found that out. I turned around to see if she just forgot to put it in the truck and told me that she didn't have any more dollies or furniture dollies. It really inconvenienced me so I had to go around and look for the equipment I needed causing me start moving late. What the store can do to improve the next customer is to simply have the equipment.

I'm not sure of the lady's name that was working but she was extremely nice. She was very helpful and we were in and out in about 10 minutes. This is my second time renting from this location. The reason I wouldn't recommend this location is that it is too small causing a lot of congestion. I had to wait about 15 minutes to enter the parking lot to get to the storage because of the many cars blocking the entrance. I had to wait another 5 or 10 minutes upon leaving for the same reason.
