Barney and Marta were WONDERFUL to work with! They had amazing, hands on customer service and follow through. Would definitely recommend and use this facility in the future!

The only thing is that it was hard to find any staff most of the time. They need an overhead speaker to get ahold of staff and for other customers to remind them to close the elevator door.

Angelica is the person that assisted me with renting a storage from Uhaul, she was very professional on the phone and in person.
Facility was dirty and smelt like cigarettes. Officer stank like cigarettes. The office was all broken down. And not to mention the officer lit up a cigarette and was smoking right in front of my face
Mr. Barney Davis, has an awesome personality and he is a people person. He is always ready to help the customers, he shows the customers how to use the entrance boxes.
It was a nice experience. Good place to keep ur things til u get on ur feet.

Please should know this isnt where you pay and purchase items. This location is just for the storage space. I waited almost an hour on someone to show me the units and tell me to pay at another store.
The Supervisor Ms. Woods is a beautiful person, she helped me out in a circumstance and corrected it.
The Staff has 'Time Management', Skills because it didn't take long at all. I think you do need a Uniformed Security Officer working there around the Clock.

The units are not properly secure. Inside of my unit important paperwork slid down to the bottom unit. Some unknown personnel has my passport and U-Haul never retrieved my information.
Customer representative Ajay was always rude. Mice droppings was all in my belongings. Always had a hard time to gain access to the facility. I would never recommend nobody ever.
Please make sure that some one put something down for the mice’s they runes every thing
