I wasn't even driving the truck for 10 minutes and the check engine light came on, I was so upset and nervous to drive but I needed to move and the road side assistance said it would be fine to drive. But then I barely really drove and it said 19.99 for the trick and I had to pay $120 that is beyond ridiculous. I definitely won't be renting again. I have rent for my home to pay and I don't have money like that to just put out

Being that it was the end of the month, there was a lot of traffic in and out of the parking lot. The only problem I had with the facility was a lack of parking. In the office, the ladies were so very helpful and they were pleasant to work with. They went out of their way to make sure that the transitions were done smoothly. I would also like to say the link for moving help.com was also very helpful. I booked Super Suburb Haulers, for my move. They were very accommodating and I was not let down on the quality of their work. Thank you very much to everyone that had their hand on helping me during this time. Stay safe out there.

Over all good place to rent a storage unit. The thing that is missing is the access to the dumpster. I was not allowed to put any of my broken down cardboard boxes and swept up items after move out into the dumpster. So I was left to cart it out myself.

There was a water leak at the base of the units' door. It wasn't fixed while I was renting the unit. A maintenance individual looked at it, but it never got fixed. I explained where the issue was, and was told that they will look into it. Other than that, great exoerience, great staff.

I rented uhaul trucks before and truthfully. I just felt like i got scammed. .99 per mile? For a truck that has the check engine light on the whole time? I used the truck for 2hrs and paid $150 bucks? I just felt ripped off. Never using uhaul again. EVER!

This location was a new location given to me the day before I needed to leave, which was stressful. The customer service at this location was great, and made me feel better about the new location. They also did their best to make sure I could use the 24/7 Truck Share option that I was originally told I couldn't use by the U-Haul rep who changed my location. They also put my mattress cover purchase inside the truck for me, so I would not have to come in and get it. I had LOTS of issues with the U-Haul app not working. I had called the day before to and the team here did their best to help me with it, but it still did not work on my phone when I arrived. I luckily had a computer that it eventually worked on, and I was able to check in. The 24/7 Truck Share option is great, and super important during the pandemic. My biggest complaint is the difficulty of the app not working on my phone for check-in.

check engine light was on - worker said it was because of the gas cap. Seal on drivers side door busted - cold air blasted us during the move. Did the move electronically - yet they re-did it when I got there - ride employees - seem to have an attitude with questions and when I questioned what was different from what we originally set up. We should have had a quick and easy pick up but it took over 20 minutes to get on the road. When returned we were told we should have the agreement and charges with a few minutes - took until the next day. One one person working at that time - and she was overwhelmed. Maybe re-training on customer servivce? Trying to give a local place some business - but may have to either go to another location or another company next time. Disappointed.

terms were misrepresented. i was told as long as the vehicle was returned by end of day i would not be charged a full day. circumstances had me racing back to drop off the vehicle to find that i would be charged for another day because i went over by 2 hours. i was told i must have misheard. my hearing is fine. nevertheless charged another day. So much for humanity... crap shoot that went wrong.. buyer beware.. if it sounds like they are being sympathetic, they probably arent. Terms are terms... what a way to run a business.. i wont be back. negative reviews are bad for business...

I felt unsafe driving the Uhaul. The alignment was way off and when I expressed to the employee that I didn't feel safe and would like to be switched into another Uhaul..she said no. Driving on the highway was a nightmare because the Uhaul kept veering off into other lanes..it was hard to control the wheel. The employee stated that it was indeed safe to drive because she drives it all the time and it just came back from being checked out..which I don't believe, because if so-the lil puncture in the windshield would have been replaced. Instead it had a yellow circle around it and the alignment wouldn't have been off. I wouldn't recommend this Uhaul location to anyone I know.

If you're looking to use this place to just pick up an appliance or materials real quick for a job then don't bother. Truck was blocked in when trying to leave. Entrance was blocked when trying return the truck. Yes it was another customer being stupid but the lot should be managed better. Place was not busy at all there's no reason it should take a half hour to pick up and a half hour to return when I set everything up ahead of time on the website. I also got charged for an appliance dolly which wasn't included. Employees weren't making themselves available so I decided to just leave and take the loss it wasn't worth the 10 dollars to be there any longer. Every other location I walk in, grab the key, and leave. This place is not right

Get it together all around. It's understandable that the Mobile process is still fairly new but there needs to be another smoother option if it's not working. Customer service was terrible. The direction process in getting the truck and returning the truth was also terrible. A customer should not have to sit and wait for a mobile app to load while an employee is sitting not helping. That's not professional. Get it together or u will go out of business sooner than you think 😌

I found the truck and equipment to be in good working condition. My disappointment came in the customer service provided by the employees at this location. The first is from the manager and the second from the employee Maria. 1) When a customer enters the store the employees should speak in a common language that everyone present understands. They were speaking Spanish to one another which makes it difficult to know if they are intending to speak about the customer and not wanting them to understand. I find this unprofessional particularly when they both speak English. 2) I rented a 4 wheel dolly on online and agreed to pay for it. I was not informed there would be a dolly inside the truck with a seal that if opened would require additional payment. When loading items on the truck the Dolly attached to the truck was directly in the pathway for myself and crew to place equipment within the truck. We specifically did NOT USE that dolly. We saw the plastic tag and knew that this might cause an additional charge, we therefore took a picture to demonstrate the dolly before and after movng the dolly out of the way so that I would be able to explain upon delivery of the truck the reason the plastic tag/seal was opened. Upon return of the truck I carefully explained what took place and why. I then showed pictures on my phone to demonstrate that the seal was broken only to move the dolly out of the way and not because it was used. The personnel at the store was not wanting to hear my explanation adequately. I was encountered with a flat refusal multiple times stating that the policy of UHAUL was simply to charge if the seal was broken regardless of the reason. I stated this was unfair since I was not informed about the presence of the dolly to begin with already payed for a dolly and did not want to pay for an additional dolly that I did not use. This became a matter of principle rather that the charge of $7.00. She continued to repeat herself over and over again and insisted that I hear her point again and again even though I heard and understood the policy that she had already stated multiple times. I asked to speak to the manager and she of course stated she was the manager. She then stated I could call the 1-800 number for UHAUL. She ultimately agree to give a "courtesy waver" but this was after and long drawn out and upsetting exchange. 2) I was then told that the because a minor amount of dirt within the truck I would be charged and additional $35.00. I thought this was excessive given that there was minimal dirt within the truck. I personally felt this was a way they could some out have some sort of retaliation. I asked for a broom and swept the minimal amount of dirt within the truck in literally less than 30 seconds which is what I would have been charged and additional $35. I overall felt the time spend was more than necessary and felt the employees wanted to give me a hard time. The equipment rented was in good working order however, I would NOT recommend renting from this location and will be sure to rent from different location in the future.

I have rented a number of t rucks from this U haul facility over the years ,I have always been extremely satisfied with the staff they routinely go above and beyond . This Sunday I rented a van it was spotless and had plenty of room for the items we were moving. The gas mileage was outstanding. When we returned the van there was a staff member ready to wipe down the interior of the van.. The only thing that I could complain about is the spotty internet connection in the rental building the staff had work arounds , But it definitely slowed down the rental process. I will still use and recommend this U haul office because the vehicles are well maintained and the staff are excellent,

In order to improve, you must start by changing your staff. My experience was not the best. I pay for an insurance which they say that I broke a glass which I do not agree and one more the insurance covers an amount which is within it and then I receive a notification that the money I paid was not collected but they never made me the refund of the same.

Only two complaints. First, the link to check in when I got there at 7:30pm didn't work. Don't know if was because of my phone or the website, but cost me $20. But hey, if that's the worst thing to happen to me this month . . . . And parking sucks on a last day of the month, end of summer, Sunday morning. The joint was jumpin'. But the folks behind the counter were great. And the equipment provided was great too. Will use you guys next time my son moves out of an apartment. Now, back to work.

Great thanks to your employees. Everyone from phone reservations to employees at site were kind and helpful. The woman who waited on my on site was especially gracious, addressing my moving-stress and offering encouraging and kind words. The only downside to this location is the tiny parking area. Otherwise, great experience.

One of the rudest customer service members I've ever seen in my life. Horrible attitude!! Felt so unbelievably uncomfortable dealing with this woman. Did the entire pre covid uploading as much info as I could to lessen the time in the store. Cashier didn't even wear a mask and it took just as long and all my pre check in I had done was all for nothing. Horrible experience

The equipment was filthy, still had toys and such from whomever used it previously. We had to clean the cab before we'd even drive off with it. At the drop off location the employees were smoking, talking on their cell phones and not wearing face coverings or social distancing. They came right up to customers not wearing facial coverings and getting into their personal space, one employee came right up to my car smoking and no face covering, I refused to open my window. This is beyond unacceptable. When I made my complaint they assured me a general manager would call me, no one ever called me. They infact over charged me!

One of the problems with U-Haul they want you to buy their lock and early leads me to believe the locks they want you to buy they have a key for I put my own lock on and put their lock on my lock that way I know nobody’s going in there but me I also didn’t like that when I went to my storage unit which was once every 2 to 3 months that their card when I swiped it to open the gate would never work it seemed like an ongoing problem Other than that I would use them again in an emergency for storage but you have Everything you need for moving The good thing about U-Haul it’s a safe and secure place.

They charge us for two boxes and after almost two months of asking for a refund of my money, they charge me again instead of credit my card.

One staff in particular was extremely rude and unhelpful. She looked inconvenienced by customers needing her support. In addition, the parking lot of this location is awful, way too small.

Called and made reservations gave CC # to hold unit, called back next day no sign of res., call again all set, go down can't find your res. so had to do process all over again. Too many problems
