Will is good people! He's funny, friendly and down to earth too. The van rode well, had a good amount of power, was super easy to drive and park. It even smelled like a new car. Only had 1/4 tank when I picked up the truck. Please fill up the gas tank before renting a truck to your customers. Trying to match exactly the amount of gas that was in there when we return it is difficult, so we're likely going to lose money by putting in too much. It's also a waste of our time that we have to fill it up before we can start a trip.KEVIN D.
One of the customer service reps, William, was great. Excellent customer service skills, friendly, and wore a mask. The other two made no attempt to wear one indoors -- in an office that has no airflow and is not large. One used some lame excuse like, "Oops, guess I can't find my mask." The other made no attempt whatsoever. Really, in the midst of a coronavirus surge your employees can't even follow a state mandate? Very unsafe. I will not go back to that office again. Your front desk employee is the most rude and impatient person I have ever met. If he is not happy at Uhaul he must find another job. If we asked a question, his answered would be: "that is what I said" or "I just answered that" It was never clarified what amount of gas was required when returning the truck. I chose mobile pickup but when I arrived the mobile pickup function was stuck at step 2 it kept asking fir my drivers license and would not let me continue. I asked too ok check in in person and the person at the counter told me I am stuck I have to use mobile pick up. 15 ppl in front of me cane snd left and I was still there trying to pick up my rental. Finally the employee had to do it in his phone for me. It is such a waste of time I spent an hour there just to pick up my truckThong T.

I am discouraged to learn at drop off that I will not get chargers reduced for early return. I was told I would be reimbursed if I could get truck and trailer across country faster. I returned it 6 days earlier that paid for but was then told no refund. While I was discussing it at drop off on Thursday, I watched the truck and trailer get rented to another customer on a day I'd already paid for! I'd like some days reimbursement. I cleaned and DISINFECTED (wiped interior with disinfectant wipes) the truck before returning as well.Peter S.

This location always seems a little disorganized. I signed up on line including scanning in my license, and I was still in the store for nearly half an hour. Someone got there at the same time I did and we were both rented the same trailer to start with. This required me to start the process of renting the trailer again. On a hectic day of moving, this was not how I wanted my morning to beginPatrick D.

We went to this U-Haul location specifically for the installation of a tow hitch and related accessories. Although the initial installation of the hitch receiver took much longer than we had anticipated, the staff made up for lost time with today's installation of the related trailer wiring. We had a 12:00 noon appointment and were in and out their door within the hour. Overall, we are very satisfied U Haul Customers.Andrei A.

There was a problem with the original equipment to be issued, but the staff handled the problem quickly and efficiently. Please check the millage otherwise it's ripped off. I move today, my new house and the old house is 3 miles away, maximum I move twice and it's 25 miles, but they charge me 71 miles. No fair. Take a picture of the millage of the truck when you rent. It's a ripped off. Big time. I am not going back that location again. When we went in to get truck, the counter man was snippy with meâ€¦finally got truck, drove it home and dash warning went offâ€¦spent 20 minutes on hold and we're told to take it backâ€¦so now we are out 10 miles on rental.. stood in line for 25 to 30 minutes only to be told..yeah we know about itâ€¦could have told me, and saved me all sorts of extra time, trouble and stress if you just mentioned itâ€¦ When I returned truck, the check in man was very nice..only good part of the experienceJan M.

The person that take care of me Was kind of rude Anti-social Make me felt unwelcome The truck I was renting (was car accident damage ) He not even bother to let me know I'm glad I took pictures before I drive off And let another person from that location about the additional damage this truck had Ps: when I return the truck I was welcome by African American gentlemen This person compared with the first one, Was extremely friendly #talkactive Make me felling very welcome Probably the only Reason I would go back to this location again . Your after-hours return process is absolutely ridiculous. It kept giving me "wrong password" notices even though I wasn't trying to log-in. It took me ten minutes just to get past that. Then, all the photos. It takes a full half hour to return a truck after hours! That needs work.Gary G.

I would never recommend uHaul to anyone I know. Tabitha Russ at the Lynnwood, WA location made this the most stressful move of my life. She called several times on her personal phone to yell at me for uHaul not having the hitch I reserved a month in advance. This was not brought to my attention until the day before I had my appointment to have this hitch installed. I had to scramble to call every company in the area to locate this as the manager refused to help. Luckily another company was able to get this part, although once I told Tabitha this she then informed me the person who was scheduled to do the installation had the day off. Tabitha continued to make the situation worse be telling me I need to change my move date when I had made it very clear I couldn't do that as I was moving across the country. Each time I tried to understand why all these issues popped up she would cut me off or talk over me. I never received any apology for the constant issues I faced with this. Finally, when it was time to have our hitch installed, Tabitha said she would personally bring the additional parts needed for this within 10 minutes. She did not arrive for over an hour. We were originally told the install would take no more than 30 minutes. The installation took way longer than this and I was without my car for over 4 hours. When I was notified my car was ready, the woman at the counter at the Everett, WA location, Jammie, would not even look at me. I was then charged and additional $28 before she would give back my keys. When I asked what this for, she said she didn't know nor did this payment show up on the receipt she gave to us. Finally, when I arrived to return a trailer at a location in TN, the attendant told us the installation of wiring was done completely wrong as the wires led out from the trunk instead of underneath the car which could have caused an expensive repair.ERICK G.
Had to wait about 45 minutes to pick up a car-hauler that I reserved about 2 weeks in advance. There were about 8 people waiting in front of me with 1 person at the counter for the first 30 minutes. When the counter person finished the paperwork, they would go outside to hook up a trailer, leaving the rest of us to wait until they came back. Finally 2 other people showed up to work the counter but they also had to go outside to help the customer after they finished the paperwork. The last U-Haul I went to had dedicated lot workers, which seems much more efficient. Then when I returned the trailer, there was no one at the counter for about 10 minutes. When the employee finally showed up, he asked me to disconnect the trailer myself and he would email me the receipt. When I finished, I found one of the entrances to the lot blocked by a trailer. As I was turning my truck around, 2 more U-Haul trucks pulled in and blocked the other entrance. An employee jumped into the lead truck and started doing some paperwork. He could clearly see that I was waiting to get out, but seemed to ignore me. As he got out of the truck and started to walk away, I yelled out and asked him if he could move the truck up a few feet. He replied â€œOh, you think you can get out if I move it?â€, like he was challenging me to get by both trucks. After I did get by he let out a big â€œwhooâ€ like I needed to be congratulated for being able to leave the lot. I will never use this U-Haul location again and recommend anybody to avoid it.Mark B.

I had a great experience moving in a UHaul truck. The guys at Lynnwood UHaul were very welcoming and helped me out with a ride when my rental car fell through. They went over and above to serve.RICHARD C.
Picked up trailer and took to house to move, when opened was full of dirt etc and had to be swept out since we were moving daughters furniture and bedding etc. Also had advised when picked up would be later than scheduled time and was charged for half day at this point which was ok since it would be sunday and they close early. Schedule was delayed badly due to traffic both ways and I missed the closing at 5pm and dropped trailer after hours. Instead of just charging me for 2 days (I already paid for day and a half) these slimebags added a 20 surcharge for after hours drop which was during a time they were closed. Why am I being charged to unhook my own trailer? I already paid for some time and should have been charged for 2 days and not just one but they dinged me to make more money. I have used them many times but now I will use the mukilteo location instead. This place needs an attitude adjustment overall. Customer service at this location sucks to say the least.CHARLES S.
