Just make sure that no matter where someone rent a U-Haul from they give the level of service that the store on Highway 99 in Lynnwood Washington did I think it's owned by Shane Wade he was super super helpful he is great.Juan A.

Gave me a van extremely low on gas. Bad customer service too. I had to find my van in the parking lot instead of it moved out for me to know which van belonged to me.MELODY D.
The manager was not easy to work with. When I called for an extension, he said the truck was booked out for the additional time period I needed it. I immediately went online to look for the same truck from another location and discovered the same location pop up with availability. The manager was unhelpful.Andrew K.

The on-phone app takes awhile, it might have been faster to just check-in at the counter. Also took me awhile to locate my vehicle, thought I was looking for a license plate but finally realized I was looking for the stick-on numbers above the bumper.Michael S.

Test before you call and say your complete. My car had NO BLINKERS when leaving uhaul, go back they fix it and the trailer hook up doesn't work. Wires pinched in my trunk, didn't put wires out of bottom of vehicle but out of the trunk. Problem still not soved now I need to waist another Saturday waiting for a second Uhaul to fix my car. DO NOT GET HITCH INSTALLED AT UHAUL.Kyle S.

The mobile ordering process was confusing, even for the employees. It was recommended by those there to not use it in the future. I was accidentally given the wrong truck from what was on my lease, but the staff were able to take care of it on their end and were very helpful.Ryan C.

I'm regular customer 2x a week and the vans are not inspected for a U-Haul employee and most of the time are dirty. Seats are smelly and full of dog hair.Salvador V.

Will is good people! He's funny, friendly and down to earth too. The van rode well, had a good amount of power, was super easy to drive and park. It even smelled like a new car. The other people working there ( sorry I can't remember names at the moment) were also super cool and friendly. A+ all around!Rob O.

Only had 1/4 tank when I picked up the truck. Please fill up the gas tank before renting a truck to your customers. Trying to match exactly the amount of gas that was in there when we return it is difficult, so we're likely going to lose money by putting in too much. It's also a waste of our time that we have to fill it up before we can start a trip.KEVIN D.
One of the customer service reps, William, was great. Excellent customer service skills, friendly, and wore a mask. The other two made no attempt to wear one indoors -- in an office that has no airflow and is not large. One used some lame excuse like, "Oops, guess I can't find my mask." The other made no attempt whatsoever. Really, in the midst of a coronavirus surge your employees can't even follow a state mandate? Very unsafe. I will not go back to that office again. Your front desk employee is the most rude and impatient person I have ever met. If he is not happy at Uhaul he must find another job. If we asked a question, his answered would be: "that is what I said" or "I just answered that" It was never clarified what amount of gas was required when returning the truck. We ended up putting more gas than required.ALEJANDRO P.
I chose mobile pickup but when I arrived the mobile pickup function was stuck at step 2 it kept asking fir my drivers license and would not let me continue. I asked too ok check in in person and the person at the counter told me I am stuck I have to use mobile pick up. 15 ppl in front of me cane snd left and I was still there trying to pick up my rental. Finally the employee had to do it in his phone for me. It is such a waste of time I spent an hour there just to pick up my truckThong T.

I am discouraged to learn at drop off that I will not get chargers reduced for early return. I was told I would be reimbursed if I could get truck and trailer across country faster. I returned it 6 days earlier that paid for but was then told no refund. While I was discussing it at drop off on Thursday, I watched the truck and trailer get rented to another customer on a day I'd already paid for! I'd like some days reimbursement. I cleaned and DISINFECTED (wiped interior with disinfectant wipes) the truck before returning as well.Peter S.

This location always seems a little disorganized. I signed up on line including scanning in my license, and I was still in the store for nearly half an hour. Someone got there at the same time I did and we were both rented the same trailer to start with. This required me to start the process of renting the trailer again. On a hectic day of moving, this was not how I wanted my morning to beginPatrick D.

We went to this U-Haul location specifically for the installation of a tow hitch and related accessories. Although the initial installation of the hitch receiver took much longer than we had anticipated, the staff made up for lost time with today's installation of the related trailer wiring. We had a 12:00 noon appointment and were in and out their door within the hour. Overall, we are very satisfied U Haul Customers.Andrei A.
