Their employee assured me that if I kept the truck an extra day that my cost would be $285 total which she said included all days, and all extra mileage. When we got there to return the truck the employee who checked us in asked for $100 more than what we were quoted. Which, had we been quoted that figure, would have meant we kept the truck for less time and less miles because we didn’t plan on that much expense for this truck. When I complained to the on duty manager I was directed to the general managers business card and told “she’s gonna say the same thing but you can call if you want.” I contacted Amber Orr and have been forwarded the rental contract I signed and a defensive “my employees are well trained in going over the contract you signed”. The whole experience feels like a customer service issue that could be handled amicably, but so far is not.

We had a great experience. The check-out and check-in process seemed a little slow, considered I'd done most of it online already. But the people were nice, and it went well.

Reservation process sucks! got a phone the same day stating the equipment we reserved a few days prior, was not actually available. We then struggled to find a unit available, but it was 90 miles round trip just to get it. We were in a bind so we had no choice. This is not the first time this has happened. Also, the unit smelled of weed and cleaning supplies when we picked it up so some of our items ended absorbing the weed smell. I'm not sure if it matters, but I'm just sayin', we are not fans of that smell.

I've rented this trailer 8-10 times over the years. This was the first time I had trouble finding one available, although I did wait until the day before to reserve it. But it seems like you need more trailers in the system!

The truck was in terrible condtion. the shocks or struts were completely worn out and dangerous..when i would go around a corner at 5 mph the cargo area would tilt considerably and in fact 3 nice items broke...Uhaul should be ashamed to rent out such a vechicle and jeopardizing the life of others.

While not this location, the other locations my reservation was made at called me 12 or more hours after the reservation was made to inform me they didn’t nor would the have my equipment. I shouldn’t be able to confirm a reservation than be called Alf a day later saying it’s not available. Very frustrating.

When I arrived there was no one in the store. I had to go looking for someone to help me, after 10 mins I finally found someone who called in Rob to help. Rob acted like it was an issue that I had showed up and never apologized for making me wait or have to go looking for someone. The entire time he took my info he was rude, which I let go. When he went to put on the trailer he actually made me help him lift the trailer to put it on my hitch. He was also rude during this time and I finally told him his behavior was rude and he could learn to be more polite. I rented a trailer last month and had an extremely different experience this time around. Last time I was treated politely and was not required to help lift the trailer, the 6x12 cargo trailer, to put it on my vehicle. Upon returning the customer rep, a woman, was very polite and unhooked the entire trailer herself. I have had a 50-50 experience with this location but if I had to deal with Rob on a regular basis I would choose another location. I was very disappointed with his customer service skills!!

Hallways were automatic lighting but the lights would go out while I was working inside my space and I would be in the dark until I went out in the hallway and triggered the auto switch. Not safe.

While the staff and actual storage room continued to be very good, the access gate has been disabled for several weeks. This reduced security and caused inconvenience. No indication of repairs planned

I paid rent for 10 years, all the rate hikes, paid the ridiculous late fees when i was late. In all over $6000.00 and they wouldn't refund my July 2019 rent when we moved out on the 1st.. FU uhaul!!!

I think if someone emails you that you should email back I told you when I could pay and you still charged me the 20 fee so instead of paying 29.95 I had to pay 49.95 so I packed my stuff up and left

They will raise your rates every 6 months until you are forced to close the account. I asked 3 times in 2017 to have due date changed. Eventually told process was so complicated that manager refused.

The reservation line sent me to the wrong location for the truck and the storage unit. The hours for storage between locations differed significantly. Closing at 7 or 8 pm is too early for storage.
