I wasn't able to pick up my rental until several hours after the pick up time I scheduled it for. The staff made minimal efforts to assist and generally seemed confused. I wasn't offered another truck until I specifically asked if they had anything available that I could have instead of the original truck they had booked me with. As a result, my entire move was thrown off schedule and my interact with U-Haul employees generally led me to believe they didn't really care.Kathleen M.

There are homeless people living in the Uhaul trailers and trucks at this location! Several open trucks with food, feces!!!, clothing, etc in them! Unbelievable! Someone higher up needs to take care of this situation immediately. Even worse, the woman working there when I arrived to pick up was seriously unprofessional. For example, she completely ignored me when I first arrived and asked a question. Then I asked about the dolly I had rented, and she told me to go inside to the back of the office, â€œand if thar's a dawlly back thar bah the coffee pot, you can use it. If not, then I ain't got one.â€ Are you kidding me right now. Pitiful.Julia C.

I ran into a problem, I loaded the U-Haul with all of my belongings and was supposed to return the uhaul at 10:30am but the storage facility that I was going to use didn't open until 10:00am, but the Manger was running late and didn't open up until 10:18am. I called and tried to get an extension but couldn't because the U-Haul had already been rented out to someone else for that afternoon. The manager at U-Haul said it would be an extra $29.99 to keep the U-Haul after 10:30am but that if I had it there by 3:30pm I wouldn't be charged for an extra day, so I returned the U-Haul around 1:pm and was still charged for an extra day by milage. I think that the rate for milage is extremely highWyomia B.

There is no actual security gate limiting property access. The initial unit we were offered (and declined) was actually frightening...dark, did not seem each space was secure as someone could climb over the dividing walls. The outdoor access unit had a bit of a moisture problem, but we worked around it. There was nothing damaged when we cleared the unit, either by water or pests. Will is great!! Very professional and willing to go beyond the call of duty! He waited for us to arrive slightly after hours to get our unit number when we delivered the truck. I was told that the facility was climate control which is what I wanted but it was not. The main door was left open all day for heat and humidity to come and go. The doors to some of the units were rotting. There was no inside lighting. There was standing water outside the door of my unit. There was also no AC unit to provide climate control environment, yet I was charged for a climate control unit. I will never do business with U-Haul again. This facility was a disgrace and very poorly maintained. I removed my belongings before a month was up because of the poor state of this facility.JERRY R. | Overall Experience
Well found out the Tow Folly damaged my car, Associate told me the straps were put on wrong. So ill be contacting Uhaul to discuss getting my vehicle fixed. It sounds terrible both front tires. The facility was in poor repair and look like it had flooded many times before. There were also no lights inside the storage unit itself. It was dark in there and I had to use a flashlight to load my belongings inside. The wall upper walls were covered in rotted paneling wood and the door to the unit was lopsided and hard to open and close. Out of all the units I've used over the years this was the all-time worst. It was also raining when I unloaded my belongings and it looked as if the rain water was going to enter the bottom of the building as it kept rising. Definitely a flood hazard due to poor drainage. I would have continued to shop around but was in a crunch to find a last minute place for my belongings. This is an issue that needs to be resolved by the U-Haul company itself not the employees.JERRY R. | First Impressions

The unit I rented didn't have a light and had a hole in the wall before I rented it we discuss my bill being due on the first of the month not the 28th due to me being in the military and how our pay falls.
