This specific location I have no problem with them but I asked for Uhaul overall company and their customer service your fucking suck!!! Y'all cost me over $400 total for a one day rental, because your employees don't know what the Hell they are doing, nor do they care about their customers! They had me running around all over the damn state trying to pick up a 15' truck. None of y'all seem to understand what The definition of â€œreservationâ€ means! When you reserve something that's a guarantee that it will be there when you get there! None of y'all honor that, even if I pay the deposit! I can assure you I will never use U-Haul again and I'll make it my mission to blast this incident all over social media to let other people know how shitty of a company y'all are and how terrible y'all treat your customers!!!DAVID J.

Employees didn't seem that helpful. When someone finally answered the phone they were in a conversation with a co-worker as I was trying to talk. They were more interested in the other conversation. The storage was the reason I would never consider using that place again. It was second story & you had to climb at least a dozen steps with all your stuff. I had to make other arrangements in a hurry. Employees really didn't seem to care. Would not use the Gulfport location again.Jeffrey M.

I did not receive the packing blankets I paid for and have not received the refund yet. I also had trouble checking in with my phone so I went to the front desk. The girl at the desk took my info and then walked away and NEVER CAME BACK. I had to eventually just walk away and figure it out myself. I never saw her again the entire time I was there.Brittany U.

For military and retired military, U-Haul should consider a discount for these personnel. When bringing the rental and any other equipment in before the allotted days and mileage, U-Haul should consider refunding a portion of the price. I turned in the rental truck 2 days early but still got charged the full price.Michael E.

We had a tire blowout on I 65 in AL. We sat there for 4 hours and had to wait to get help from Uhaul roadside service. We could not get cell service to go on line to the web side. We ended up having to pay some local guy for a tire for the auto hauler. It cost us $140.00 for the tire. You can look up and see how we tired to call to get help. But no one came. Then we would get thur to them and we would get cut off. Something needs to be done about the roadside service you are offering. It sucks bad. I would like to be paid back my $140.00 dollars.JOHN W.

We had no issue with the location or workers here. However, we will never rent from U-Haul again. The truck was a piece of junk with no tread on the tires. We ran into an issue and the truck got stuck in the mud. U-Haul customer service said it would be minimum $600 to get it out. We weren't even able to use the truck. After a local towing service got it out, we tried to return the truck and their app and website crashed every time and could not be used. I called customer service and literally sat on hold for an hour to be able to return the truck. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had with a business.SARAH W.

Was a fair deal with a good product friendly staff an quick service. I like the email that I received that allowed me to check pictures for areas of concern on my rented truck that were already acknowledged by uhaul and allowed me to ad pics as well. The pickup location was not where I had originally booked but because of equipment shortage it was moved. It would have been more convenient to the customer if the truck had been repositioned to my original pickup location of choice.Keith Q.
The first van given to me had a horrible shimming to the front end when braking. I immediately turned around and returned it. The manager was dumbfounded at my complaint. They did issue me another van. I was charged for the insurance which I did not want. I carry full auto insurance. Once I discovered I charge of $40 was told I selected the coverage - I did not select this coverage. I had this van for 2 weeks June 8-21 and was charged $140 for this coverage. In my opinion the charge - AT MOST - should have been $120 NOT $140. I was overcharged. The Manager was so rude while we were going over my invoice - I was not challenging him any further regarding on why the cost was more than I felt it should be. Overall, this manager is not a friendly person. He was very rude to me yesterday when I returned the vehicle. There are several other UHaul stores in the Gulfport/Biloxi area. I will NEVER use this one or refer anyone to use them.LORI D.

Provided a great quality truck, an employee even sanitized the inside before I got into the truckNOAH P.
I reserve a uhaul I hammond Louisiana for sunday at 12 when I was headed to hammond I had to verify reservation they said they wouldn't have one till monday evening at the earliest I had to have one for sunday they didnt try to help me find another I had to start calling around to find another then I was over charged and when I called customer service they told me that i was charged for one after arguing with her and explaining 3 times that my original plan was changed by hammond mistake. Then she told me it was 90 cents a mile when I just left the uhaul in gulf port and was told all prices and that I should of been charged 40 a day and 40 cents a mile I just started new business and going to be renting trucks alot I just hope one of the other companies I try charge me right and dont change prices for there benefit and I was charged 10 apiece for 7 dollar dollies I reserve 2 appliance dollies I had to move a bunch of refrigerators all the had was the 7 dollar dollies y'alls customer service is some of the worst I ever had to deal withJACOB H.

I rented a cargo van. I picked it up and when I got it to my house to pack it up the battery died I had to call roadside assistance from u-haul to get it jumped off which took about an hour. I took it back to trade it out for another cargo van. Which the new van had a low tire pressure signal on and the signal for an oil change. They told me it was fine that the sensors were bad. No one brought the new cargo van around for me. I had to go get it, take the thing out the window, transfer my stuff it, and no one helped me besides giving me a key for the new cargo van. I didn't receive an apology, discount nothing. I was very frustrated. Then when I took the van back after my trip I sat in the return area for about 10 mins. Finally the employee that was hooking up a trailer stopped to help me. He apologized for no one coming to help. I believe his name was Makil or something like that. A very nice guy, so was the guy that rented me the first cargo van. Just a very frustrating experience for my first time renting from U-haul.CRYSTAL B.

When I had a question about something the website would not let me do it told me to contact the place I got the equipment but when I tried to contact the local number it took a very long time for someone to answer it was like I was on the national number. Despite being told when I rented that anytime less than a month would prorated , when I questioned staff they were indignant and stated" i don't think so , we don't do that."
