I ordered a appliance dolly with my truck rental, but when I picked up the truck in the evening, the dolly was not in the truck. I had to go back the next day to get it which was really inconvenient and messed up my moving schedule. The manager said that he wouldn't charge me for the dolly to make up for their error, but when I received the bill this morning, I was not only charged for it, but I was charged twice! Also, though I only drove 18 miles, I was charged for 5 gallons of gas! Last I checked, I U-Haul truck gets more than 3.6 MPG. When I tried to call to discuss these over charges with the manager, no one picked up. After calling about 8 times, someone answered and said that they would have the manager call me this afternoon. He never called me back. I will avoid using this location in the future and would recommend that other avoid it too.

My original reservation was canceled and changed at the last minute due to the truck being vandalized. I would've appreciated more than 30 minutes warning that I had to drive across town (extra mileage) to pick up. The representatives were kind but there was an issue with applying the $50 credit that i was promised over the phone when they called me to say I had to go to a new location. I was charged full price and still have not received my credit.

The clerks were very patient with us when my card declined due to the cost amount and my bank's security features, however they did not hook up my auto transport correctly to my uhaul. We drove from Portland Oregon to Vancouver Washington with no break lights being connected.

I was unfortunately delayed getting my truck back and both you 800 staff and the local staff were so kind and helpful to me! It must have been clear to them how panicked I was as I tried to meet my time deadline because they all calmly assured me I would be allowed the extra wiggle room I needed to complete my move. When a customer asks for a pacific truck or trailer that they understand what the customer is asking for. I asked for a one ton truck for a job I had to complete and when truck arrived it was not the right truck that I requested. I was not able to perform the job and lost the contract due to the misunderstanding.

Person checking me in was rushed. Had an attitude where I felt I was inconveniencing them just for paying for the service. When I dropped it back off they took my lights connector that they required me to purchase. So now I'm out the $15 for that. Would never go here again.

Don't overcharge me. I dropped off my trailer on Sunday before the office closed and left it with an employee who said I was “good to go”, but he forgot to check it in and it wasn't checked in until the next morning so I was charged for an extra day. I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone talking with 3 different people to get a refund. Totally unacceptable.

The employees at this location were very helpful and friendly. They deserve an excellent rating. The vehicle however was in poor mechanical condition due to Uhauls maintenance policies. The vehicle had a noticeable exhaust leak that was loud and obnoxious. This was due to the catalytic converter being loose because of a missing bolt and the others being loose. I replaced the missing bolt and tightened the other two and that fixed the problem. All of the tires were also low on air pressure at 70 lbs so I had to air them up to the recommended 90 lbs. The front end also has an intermittent wheel vibration that should be fixed sooner than later. I do appreciate and am grateful for your service but would recommend you maintain your fleet better than what you are doing now. I would have called your service center but it takes too long to actually talk to someone and then even longer to come out and fix it. Gracias

The left tail light came loose and didn't work the first day of driving. Also WHY does Uhaul not advise that it is ILLEGAL to tow a car without working lights for brakes, taillights, etc?! I find it very strange you does lighting on trailer but don't at least suggest you will need a car light kit of some sort! We got pulled over and cited. Very poor experience and very poor on UHaul's end.

The card reader wasn't working and I could tell the rep was annoyed. I admittedly forgot to sweep out the corners of the pickup bed, didn't fight the charges but I could tell the rep was again annoyed with me. Not necessary.

You charged me $100 because you claimed I used 3/4 tank of gas and drove 800 miles in the 2 1/2 hours I rented your van. I'd like to know how you think that's possible. The staff person that worked with me was wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had no problems with the equipment, the store, or the procedures for pick-up or return. My complaint is, unfortunately, the location. I picked up in broad daylight and witnessed some uncomfortable activity in the neighborhood (not attributed to U-haul at all). I absolutely did not want to leave my personal car parked there, and I made sure to bring someone with me when I dropped the vehicle off.

When a customer is putting a uhaul trailer oh Reserve you might want to ask if their vehicle is wired to hook up a trailer hitch with lights. Instead of the day they come to pick up the trailer.

Hands down the WORST moving experience of my life. An employee stole my partner's wallet and we saw it all on security footage. The GM then blamed us for leaving the wallet behind. If that wasn't bad enough the actual storage unit was DISGUSTING. All of our stuff smells like chemicals and it was only there two months. I would avoid this place at all costs.

It seems short-staffed at the end of and beginningnof the month. The staff have to really hustle, dealing with lines of customers, issues with moving trucks/vans, stressed-out customers. As an educator, I view this as a difficult work environment for staff. Part of what they do is educate the public on the trucks, storage, policies, etc., as well as solve problems. They do the best they can, but you need to staff the office with more people during peak times.I've found them to be extremely helpful and kind, but the stress they work under is obvious to any customer walking in the door. That does not reflect on them, it reflects on management. I hope these observations are helpful.

Had the greatest experience at your facility located on Foster Rd. The General Manager, Willie Landingin Jr. worked with me on a prorated payment, as the monthly payment came out less than a week prior. My step-son had a similar situation at another storage facility, and they just flat out refused to help him or work with him. That's exactly why I will always do business with U-haul. Your customer service is always above and beyond. Thank you again, Willie!
