Employees were rude not very helpful, I stood around for 30 min while employees didn't even acknowledge me. The lights on the trailer were inoperable on one side, employees didn't care, I'm a professional truck driver and know the laws. The store overcharged me upon return and had to argue with corporate again!!! I will not rent from Uhaul ever againâ€¦. Very displeased customer, every time I have rented from any location. I have had issues with either reserved equipment not being there or being overcharged, sometimes several hundred dollars overâ€¦Jason S.

Lady at the counter was very rude, the customer before me was rude to her and she took it out on me when it was my turn, the man working outside on the other hand was extremely helpful, I'd never go back, If i have a choice I'd deal with another uhaul locationPaul L.
When the ubox arrived, there was a hole in the plastic roof cover. However, the driver took the box back and later that same day, delivered another box with an intact cover. Good customer service, but probably best for your driver if the box was inspected before delivery.John N.

The self check in was ridiculous. It was WAY faster to just go inside. The gal was happy to help. This spot tends to be extremely busy & they never seem to have more than 1 or 2 people working at once. There's almost always a line for pick up & drop off. Unfortunately when people have to wait, they get rude with the employee. I've seen it here too many times! The people working yesterday were busting ass as usual! The rental was exactly what we needed & the price was reasonable.JOSE P.
NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY SCAMMED ME FOR $70 IN FUEL CHARGES When I picked up the van it's tank was so empty the fuel warning light was on. I put a few gallons in the tank when I left the yard and moved a few things locally. When I returned the vehicle they OVER CHARGED me $67 for fuel service and gas. I told them the fuel light was on when I picked it up and they asked I took a picture of it. Then claimed they couldn't find the picture of the dash that I uploaded to their website when I completed the online process. U box arrived broken to Everett from Yakima Washington. Was supposed to go to cashmere Washington, broken box not fixed in Yakima and I was told couldn't be shipped further until changed to new box. I was originally told I would have to transfer my belongings to new box. As an older female who didn't load it alone the first time, they finally agreed to hire moving company to transfer goods. My experience with u haul has been horrendous from the beginning and I'll never use this company again and I'm telling everyone I know not to use it. I'm so glad, and surprised, I finally got my belongings and I no longer have to deal with u haul.Debbie F.
The manager at this location was rude and disrespectful and showed no ability to provide customer service. She attempted to charge me for more miles than I actually drove. She blamed me for not checking the mileage on the van when I picked it up despite the fact that she did not tell me that it was my responsibility to do so. I naturally assumed that the staff would have already checked the accurate mileage themselves. Apparently not. She argued with me and yelled at me despite showing her exactly the route I took. A whole 8.3 miles compared to the 34 miles she said I drove. When I picked up the van she was busy joking with another employee about the weather and talking about how she just broke her coffee mug from the dollar store. Clearly her mind was not on her job and she did not care enough to tell me what I needed to know in order to protect myself from the mistakes made by the staff. Also the gas gauge showed that the tank was not full when I picked it up. I did fill it up before returning it despite the fact that I only drove 8 miles. How could I possibly recommend this location to any of my friends or family after this disastrous interaction? I believe the staff at this location need to go back to customer service 101. 10/10 for the equipment. 1/10 for the staff.KRYSTYNA M S.

Our contract stated that we were to drop the truck off at the UHaul location on 4th Ave in Everett, WA. We went there and they would not take the truck. They told us to go to another location. We called the 2nd location and they told us that they were going to charge us extra to drop off there. Getting this sorted out was a long and exhausting process. In the end we had to take the truck to another location. UHaul's scheduling and storage of trucks should not have been our problem. After a long cross-country trip this was tough. We had a contract and we expect UHaul to honor their own contract.Nathaniel B.

The Uhaul website offered "scan and go" service for this location, come to find the "scan and go" service does NOT work, so i had to wait in the long line. If its known the service is not available why offer it and waste our time. I also went TWO miles and UHaul charged me over $100? what a RIP OFFAMBER R.

I placed a pickup at a store that I had a storage unit at, and the next day got a call saying they didn't have that truck available. Added about 35 miles extra round trip and a ton more time. After picking it up and taking another hour and a half out of my day to pick this up, I got to the storage and noticed 3 trucks just like mine, that weren't rented out at all! I asked the lady who worked there and she said no they are all available, so I paid nearly 70 dollars extra when the vehicle was available where I had everything stored. I find this ridiculous, i had to drive out of my way and spend twice as much money because I was told they didn't have any. Seems shady and intentional if you ask me.NICHOLAS D.

If you don't check your equipment in upon return they will charge your for the following day. When I returned a employee was happy to inform me instead of performing their job. My one criticism is about requiring a second contact #. I was not told that you would call that number right at the moment as my partner was on Graveyard Shift and the call woke them up and then they could not get back to sleep so went to work the next night burnt out - NOT COOL!! - You need to tell the customer that it needs to be a number that you can call right now in this very moment.
