After having the original location on Aurora not have our trailer and having to drive to Everett (without advanced notice) we obtained another trailer. This trailer had a substantial leak and although not their fault, we were seriously delayed. Property damage and a lot of stress and hassle. The employees were amazing and accommodating and really kind. My only issues were out of control. The original location's employees were ridiculous and unprofessional! How hard is it to call someone when you re unable to fulfill a contract? If the roles were reversed , there would be fees and charges involved plus time reimbursement but not so much as an apology. The checkout system was a bit weird. It showed the value before an allied discount. Then it wanted me to sign saying I agree to pay that amount. The staff warned it would show the right amount at the end. And it did. But the way the transaction is processed it is rather confusing and felt like I was agreeing to pay a lot more than the reservation amount I'd secured online. It all worked out and I paid the right value. The checkout system needs updatingJared B.

All four tires on the trailer I rented were below 50psi. The tires should have been at 65psi. under inflated tires are a great danger. This location should be reminded how dangerous under inflated tires are.Robert Q.
It took way too long to get my van. The cashier seemed to have trouble with my transaction, having me try several different cards that your system was allowing to go through. Finally he decided to just use the card on file that I reserved the van online using and it worked. He should have done that in the first place, the card reader was not working properly. I was there for just over 30 minutes. Not too cool. Other than that, everything was fine. Just a very frustrating pick-up. Gracias.Bret B.

When I picked the truck up the inside of the windshield was so dirty I couldn't see. The truck was filthy inside and out. The engine lost power on the highway due to a fuel problem, truck obviously hadn't been serviced or they would have caught that the actuator is shot.Jordan M.

I loved the location Pablo is amazing HOWEVER the fees and rates I was charged were not at all what I was expecting much higher than I calculated and now I'm stuck owing 84 dollars my card didn't cover and what happened to the deposit? It states we traveled 54 miles however the location we moved from and moved to is only 4.4 miles round trip we definitely did not make 12 trips back and forth ! Furthermore I was under the impression that if I brought the truck by 6 pm tonight the fee for today would be reversed because I didn't use the truck today i thought it was due back at 6 tonight not 11am so it was misunderstanding I worked today till 5pm so they Said have it back by 6 they tried taking off today's fees but couldn't till truck was back that's was my understanding. I just am having a really hard time understanding how the charges are so much money.Elizabeth H.

Normally slow service checking in at this location but this visit was quick and easy due to two representatives available to help opposed to the what seems to be normally one. All in all a seamless transaction.Sean W.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The overall experience was great since this was the first time I have ever rented. The only negative was not having parking at the facility for a round trip rental. I had to park at a lot a block or so away. This was not a big deal yesterday since it was a sunny and beautiful day. Customer service was wonderful. The truck was in need of considerable TLC. The drivers door was sprung - needed to be slammed very hard to close. The truck leaked and some of my belongings got wet.Elizabeth W.

The U-Haul app would not load for staff members, delaying the truck return by 20 minutes. Perhaps too reliant on technology?Peter W.
We had several issues to solve - I forgot my slider (had to purchase a new one) my light plug was broken - they were AMAZING and got it fixed Unfortunatley the gentleman that hitched my trailer did not screw down the hitch to the ball - the trailer popped off on I405 at 60 miles an hour. Fortunately the trailer had very good drag chains and traffic was aware around me. I was able to stopped the wild left/right bounce, get the trailer to settle, and get off to the side of the road. It was scary as HELL but no one dies and no car was damagedGILLIAN E.

Everything was acceptable except when I went to return the vehicle. I was supposed to fill the Gas tank till the 3 quarter only, but mistakenly I filled the whole tank which no problem I don't mind and I didn't ask for anything, but when I informed the gentleman who was scanning the car he didn't even respond or say thank you or any comment. I didn't ask for anything or discount but when someone do a favor to you or did extra miles you should just smile and say thank you. What type of service is this. At the last minute I was called 1 hour before pick up telling me my truck to as not available and I needed to drive 10-15 miles to rent one. After I pressed them they did upgrade me to a bigger truck, but then when I came to pick it up it too was not available. So once again I was upgraded. This truck was rented by someone but they were late so it was rented to me.Doug G.

The employees had no idea what they were doing. I paid for a hitch online and they doible charged me for it at the store. Renting a trailer took over an hour with 5 employees trying to hook it up and charge me for more stuff. I was told that my hitch-installation appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM on 9/16, so I arrive in time, told the guy my name and that I had a 9:00 appointment, to which he said, "There are two people ahead of you." At up to 2 hours per installation meant that I wasn't going to get outta there until the early afternoon. If the guy knew that beforehand, why was I scheduled for 9:00? It was complete BS but I had no other option because I needed to have that installation done that morning because I had based my entire weekend's activities of hauling stuff around on having that hitch installed that morning - I mean afternoon. I was satisfied with the workmanship and everything associated with the installation, but the scheduling situation sucked.James H.

I really appreciated how Jesse went above and beyond to get the hitch on as it was really complicated with hoses in the way and I have a van that was converted to accommodate wheel chairs. He's done millions of hitches and never encountered these problems but he put in the extra work and took time to do research and he completed the job. I couldn't be more happy with this location and I'd recommend everyone go here to get the job done. They take pride in their work and will not allow it to Defeat them.Corinna F.
Truck maintenance needs to happen on those trucks preventative maintenance specially to the pick ups that tow they should be serviced after every tow in avoidance of vehicles breaking down on customers they make enough off of us customers and rape us with their one way rates and mileage rates so much they should use that money to take care of their trucks before they break not after.Gavin A.

The tail light connection on this trailer was going out intermittently on the right side Back top. We turned it in on Saturday night after 7pm and were charged extra. Nothing was said about that extra charge. We turned it in the same day we had reserved it for.Colleen L.

Absolutely terrible. I reserved a 17 foot truck via 24/7 truck share. I expected to quickly get the truck using mobile pick up when I arrived; instead, a spent almost 90 minutes inside, only to a 10 foot truck that required two trips and in the end cost me more.
