Have on site parking for customers cars while they use the equipment. The inside of the truck was clean but the back was not, the heater only worked on high, drivers airbag light kept coming on and off and the truck was wanting to die while I was sitting in traffic.Robert H.

The manager at this location needs better training. Very unprofessional and deceptive! My card was overcharged additional days, we discovered it was by an employee working at the location. Seemed like the cashier was under the influence. She was spaced out and sharing very personal info. She gave us a truck that was blocked in by other trucks, and when we went to ask for help she was rude and dismissive. She took the keys she gave us and moved the truck in front of the truck we were renting. But instead of returning the keys so we could drive off, she giggled with her coworkers and ignored us. We had to ask her for the keys again and then she insisted that she didn't have them. Moving day is stressful enough. I thought renting a reserved uhaul would have been the easiest part of my day but I was wrong. I would go to any other location, or honestly a competitor if I could.Clarissa V.

I could have moved more with this truck but feared it would break down if I made another run. The truck made a terrible noise on the freeway and jerked around quite a bit. The truck bed was dirty on the inside, the window didnt work and the seat didnt move forward or backward when trying to adjust it. When I went to put gas into the truck, gasoline poured out all over the ground as I pumped it. What a rip off!!! Not only that, I told both the clerks about this experience and they could have cared less! Never again!!!Chiaki S.

What a disaster! One of the worst customer experiences of my life. Not only did the reservation change from one-way to round trip, but the shocking lack of customer service or human decency was the absolute last thing I needed on moving day. I don't even know where to start, and without personal judgement on the various characters I dealt with, I'm hard pressed to say anything positive. Rude conduct and unprofessional behavior from nearly the entire team, as though I had set the reservation up wrong. I'll contact corporate for a partial refund, as doubling my moving day costs, was very frustrating.Taylor H.

This location is close and convenient. There was only one person working, but she was helpful. This is a cramped location and not easy to drop off a trailer. We had to help the attendant back the car trailer into a spot with the dolly because she wasn't big enough to handle it herself. There wasn't enough room to back it into the spot with my truck.DANIEL TORQUE Z.
Make sure that you have the U-Haul when someone makes a reservation two weeks in advance and I don't know why you guys are letting these tacky gas stations do business with U-Haul it is a very bad look for your company When I arrived to the Everett location they were not giving me my $50 reimbursement fee for the inconvenience of a two hour delay I had to call your customer service and receive it at that pointKian J.
Two things, 1. I was about 20 minutes late getting to the facility, I stood in line for a while and the fellow in front of me reservation had been canceled. I was surprised to find out that I almost lost my truck because of being slightly late. It's doesn't say that anywhere on the website. The person at the desk actually started calling me to find out if I was coming. I suspect if I had been at home and not answered my phone right away they would have given away my truck. 2. The roll door was sightly damaged and difficult to shut because of the cable being damage before I picked it up.Tayissa C.

I was pissed that "for MY convenience" you made me travel to a distant site in an unknown town that I flew into, rather than getting off your lazy asses and bringing my reserved vehicle to my promised location. Excellent experience. Never fun moving but we made 3 trips in 24 hours and moved an entire house. Was very disappointed when I went to return the truck and even though there was a sign that said you had to wear a mask there was someone renting a truck not wearing a mask and the Uhaul employee allowed it.WALDO B.

Employee clearly wasn't following safety protocols for Covid. Wasn't wearing a mask, didn't encourage other to, and the van cab was filthy. No sign of cleaning out the space between users. Even had to wait while he tended to some guy (who was behind me in line) as they went out to talk about the guy's car and some electrical issue he was having. Talking closely with no masks on, they even shook hands afterward. WTF. I'm guessing this guy thinks the whole pandemic is some Trumpian hoax. Unbelievable disregard for others' health and safety. The customer service is rude and I got dropped off the vehicle I rent at 1:30 pm. and they send me a bill that I dropped off the vehicle at 3:30 pm. The person in the morning when I pick up the vehicle, she wants to bring manually my credit card in the computer, she got her phone next to her (Shannon) I said your machine is unplugged and she replied to me like oh well I hope works; it takes a long time to works, I express to her that it was ok. I love U-Haul, the personnel needs to not use their phone while with a customer. Is sensitive information they have in their hands like a driver's license, email, address, and phone number and she was asking for a credit card when a cable was disconnected? NO, IS A BIG DEAL THAT SITUATION. The second person in the afternoon was rude and didn't welcome me or anything, she just said: leave the keys inside and I'll send you the final bill later and she turns around. Nothing like hi, how was your rental is anything I can do for you, or are you finish with your rental? Why if I have problems with the van or I want something else from the store, she didn't care!!! Everything was great from the initial booking of the U-haul and drop off. It was easy to reschedule my date because of rain with no charge. The customer service was great! The clerk explained everything thoroughly and completely. The u-haul was set and ready for pick up with no problems. The text sent online check up for review of the Uhaul was good. It was a nice easy drop of with no hassle.Thu G.
A brief overview of some of the functions of the vehicle would be good since I couldn't find a way to turn on the hazard lights and I also couldn't find a way to adjust the side view mirrors after checking everywhere. Having to return it by 4:45pm is kind of early as well. Also it seems like making a reservation online is useless if it isn't guaranteed. The employees at the Burien location were nice but I think the parking to return it is a little messy with cars blocking the way etcDion T.

The truck was very dirty, windshield covered in bugs and road debris. The interior of the cab was passable, not filthy. It really appeared that very little attention was paid to turning the truck around and we were worried that it would fail on the road. Fortunately, it ran fine.William J.

At check out was told follow instructions to night drop. At Burien location was told $150. Xtra to night drop truck $50.00 to night drop RT trailer very disappointing I realize the trailers are easily stolen but I ran that location for 2 years with Zero stolen trucks or trailers from night drop. I had reserved a truck from the Ballard location, and was called the morning of my reservation and told the truck I'd reserved had been stolen and the only available truck was in Burien. Obviously this bad luck and out of their control, but the result was U-Haul wasn't able to hold up their end of the agreed upon rental terms. We drove down to Burien to pick up the truck and the pick up process was fine, but we were still charged the full amount of miles traveled and threatened with a late fee if we returned the truck past our reservation time limit, even though we had to drive an extra 20+ miles to pickup the truck from this location.LADONNE G P.
So I reserved a truck a few days before and when I went to pick it up they told me that the truck I reserved wasn't available. They ended up getting me another truck but I had to return it within a few hours or they would charge me extra when originally had reserved for 6 hours. ðŸ˜¡Erik B.
I made sure I filled the gas to exactly where it was before returning the truck, but yet was charged for gas. They just had me hand them the key when I returned it. They didn't give check the gas while I was there just charged me later. Feels like stealing from me. I don't want to go back and argue with the store and I don't have any proof now anyway. First, I tried to rent from another location and use the pick up function on the app. The app did not work for me. I don't know if the app has problems with Android users but I am not alone in having problems. Second, Customer service at 1-800- Go Uhaul was no help whatsoever. Third, I went to the location at 200th and Pacific Hwy. There was an employee there named Frank. He was outstanding. He was very helpful. Your staff is typically amazing so you must be doing something right! However, they seem to operate with little supervision and little training and few processes. They had no idea how to handle an upset customer (me) when I came in after my unit had been broken into. They need more support there. All they did was look uncomfortable and shrug their shoulders.Whoever the woman was that proactively reached out to me and finalized my move out was especially helpful the past few times I was there.
