Staff are friendly and helpful although this location is extremely busy! It is a very hard/busy location to get stuff in and out of storage. We did have mice droppings on our stuff when we moved out of the unit. Overall experience was good.Kimberly C. | Overall Experience

We dropped the trailer in front of like trailer but we had to pick it back up and drive it over so they could put air in tires. Some direction signage might be helpful but staff have been trained one way. Other than that pretty satisfied with setviceVICTOR LOGAN F.
The rental pickup truck had been in a wreck (evidently it had been stolen) and it was in bad shape. I had to spend a LOT of time inspecting and reporting problems before even driving off -- time I had to pay for. That was completely unacceptable. I appreciate this location getting me in and out as quickly as possible, but my biggest complaint is that there is no parking. You get incentive to bring the Uhaul back to the same place, but it makes it a bit more difficult to do so without the parking. There seemed to be almost too many trucks at this location dorment in spots that could manage a good number of customer vehicles.Kayla R.

I had two visits to the store. The first was to confirm my rental and ask about TV boxes. I was not acknowledged when I entered. Three employees walked by me and didn't even look. The employee at the counter once she completed working with the person in front of me asked me to step up. Once she started helping me things were good. No TV boxes available but she told me they had some scheduled to arrive that day and to call back and if the delivery was made I could reserve them. The next day I went in to pick up 26' truck. One customer was being helped. This time two other people walked by me and did not acknowledge me being there. The customer in front of me took a long time which is fine but at least acknowledge I am in the store so I know if somebody else walks in, they know who is next. After about 5 minutes of roaming the store, one of the guys who walked by me invited me to the second register. Very nice person. My vehicle was clean but it was blocked in behind other trucks. I could not inspect vehicle due to having it completely surrounded by other UHaul equipment. This site has so many vehicles, they are parked out on the sidewalk and getting a 26' truck around the parking lot for an amateur truck driver is a HUGE challenge. Improvement: 1. Acknowledge customers when they come in the door. I can understand being busy but at least let me know you care that I am there. 2. If a vehicle is reserved two weeks in advance and pick up has been confirmed, have the vehicle staged so it is easy to inspect and get out of the parking lot.CHARLES L.

When I questioned why the price of the tow dolly was 50% higher than quoted, the person at the desk said, she could not help me and I would have to call someone else, instead of telling me high priced insurance had been added. I was trying to use the app to pick up my truck and it wasn't working. A wonderful employee came over and helped me out. Even though there was a long line, he took me to an open register and got me checked out. He saved me from being late and missing my movers! I really appreciated his help. The truck was great and easy to drive once I got used to the size.Joan W.
The app and customer service from the app was horrible. The person who called me to verify information was snippy and had a bad attitude and was not helpful at all. I tried to pick up using mobile and it was not easy and I ended up having to ask someone for help. Something that should have took a few minutes took over half an hour. The trailer hitch needed grease and wasn't tightened down enough. I didn't have grease or time to go back to the uhaul location for two reasons: 1) it took 45 minutes just to get the trailer because the store was slammed with a huge line. 2) despite being there in time for pick up, I was still required to bring the trailer back at 1pm for another reservation. I needed to do a furniture pick up and couldn't spare extra time to locate grease to tighter the trailer. It was jumping and swaying the entire time I used it and really frightened me. The person who hooked me up didn't check the lights or tire pressure before sending me out. It would've been a huge difference if the person used grease to tighten the hitch and check air pressure to ensure I was safe. While the huge line of customers was unpreventable, taking a few minutes to check air pressure, check lights, and use grease to tighten the hitch would have ensured I was safe for the road.Spring P.

I've rented trailers many times from this location and my experiences have always gone well, but the folks at Uhaul went above and beyond this time around!! Originally, I had reserved a 5x8 utility trailer, but when I arrived to pickup, they discovered that the trailer had not been returned yet. After a quick scan of their inventory, they were able to get me outfitted with the larger 6x12 utility trailer for the cheaper 5x8 rate! I had all the space I needed for a big dump run and for hauling the materials for my project. They even extended my return time by 2 hours at no cost! As we plow forward in this digital age, I find it harder to get quality customer service. Dan Ackman and the staff at Uhaul have proven that good old fashioned service is alive and well! When I initially rented the unit on June 18th the experience was good and when I went into pay my monthly bill it was ok as well. Then came the day we were moving out September 12th. My niece and great niece drove up from Puyallup to get all the the items in the storage unit#2527. They rented a moving truck from your facility. They drove it out to my place in Ferndale to pick up some items that I had to give them. It wasn't until we went back to your facility that we found out your elevator was not working. I'm 67 and a friend of mine, the same age as well as my to nieces were all the help we had. I went to the office and asked for help. The person behind the desk, I believe her name was Julz had no idea the elevator was broke down but there was another person a man, that said to Julz that it was broke the day before as well. Julz tried calling a supervisor and perhaps you as well. It was painfully obvious know one from your company deemed it important enough to react to her call. My wife also asked for help moving things and the man said they are not allowed to help move things. We struggled and got everything except 6 dining room chairs moved down the stairwell. Julz did the best she could but your team was completely overwhelmed. My Niece, Julie Casiano rented from you and I think you company owes her some money back as nothing about the elevator was mentioned upon renting the truck although in fairness, you crew likely didn't know we were moving things out from your facility that day. Tomorrow morning I'll be contacting your customer service dept and complain to them. It's really unfortunate this happened the way it did but point blank, it did happen and I think it needs to be addressed and corrected by either you or upper management. It's highly unlikely I will use your facility again and I'm hoping know one else has to be put through this. Super skilled in time management, facilitation and captures her customers. My son and I were exhausted driving from WY to Bellingham WA, and she made the last stop very easy.
