Mixed review given moments of poor and excellent service. When I approached the desk, one fellow remained surveying his personal phone while the other two staff stared fixedly at a computer screen, discussing something that surely took only one of them to handle. None of the staff responded to me til I sat down pointedly in front of Kayden, the fellow on his phone. Then things turned around and he was active and personable, drawing in a second staffer when he asked for help to complete on line info. The second staff member stayed til 8 pm awaiting my movers - as my access code did not work. When they still had not shown up, he helpfully called them with an access code of a former staff member so they could get my stuff in. He called me to ensure I was aware of this new plan/ workaround. That was helpful, particularly as the non-staff access codes to the facility apparently are "glitchy " in their words Eg not working! This negates after hours access. No one seemed to feel accountable/empowered to fix the actual access code problem asap. However they did create a presumably non-compliant workaround.
