I had to change the truck I use twice and settled for the last one bc I had timeframes under dude who picture is display for that location I think he's the manager was rude and went to back s as Nd forth with me about the unkept maintenance on these trucks interior and exterior it was horrible and the engine made the trucks run horrible I still have videos of every truck I recorded that was not up to part the second one he said he had a mechanic to look at it last week so I k ew I wasn't exaggerating these problems I didn't know that only he did but he still chose to go back and forth with me after admitting that that's the worst location to visit hands down Worst experience ever!!!!!

OMG!!! This location is incredible! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and seem happy! I just moved all my stuff out of my storage unit after holding it there for 3 years and all my stuff was exactly how I left it. Thank you U-haul! 100% Satisfied!!!

If the driver's side door sealed fully and the speakers in the driver's side door worked, it would have been an acceptable experience. If the seats were designed to support the back, it would have been a good experience. Also, the tires were bald and we drove through a snowstorm; it felt as if the truck was trying to drive off the road. Finally, the minimum rental days policy is stupid. There is no scenario in which I would take more than 2 days to drive from St. Louis to Denver. Requiring a 5-day rental is clearly a money grab. And the environmental fee is BS. I looked into it, and Uhaul uses the money to retrofit its fleet, which clearly is in Uhaul's own interest. Just roll it into the rest of the fee, WTF.

I have rented several times and have never had an issue. For my last rental, I asked that the van be clean as we were moving materials that would be undeliverable if smudged and dirty. The van was exceptionally clean and not one piece of material was blemished or damaged. I'm a very satisfied customer. Keep up the great work!

The 3 staff I dealt with were all excellent. Got me in and out the door quickly and professionally. 2 of them helped me attach the auto transport and load my vehicle. Very polite and friendly. My only issue was one of the ratchet straps on the auto transport would unravel itself once you started driving. Had to stop several times to re-secure the vehicle.

The location itself was fine. The overall customer experience has been horrible. I paid up front, then was called to be informed I had a debt and would be sent to collections even though I had already paid. After explaining the situation they found my payment. I was then charged again after I thought the situation had been handled. While speaking to a customer service agent for the second time around I explained my frustrations with being overcharged by double. While explaining my frustrations the customer service agent was extremely rude and began to argue with me after I explained that I have had an overall terrible experience with Uhaul which she greatly added to.

I bought the shoulder dolley here which was defective. When i asked for a refund I was told to come back in 2 days when the manager was there. Inconvenience was not necessary. So now I have to make a special trip just to get a refund. And I was told you dont take back opened packages, well, I bought it to use it. Of course i am going to open it! And it can happen and with any product, it was defective.

The customer service representative that I dealt with could have been a lot more friendly. I asked if there were any AAA discounts and he laughed. He explained nothing to me. I had to ask if there was a full tank of gas in the truck for which he told me there was only a 1/4 of a tank of gas. I was then told to bring it back with a 1/4 tank of gas. I find that odd. He did not walk around the truck with me to see if there were any problems with the truck. There was no "customer service" at pickup. However, the women that I returned the truck to later in the day was extremely pleasant and efficient.

As I have said MANY TIMES you need to have a built in section just for the frequent user. There are many people that rent the same thing as I do on a bi-weekly basis or more frequently. I young men who assisted me were wonderful on Saturday. Erston and the new young man he was training . They took great care if he and exceeded my expectations. Upon my return the assistant manager was Very rude, not customer oriented and actually did not set any kind of positive example for anyone working under her leadership. Which is why I wouldn't recommend this location because she did not deliver a pushover customer experience

The area by the elevator had shattered glass and dirty, old furniture in the "giveaway" pile that was flopped all around the area. The store manager was very nice and acknowledged me in line right away when he came into the store to assist while the other gentleman was on the phone. He was prompt in the payment process, finding me a storage location and pulling the truck around for me. He was also there for the return process and made it easy to come and go. He was efficient in emailing me over the receipt also. Nice guy! I appreciate the easy service during a stressful moving day.
