Have your store representatives behave more professional. The young woman who helped me was very immature. I called to reserve a motorcycle trailer for a one way trip. When I arrived, there was a twenty minute wait. Then the yard person then loaded a cargo trailer to my pickup. I explained to him that I reserved a motorcycle trailer. He said that the motorcycle trailer is not available for one way rentals. It would have been nice if the agent on the phone would have told me that to begin with. Alsoâ€¦ I was not told over the phone that I can't drop the trailer off at a location close to my home. I had to drop off the trailer about 8 miles away. Not convenient.HENRY D.
This location is my best experience in Reno Nevada. The girls at the desk are excellent with their customer service. The team outside that get you hooked up are excellent and the manager that is prior service military is top notch. Great experience and this location is my first choice.JOHN M.

I had a confirmed reservation for 9AM. I was informed 65 minutes before my pick-up time that the vehicle wouldn't be available until 2:15PM. I lost a days work at my destination that can not be recovered. I was suppose to move over Labor Day weekend but every business I have dealt with in the last two months has proven to be unreliable and has set me back a month. I was told I would receive a $50 credit for the inconvenience but the store said I would have to contact the reservation team for my credit, another inconvenience. Using the chart provided for gauging how much gas to put in the vehicle I put in 6 gallons. The chart recommended 5.5 gallons. There is a charge for gas on my final bill. It was not mentioned at the time I dropped the vehicle off. And the windshield was dirty. The whole thing was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I can not impress upon you how much I was damaged by losing another days work. There are financial costs to me that are becoming overwhelming. I have never before dealt with so many unreliable and unprofessional entities in my lifeMarcus C.

Picked up the vehicle using my cell phone, never again. The truck had low tire pressure in one tire which had to have air added. There was broken glass in the back of the truck. The steering wheel was dirty and the sanitizing wipe I used to clean it turned black. I found the staff at this location to be friendly and helpful. Great location in Reno.JOHN H.
This was the best experience I have had in 30 years of using U-Haul in multiple states. Trevor was a throw back to classic customer service. He should be running a training program. He is a rare find in todays world. In my humble opinion I would put him on a management fast track.Mark S.

I reserved a Tow Dolly. I went to pick it up and they did not have it. I had to hunt around to find one. They person that did help me was a great guy. But I will NO LONGER rent from U-Haul. I will recommend that people do not use U-HaulBill B.

The tire straps came off the tires during transport, after tightening them twice before during my trip. When I told the manager he didn't seem very concerned. The employee that unloaded the trailer however, did say he would check it out.Bryan S.

Still waiting on a supervisor to call me 775-484-9405. Vehicle had no gas it was not at the location it was supposed to be even though Uhaul.com showed it should be at the original location. Staff was ridiculously rude and condescending. Customer service said I would get my 50.00 credit for Uhaul at wrong location. Rebecca on the phone was great. The store not so much, I will never go back here again. If you could please have the supervisor call me about the credit I was promised that will at least help with the experienceMadilyn Q.

Your company didn't have an extra key for the vehicle. So when my partner turned in the vehicle by 8pm on 9/17 and locked the keys in, we were then charged $50 for your company to call a locksmith, to unlock your vehicle. Our garage opener was in the truck & we needed it back, & have yet to be contacted. Very poor customer service all around.Joel H.

The personnel at this location were absolutely fantastic! I couldn't say more about how courteous, kind, and flexible these folks were with my situation. I came to pick up the unit a day early and since they had the unit on site, were easily able to accommodate my situation and get me on the road. This made a huge difference in my travel plans. I have waited for 30-45 minutes to pickup or drop off rentals from other locations with more staff than I do with this location. They have been short on staff most of the season, and when dropping off my rental yesterday during them having many returns from Burning Man, I still only waited about 10 minutes. The management and staff are extremely professional and well trained to do their job as a shinning example of amazing and speedy customer service.William B.
My reservation for a trailer at 1:00 OM Sept 4 was make at Uhall in reno 1790 Silvergate When I arrived I found that the trailer was not avalable it had been rented out I arrived there at 1:00 PM. they apologised for the screw up and referred me to 3411 S Virginia St where I was well treated and the trailer was available fortunately. Tcwo hours wasted but got the job done towed a BMW suv friom Colfax Ca to Bordertown and returned the trailer. To improve do what you say you are going to do.Robert F.

There was metal spikes next to my parking spot that destroyed my car and then treated my husband like crap because he ran over tem and hey were not even visable... I had problems getting the right storage through your company so I couldn't return the uhaul in time manager said it was fine to return it by morning which I did and still wad charged when I was told I wouldn't be... it was a horrible experience... unfortunately I have to use the uhaul again in a week to move but after that I will ot use that location again... storage location was great.. but now I have a destroyed car and waiting for the double charge to return to my accountKianna H.
I had a trailer hitch and lights installed on my vehicle in Reno at the Virginia St location. Then a few days later at the same location, I rented a trailer for an out of state move. A few hours into the trip, was pulled over by police to learn that none of the trailer lights worked. Spent $55.00 on battery operated lights to get to my destination only to learn that the wiring on my car was not done properly. Why did U-Haul put my life in jeopardy like that? I am furious. The lady in Reno who told me that my lights were working when I picked up the trailer should be reprimanded as should the person who gave my car back to me with faulty wiring. I would like to submit an escalated complaint. This should never happen to anyone else ever again.LESLIE H.
The only Reason I'm giving 2 stars and not one is the manager ended up running my card. But when I first arrived the young lady helping me tried to lie to me and say that the system would not accept my visa because it was a â€œChimeâ€ card. They do not give any notice or have any signs up stating this so I asked them why they don't notify this ahead of time as it would have given me the chance to book elsewhere on move day. Long story short they end up having to get the manager who ran my card and what do you know. It went through just fine. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I went to the location on Oddie they did not have the trailer, so they called 10650 S Virginia St. and spoke with a person that said they had the trailer for 24 hours. I arrived at the location, and they only had it for 6 hours. So without an option, I had to get a trailer at the 3407 S Virginia St. location and had to return it a lot earlier, and I still had to pay for an entire 24 hours of rental. This is not the first time this has happened to my family. The lack of care UHaul has for its customers is ridiculous.Felipe D.

Was very easy to rent. Customer service was excellent. Trailer was easy to pull and that's coming from an Asian woman lol. Had a bit of trouble when returning it after hours and checking it back in online but that was more our fault than theirs. Just make sure to remain at the location until the return is completed online since they need to make sure you're at the correct location.Yong S.
