Her flipped attitude and disregard to the people in front of her made the experience tha much worst--i'd rather cancel the unit at this location and sit in a U-Haul full of belongings while trying to find new storage rather than stay to deal with Courtney and the location in its entirety.

Because of the GM issues I just started going to Angel or April for anything I needed or had issues with and not even bothing with meeting another new GM to just Have to do it again 6 months later. So only reason for me i rate 5 stars is the staff who ran that store the time I rented there and NOT the fill in GM's they'd send in who were horrible at the most basic thing in business CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! 5 stars goes to April who I remembered staying after 8pm on a Friday when I called to get some help with the gate not working for me. Or the 3 times I got in a hurry and forgot to lock my locker, April called me to ask if I knew it was unlocked and then she put a lock on it for me and every single time that happened she save me from getting my stuff stolen because it was untoched & safe because of April every time. I honestly wish I never rented this unit. Online they didn't even have pictures of the units all the had was blue prints which is okay but the unit wasn't even the size that the blue print showed. I wish I had my $64.49 back. Also, the lady who helped me told me that the access to the units were 7 to 7 but on the website and on the paperwork I received say 24 hours access. She said " it's 24 hours in you own a business and you have to have proof. The gates will lock at 7pm. If you haven't left then you'll have to call the number at the gate or wait for another car to enter." They should mention that on the website so people don't get confused. Last but not least, I got a drive up unit and I couldn't even drive up to it because if I even tried I would have broken my side mirrors off of my car. I wouldn't recommend the storage unit to anyone. I am highly disappointed because I don't have the money to try to find another storage unit.

I had to wait an hour to get my unit while paying movers. They then tried to get me into a smaller unit. My items would not fit in a smaller unit. They then gave me the next biggest size unit that cost more than the one I needed. They gave me a free month and said I would just pay the rate for the size I wanted. When doing paperwork the young kid at the counter said I would have to talk to Manager about that even tho the manager knew and was out cleaning the unit they were giving me. The lower rate was not locked in and my paperwork states I have the higher rate. It is still not resolved but I needed to get my items in storage and the truck back to a different location. All in all a stressful situation and one the could have been avoided. The system is in shambles when you reserve but don't get your unit.

There are too many narrow turns and is very hard to maneuver around with a trailer.. What I do like is that I have 24 HOUR access because of business relations.

The clean up he's done since taking over has been incredible. I set up a reservation for my boyfriend to move his stuff into storage, when he arrived at the storage place he was told he wasn't listed on the reservation EVEN THOUGH I had called ahead of time and spoken to CS and was told that his name was on the reservation and they'd even notate it in the system so there'd be no issues. Then when they finally allowed my boyfriend access, he went to the storage and there was a note on it stating that access was denied due to non payment...obviously they gave us someone else's storage who hadn't paid their Bill. I'm extremely frustrated that it's this difficult but I'm expected to pay $84 every month. Can't even use the dang unit. I won't be doing this again.

Calling U-Haul and getting to speak at to a real person takes on average 45 minuites. U-haul has no way for a deaf person to communicate with U-Haul remotely. My daughter was finally able to drive over to Phoenix and clean out the storage unit and close our account this weekend (about a month later). Call me for details at 619-855-8083 if you want details.

This was not true and for the sake of securing my property, I obtained additional insurance coverage after smelling gas upon every entry to my storage unit, there's trash everywhere, drug deals happened repeatedly and drug dependent pedestrians access to the premises. Unfortunately, the location is not safe and up until my move out date(a year plus later), people are still living out of their storage,etc. To make matters worse, upon moving out the 24hr access to storage was changed without notice resulting in an inconvenient attempt to access my storage unit. I will never utilize this location or recommend it to anyone.

I had literally 72 hours to move out and almost with no notice, had I not gone in there myself. My gate key almost NEVER worked, I had gotten locked in the property, alled the office, used the call button much to my surprise no answer for almost 2 hours which is why I was asked to move out. Crazy I was charged for 24 hour access that I wasn't even allowed to use at times. I had to n pay though, there is a male who n lives on site who is absolutely the rudest individual i have ever met. I think it's funny she has access to always open the gate when they claim the gate is completely broken but not for her it always works. The manager Alex was not helpful with any part of this whole process. This place has had many of it's lockers broken in to and it's clear to me that uhaul needs to fire this manager for his lack of customer service skills. A lady who had a little dog there one night had it looked because the manager Alex did nothing to keep a homeless guy who was responsible for her dog getting mauled to death by his pit bull and Alex knew the guy had been trespassed but Alex did nothing about the guy. Uhaul needs to really look in to this store and hire new employees that put the company and its customers first because Alex clearly doesn't give a crap. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION !!!!
