Although the app did not work when picking up the truck, it was wonderful when dropping off! Note that we only received 4/12 blankets we rented, which is why only 4 were returned.

Service was good. Price was a little high for only using an open trailer for a couple hours. ($40)
Michael B.The truck smelled like smoke and had less than 1/4 tank fuel. The seatbelts STUNK like body odor which transferred to our clothes. We reserved an appliance dolly and it was not available - we had to spend our gas money and an extra 90 minutes of time going out of our way to get the dolly (fueling time included....because there wasn't enough fuel in the truck to go anywhere but the gas station.)

You can't call store direct and customer service with UHaul takes HOURS to reach. Then disconnected. Finally talked to store and manager was going to call me back. 2 days later ....... Joke!!
Albert B.I was charged a $31 fuel fee because the girl who checked in my van did not check it in correctly. I returned to the facility and another employee went to the van with me and verified that the fuel was exactly at the level it should have been. I was refunded the fuel charge.

Richard R.The guy checking us in was working alone with several customers he was trying to multitask which was making no one move along. The computers were slowing him down. Training your team to focus on one customer at a time will allow them to move more along faster and not make a paying customer feel like they are taking up too much of their time. I just wanted to get my trailer and leave. Because another couple came up asking about boxes he stopped helped them and checked them out next to me. I had to wait my turn in line but he decided to go ahead and help them first. Then once he went outside to help us load to trailer he said he would be right back and he didn't come back. We hooked the trailer up on our own and left

James W.Lots of joking around at this location nice people but the equipment I asked for was not in the truck when I arrived at my moving site. The second the truck engine overheated leaving me stranded on the side of 40 West for 3 and a hours because they couldn't get anyone there any sooner. The women on the phone with roadside assistance told me the truck would be towed to another uhaul location where someone would unload that truck and provide me with another one. When I got the the other location the young man (and I do mean young) informed me I would have to call a moving company to unload the old truck contents to the new truck at my own expense because and I quote “it's just to much of a liability for us.†As this was a Sunday, I asked to speak the young man's boss. The District Manager Aaron, would not speak to me because I was yelling at him, (not enough sensitivity training if you ask me). This interruption took 5 hours out of my day. I frinally gave up and called someone to unload/ reload the truck and yes I had to pay them. I got the keys from the young man for the new truck and the gas hand was on “E†when I told the young people working there it was on E their response was well go put gas in it. UHaul is a joke in my opinion and I will make certain my friends and family hear this story over and over again.

Bill L.I have problem using your UHaul Share 24/7 app. The system is slow and not responsive. I end up having to have a staff to check me out when I return the equipment. Also, I have to call customer services before I can see my final receipt of my charge. but the staff at the location is very helpful.

Adrian V.Even though posted signs invite you to wait for an employee to meet you and help you with returning equipment, nobody ever came out. I went inside, waited in line, handed over the keys and was assured the person would finish my check-in transaction and I could leave. FOUR HOURS later, the check-in was completed, which triggered an extra day of charges that I had to spend time disputing. On-line U-Haul support treated me as if I was playing a game or somehow trying to take advantage of them. Don't think I would make this my go-to location for renting in the future.
