There were problems I think system wide with paying for rental. Could not use credit card, debit card, or a check. Had to go to an ATM to get cash to pay for rental. It is an inconvenience but location had no control over it.

As I got in the truck to drive away, the low tire pressure came on saying a rear tire needed air. Long story short- drove back to dealer, employee tried hard on cold day to fill but didn't have equipment that worked. Ended up driving another 100 miles with low tire light on. Seems like there's always a hiccup with U Haul.

Late delivery (5 hours) due to late incoming. Gianni was great. Trailer was covered in snow so no idea of cleanliness. After we unloaded it appears it was pretty dirty inside and there was a desk chair mat left by previous renter. Overall for the rental got the job done but service was rough.

The man at the counter was really great... he seemed to genuinely want to help customers. I had a fuse blown on my lights, and he helped me get it fixed, so I could get on the road. Very helpful... I'd definitely rent from there again.

Better customer service, I was specifically told I would be able to pick up locally and the day before I got a call that the nearest location was an hour and a half away which added a three hour drive the day before I moved... plus I was charged extra for the extra mileage of driving that far away to get the truck

Again the original drop off was changed which wasn't as convenient but not all that far away so it was doable, but I'm wondering if the reason was the same as the pick up?? If so, that should be made clear from the git-go.

I did not order nor did I use the 2wheeler nor the blankets and the customer service agent said we would not be charged for them but then we were. So I am very unhappy about being lied to and then charged an extra 30 dollars for services and products I never used. I will probably not use u-haul again because of this. 30 dollars is a lot when you have tons of moving expenses to begin with, everything adds up.

This location has an excellent staff and always willing to go the extra mile. Friendly and courteous must be their motto because they deliver it every time. The trucks are always easy to drive and in good repair and it takes regular unleaded fuel, not diesel. I choose this location whenever I need a rented truck for moving or other tasks. This location is always my first choice! Next time, make sure the windshield is cleaned; mine was really dirty, even for a very short trip.
