1. When scheduling the 24/7 pickup, the website had the wrong address for this location. They had recently moved. 2. When checking in online, the app could not confirm I was at the right address. 3. The location employees informed me that they do not offer 24/7 service. I had not received any communication about this. If I had arrived later, I would not have been able to pick up the truck which would have been a serious inconvenience. 4. Since they didn't offer 24 hour service, I couldn't drop off the truck that same night. I had to wait until the store opened the next morning. That was a major hassle. 5. In spite of all that, the actual experience working with the staff and checking out and back in was pleasant. 6. My experience with the truck itself was great. Bottom line: Get the app synced up with the real life location address and services. And contact the customer if needed to avoid inconveniences.

Needs better staff. They didn't ask me if I wanted coverage or not then proceeded to lie and say that they can't remove it. They took $14 from me.

I paid $104 to drive literally the worst uhaul I've ever driven in. I felt like it was going to break down on the side of the road. Terrible experience. Going to Penske next time.

Robert M.Every experience I've had with U-Haul (2 different locations) has not been very positive. There is never enough staff working there to get in and out in a timely manner. If the app would have worked properly my experience might have been better. The app told me one vehicle and then when I got to confirming pictures and mileage it didn't match the vehicle I was given. The app wouldn't let me proceed so I had to go into the store and wait 15+ minutes so I could work through the issue with the attendant. At that time we figured out the vehicle it was saying in the app was different than the one at the beginning of the check-in process, so that's why the mileage didn't match. All in all it took me about 40 minutes to get on my way. Drop-off went more smoothly using the app but there were multiple vehicles in the drop-off lane backed up almost to the road so it was a little stressful.

Self check in at the end did NOT work, I got to the step where I was supposed to take a photo of the odometer and that didn't work at all, so someone at the location had to help.

The problem with the truck is I knocked my back out of place getting in and out of the truck. Not a good experience. In addition, if you need another contact person on the reservation, please ask for it when a person makes the reservation. Springing surprises when you go to pick up the vehicle isn't pleasant.

They hung in there with me and everything worked out smoothly.

Also the side mirrors were very difficult to move into the correct position to be able to see if vehicles were passing on the passenger side. Otherwise all was mangeable for a 75 y/o.--me.
