Equipment wasn't available in our location even though we reserved weeks in advance. we had to go an hour out of our way. We didn't get a discount or a partial refund either.

Seen a very bad review about a uhaul on Belcher in Largo today I went on that review and told that company to come to 46 Ave N store and rent there because they are always nice and right on time .

ANTHONY Bour motorcycle trailer that we rented should have the ball bearings fixed. The trailer made it very uncomfortable to tow with all the thumping. I feel that it was not worth the rental fee and would like a partial refund.

Jason LI brought my own hitch, wiring harness, and pin because I have a hatchback and this is an unusual vehicle to put a hitch on. Joe had the install completed 30 minutes earlier than I expected, professionally installed, and I'll be able to test it out when I tow a trailer with it in 10 days. Hopefully, I won't have any reason to change my review.

Angela AI would have said my experience was excellent, however even though I had reserved a 26' truck on Feb.13th to pick up on the 24th for 2 days use and pick it up at this location at 10 a.m. that did not happen. The day before I was called early in the morning and informed that there would be no truck available unless I went to the west gandy location in Tampa or the Port Richey location and the truck would need to be returned to the location it came from. I would be charged the extra mileage to bring the truck to St. Pete where I would have to load it Saturday, drive it to Holiday, and unload, then return to St. Pete Saturday load , drive to Holiday and unload it and then take it to which ever location I got it from. Or as another option I could wait to pick up the truck until 3:30p.m.at the scheduled location then take it and load it. It would then be too dark to unload it that evening and we would not have beds to sleep on and would have to unload in the a.m. drive back to St. Pete, load again, go to Holiday and unload to return it the next morning. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! What is the point in making a reservation that is not honored? I finally had to go to the store and arrange for the truck on Sunday and Monday instead. I am 71 years old, and the men I hired to assist me had to be paid extra as they had to arrange to take off from their regular jobs on Monday. This was a disaster from start to finish and much more costly than my fixed budget allows for. I needed the truck for two days as there was kitchen, living room, den, 2 bedrooms, laundry room appliances, tools from garage, generator, lawn mower, weed wacker, tool shelves, a disassembled shed and so much more to move. No one could explain to me how this had happened or could be allowed to happen. How can a scheduling snafu like this occur? The young man named Jean who assisted me when I went into the store to make alternate and costly arrangements was very nice and so apologetic that this had happened to me. Up until that point when I was contacted to be informed that I would have to make changes in my scheduled reservation no one that I spoke to offered a word of apology for my inconvenience or extra incurred costs. They made me feel like "oh well that's just too bad,, deal with it." Not a good way to do business in my humble opinion.
