When they received the truck they questioned the cleanliness on return. I was able to provide photo documentation and they didn't charge me for the condition. Really was not pleased with the uhaul equipment, but had zero alternative the day of the move. I will make sure the photos are out on social media.Ian E.
Be transparent. Made an online reservation for 10' truck with car dolly. Price quoted online was almost $80 higher when I paid. Was told less than 24 hrs before pickup that I would have to drive into downtown-during rush hour-adding 30 miles and an hour and a half to my rental. Discovered 4 days later that I had TWO contracts and my dolly was actually $107 more. Returned equip early to location on the contract I was given. Spoke with worker there-checked equip in no issues. Then was called days later to tell me the dolly was suppose to be returned to a different location. UHaul screwed this entire transaction up! NEVER will I use you again. And, I'm in the process of editing my travel youtube blog that I'll be posting to my channel soon...showing all the issues I had with UhaulJami N.

I had a blowout and I couldn't get any help from anyone at u-haul. I had to buy a new tire and fix it myself and pay for the transportation and I was told to leave it at the closest location to me and I did and I ended up getting charged 4 separate times totaling over 600 dollars and it cost me 800 dollars all together just to rent a car trailer and work on it myself and spend my own money on new parts it needed before I got it.DANIEL B.

While this location was clean, it was the 3 location we were sent to. The location we booked moved the pickup to another location then to this location and we had to pick up the car trailer at another location. So inconvenient when you are trying to plan a move.John Z.

service personnel (outside) were very friendly and helpful, both at the beginning and end of the reservation, the counter person (inside) who completed the documentation for the reservation was abrupt, impersonal, non-customer friendly. He also told me the store closed at 6:30 p.m. and I needed to be back by then or would have to do the online return/unhook myself. I returned the trailer at 6:50 and the store was still opened (it closes at 7). A very friendly lot person took care of the trailerANDREW G.

Picked the truck up and the gas light was already on. Couldn't get truck into gas station beside place. Charged me 32 dollars for gas when I only went 40 miles.Curtis B.
The man who checked me in was extremely rude. He had issues with my reservation and kept telling me I wasn't supposed to be there even though my confirmation said I was. He eventually started yelling at me, cussing, and stormed off to get one of his coworkers to finish his job. Absolutely terrible service.KELSI R.
The service was incredibly slow and directions were very unclear when speaking with the associates. Who seemed to be the manager or person leading the team did not have a mask on, it was no where do be seen. He was walking about involved with everyone, but no mask. There was only one employee working when I arrived but he was awesome! He was super helpful and had a great attitude even though he was very busy. The most frustrating thing for me was trying to get through on the phone. I was never able to get through even though I tried multiple times. One time I even waited over 20 minutes. One of the customers in the line told me it took him 38 minutes to get through on the phone. Unacceptable. Especially compared to the great service from the frontline workers.Chad P.

My truck was not clean. The U-haul rep. pulled the truck in the back and did a quick clean of the cargo and cab area. Also my the cargo area leaked. Several items got wet.KIRK F.

I was charged a gas fee. I OVERfilled the rental. I have pictures and a receipt to prove it. I was actually shocked that uhaul would pull that. That's never happened before. I called to speak with someone but every time I call no matter the time of day the wait time is longer than 20 minutes. Figured $18 isn't worth the wait. However I'm disappointed and can't believe Uhaul pulled a fast one.Tabitha P.

My receipt was changed and I was over charged. I returned the trailer on Monday and because I didn't have internet I called the 866 number and told them on Monday that I couldn't come back 65 miles the next day so I wanted to let them know I was checking it in and her reply was so what do you want me to do! Than I tried calling on Tuesday, Wednesday and finally got some on Thursday who told me it was checked in on Wednesday but it was left there at 7:10 Monday night now I know because of the location.jacqueline G.

Take the drivers license info before telling someone to go to the uhaul location if they're using 24/7 pick up. It was freezing and I had to wait 29 minutes to be approved. That can completely be done before going to pick up the vehicle. Make the instructions consistent whether you're using 24/7 or dropping off during business hours. I was given conflicting information about returns and it was really irritating. Overall a poor experience and I was surprised with fees over and beyond my estimate. I understand it's an estimate but this was way off. I feel like I was duped and had I known everything ahead of time I don't think I would have used this service. The person who helped me onsite was incredibly rude and disrespectful. In fact, I did everything online to avoid contact and make it easy. However, I had to get his help because the dolly and pads weren't in the truck. He left, I started the truck and it had a low tire warning on it which prevented me from confirming the mileage. I then went back inside. And I quote, "What do you want now"? I couldn't believe. He said just hit this button and it will go away. I said I'll hit the button once someone confirms I don't have a low tire. That's when it started. I kept my mouth shut the whole time but I'll never go back to that location know he's there. I can assure you it wasn't me. It was his attitude.David J.
