The parking is a cluster fuck of a sea of U-Hauls rentals it makes it impossible to get out without denting or hitting anything! Really, fucking fix this.

We came during our dropoff time (DURING BUSINESS HOURS) and sat there for 30 min where someone was supposed to come out and work with us. We finally just self checked out. Then right at the end, a guy came out with cigarette in hand, didn’t even put it out, and took his time to ask us what our emails were. If it’s business hours, and we’re dropping off at a designated time, I’m confused why it took so long to get some help for a 60 yr old man

This was the worse experience I have ever had with UHaul. The lady that checked me in had me go around back and I sat for 15 minutes before I got out and found someone that could help. She didn't tell anyone I was back there. The gentleman that helped me was great. Then on the return, there were several trucks parked ahead of me in line and again I had to go find someone to help me return the trailer. They told me to wait until they moved the trucks, which took about 10 minutes to move the first one. I pulled around the second one and waited for them to clean out the first one! One guy was sipping on a drink and supervising. Really!? ZERO customer service!!

I returned a trailer here. I had to go inside to find someone to help me, even after I walked up to the place where you were supposed to drive to for drop off (another pickup with a trailer was ahead of me). The personnel were seated inside and could see me but made no effort to greet me until I went inside to look for someone to help me. They did what they had to to take my trailer, but weren't very friendly. I would not choose to use this location again based upon my experience.

Only issue was no one came out to my van during equipment drop off and it was raining, so I had to slug in the rain to return it. Customer service reps were wonderful and van was well maintained, made moving great!

My contract said to let the Uhaul team know if my gas was <1/2 full. As it was my move day and I had never driven a Uhaul before, I had a lot on my mind rather than checking the gas gauge when I got it. It would have been nice to have the store rep check it for me because when I got in the truck to drive away, I noticed it was only 1/3 full. I called the Uhaul location, waited on hold for over 15 minutes, and told her I was planning on filling the gas back to where it was when I picked it up and she told me I should have checked before I drove off, and I would be charged if I returned it less than 1/3 full. She said she'd leave a note for someone from the local store to call me as soon as possible to sort it out, and they never did. So I returned it with the gas at 1/2 full, paying extra than I would have if it had been properly checked by a staff member before I left.

Did the 24/7 Truck share. Truck was not ready. Team knew nothing of my reservation. Came inside to check in, three gentlemen behind the desk stared at me and didn’t speak a word directly to me for 2+ mins when I came in to get an update. They were very vague and rude as if I was inconveniencing their Sunday with my request.

It was a great customer service experience for me using this location for the first time. I will recommend others and will patronize this location in the future.

If you wanted to improve your service, I’d recommend the following steps: 1st- have a way that customers could reach an actual operator way easier, without an absolutely unreasonable wait. 2nd- don’t lie to your customers (like you did) By this I mean, when I was renting the truck, I realized I was going to need a very small amount of additional time (1 hour). I called the operator to try to make sure I could have the additional hour at no additional charge. She agreed. My original scheduled return time was 1pm cst. She assured me that I could return by 2pm cst, and there would be no charge. I returned the vehicle at around 1:30pm cst, yet I was charged double for the initial rental fee ($29.99). Had I known I’d get charged double, I would have kept the vehicle an additional 5 hours. 3rd- your $.79 charge per mile is completely unreasonable and absurd!!! Considering all of these things, I will definitely steer any other people towards going with any other company and/or any other option for moving. Because, to be honest, I feel that this company does NOT deserve to have the customers!!!

Super easy to fine and navigate around. I did the mobile check in. It was a little confusing because I ended up having to go in the shop to pick up the keys, but overall super friendly staff and really helpful!

This location had it all except the talent. Time was wasted with a terrible check-in (repeated information, poor operation of keyboards), the sophisticated tools of the whole procedure were beyond the capabilities of the staff (who were friendly but a little overwhelmed… although I was the only person in the place) and after this, although I returned the truck at 9:40 (5 minutes before return time) I see on my receipt 10: something which is probably because the person who greeted me at return and told me to leave the keys didn't exactly hurry to check the gear in after I left. What a shame because the equipment was all there and ready to go.

I had reserved a 10 foot truck several days ahead, when I got there they said they didn’t have one available, they did give me the 15 foot at the same price, however that was a bit more truck than I needed and was a bit trickier to maneuver in the space I had. Just a bit confused as to the point of making the reservation if it doesn’t secure the truck I requested.

Pickup was fine. Dropped off truck and got yelled to not touch anything even though I was just standing there with no intention of touching trailer. I asked if I needed to do anything else. Told no. Truck was not checked at time and marked as returned the NEXT DAY. Charged me for extra day. Went back. Person at counter would not look up from her phone to help and told me to wait. She then told someone I was waiting for “a whole lot of nothing”. I found manager myself and he fixed problem professionally. Every employee except the manager needs training.

YOUR APP IS A JOKE, I REGISTERED TO PICK THE TRUCK UP AT 8 AM., I OPENED THE APP AT 8 AM AT THE STORE AND IT SAID I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THEY OPENED AT 9 AM TO GET IT. WASTED TIME AND HAD A BUNCH OF PEOPLE STANDING AROUND WAITING TO HELP MOVE, NEVER AGAIN.

Our UHUAL was not properly inspected before checked out to us. The Box was partly detached from the truck which made it undriveable. I am very disappointed in the service and feel I should not have to pay for this UHUAL as we felt in danger on the road in it.

You were efficient with the booking and pick up of the van. *It was easier getting my question (about rental price) answered by a manager. So I would suggest you tell junior workers to refer the customer to a manager when they are not sure of an answer, rather than repeating the same line four or five times getting the customer nowhere. * I asked to deliver in person and had to find someonein the office to do this. The "yard " worker told me he could not deal with me as he has so much to do. It almost made me late for work. *Overall I had a very good experience.

I went to the counter where there was one person in line and no one at the counter. One associate helping someone with accessories. 3 employees standing in back. I asked if we could get some help at the desk. I was told by a young man lighting his cigar. “I don’t work at this location and these guys are on break. If you don’t want to wait you can go to another store down the road.” That’s exactly what I will do the next time. Thanks for the advice.

The WORST customer service I've ever had! No explanation about drop off locations. I was told it wouldn't be a problem to drop of before 4 days and 24 hours a day. It took multiple phone calls averaging 30 minutes to find the drop off places .... Yes.. it took finding two places and driving around with the car hauler to actually find a place to drop it off at. Waste of time! Waste of energy! Employee in Nashville was a lazy excuse for a person!

I called several times and was on hold for an hour until I finally decided just to go into the store. I needed to change my pick up time. When went in the store the line was 6 deep. Once I got the truck, the parking lot was so tight that I had to have someone come pull it out just to get off the lot. The add says 19.99 but this is misleading because the only way one gets this price is if they reserve it, check in, and leave it at the lot. I drove it less than 8 miles and was charged 48 and some change. I also got the 14 dollar insurance. .99 cents a mile is overpriced. I won’t be using U-Haul for my next move.

Quick drop off and very friendly staff. I was told to drop off at a location 30 minutes south of where I was staying according to the text I received the day after my pick up. Explained this to the man and he stated it wasn’t a problem.

I was charged for two days when I only used the truck for a few hours and returned on time. What should have been a $30 rental plus gas somehow ended up being $81 despite the “contract” showing the advertised price. The staff was not helpful at any point; in fact, when I initially went to the store to pick the truck up there was nobody even there. After people did come in to the store to check out the truck I reserved, there were employees in the office area repeating numerous expletives (many very racially explicit). I will not ever use this company/service again.

I walked in and waited for five minutes. Then I was around back and found the two employees playing on their cell phones. They looked at me and said, "what do you want." I said I wanted to rent a trailer. They kept on listening to rap and talking about Wendy's. At the end of the transaction the employee refused to give me a receipt and said, "dang man you think we tryin to jip you?" I don't know his name but he is a very large African American guy with a beard.

If a customer completes the express check in online, there should be no reason for the clerk to make them produce their driver's license again since pictures have already been uploaded. Also, it's very inconvenient if you don't have your phone with you. I didn't bring it, because I had already completed the express check in online. Seems very redundant and essentially nullifies the time spent completing the online checkin.

Samson was fantastic. Helpful, patient and understanding. We thought the floor of the UHaul trailer we rented was very dirty. All the boxes became blackened with soot. But it was easy to rent, pick up and drop off. We are storing our items at the UHaul storage facility nearby, and Tyler Cash was also very helpful. Great experience.
