I believe it's the closest one to us. Not easy to get to. Not very appealing, feeling more like truck stop. The "office" looks more like a city storage room/closet. I suspect some people would not feel safe. On a positive note, the truck was clean, tank filled, ready to go, and performed well.GLENN C.

The greeter, Wanda, was rude. She spoke fast and was generally impatient and unwilling to help review the damage section which would not populate on my mobile device as she expected As I struggled to see this information and ask her to slow down with the rant about the process I raised my hand to instruct her to stop. At that point she said â€œI was dead to her and she would not talk to me anymoreâ€ there was another employee in the office during this time Chris who I asked if he heard this conversation he took it upon himself to direct me outside and personally walked around the truck reviewed each damage and it's cleanliness and told me that he would take care of things. In my business I deal with the public all the time this is no way to treat the public this should've never happened this Wanda should not be dealing with the public EVER.jeffrey L.

i made reservation on line. i called after reservation was made asking the staff to please clean off all snow off vehicle. i called 24 hours prior to coming in. 7 INCHES OF SNOW EVERYWHERE ON VEHICLE. i arrived at 11. i was done showing my license and everything at 11:20. the time for the vehicle to be returned should have been 3 :20 and not 3pm. the woman was extremely rude. i wont do business here again.kareem J.

I received the truck with less than 1/8 of a tank of gasoline, with the "fuel light" on when I turned the truck on. I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel - 1/8 of a tank, the light on - and was charged $13.50 by UHaul for fuel. I tried to get this charge reversed from the person working at the desk - a gentleman named Jesus - and he could figure out how to reverse the charge. He told me he'd talk to his manager the following day and call me. He never called. I called UHaul the following day and they told me I had to work it out with the location I rented the truck from, and they put in a note for that location to call me. The location never called me. I don't think I will ever use UHaul again.Charles C.
I felt the mobile app experience was onerous. It was challenging and took far longer than expected or seemed necessary. I understand the need for distanced transactions due to COVID, but this was difficult. Also, it did not negate the need for a representative interaction because we added on a dolly and furniture pads.Chuck K.

First Uhaul the location did not put key in the lockbox. We waited outside of the location for 45 minutes, after having been hung up on by customer service. Finally, we had a helpful rep answer and get us a new rental that night 10 miles away.. thank god... Voucher for $50 off due to poor experience was not accepted. Overall impression was bad and hopefully will not have to deal with Uhaul ever again.David E.

My primary complaint is that I was unable to store my car there while renting their van. I was there by myself and had no ride. Why couldn't I park my car in the parking spot vacated when I rented the van? Secondly, the first van I was issued reeked of smoke. I had to go back to get another one. For these two reasons, I'll avoid this location in the future.JASON A.

Disappointed is an understatement for this experience! There is an extreme lack of communication and customer service for UHaul. Our reservation was booked online, 2 weeks in advance and then 3 days before moving we were directed to a new location for pickup. On an already stressful moving day, changing uhaul pickup locations is absolutely a waste of time and added frustration. When we called to have the location adjusted, each person we spoke to blamed someone else, and not one person apologized to us. As a hospitality director for my professional career, some advice to your team is that a simple apology goes a long way!! On the day of pickup, there was tremendous confusion about how to pickup, where we could park our car while we picked up the truck and multiple forms of references and identification required, when this was never conveyed to us. I would strongly encourage your team to simplify this process. What is the point of an online check in, if this doesn't even same time or effort? Additionally, when we got the truck it had less than quarter of a tank of gas. Before we could even start driving (the now additional mileage due to location change on your teams end), we had to get gas. What an inconvenience! I would strongly encourage your department to look at the various teams in place and to work on a streamlining effort and I would highly suggest a customer service class or two! Needless to say, you will never see our business againKyle P.

When I arrived the shop was professional even though it was a drop off mad house of renters coming an dropping an getting documents an leaving. It was business as usual at this popular rental spot I think because of the professionalism. Pretty wild considering Manny who was on point was new to the shop a recently hired after a long vacation. He gave great direction to an even newer hire treating his inexperience an questions with supportive help. I should be unhappy considering my rental went south an wasn't able to actually use the truck for moving my motorcycle cause I had no ramp. Oh well I will surely rent again. ThanksDAVID B.

Agent had the nerve to suggest that because I was more than 15 minutes after my scheduled time of pick up,, that "he really didn't have to give me the rental". The lot was full of trucks!
