I have used this location approximate 5 times over the past few years. My reservation pickup has NEVER been smooth. In the past trucks have not been there or have not been ready. One time, the worker just didn't show up tothe store on time. THIS time, we arranged for a mobile pickup at 8am (prior to opening hours). Knowing this location is typically disorganized, I confirmed twice in the days leading up. Guess what? We showed up at 8am as our reservation stated but were unable to pick up the truck. We spoke on the phone with 2 customer service folks who were very polite but suggested we wait until 9am so we could be handed the keys. The kid in charge said it was our fault for not giving correct information online. How can that be, if we had multiple confirmations? Once, or even twice, I'd be willing to say it is customer error... but it's not. It just never goes smoothly at this location. Beyond irritation, we book movers at an hourly rate... UHAUL's disorganization costs us dearly every time. Frankly it's infuriating. Great equipment, great online / phone service, very poorly run location.

The gentleman behind the counter was wonderful. Customers were nonstop (even at 7:45AM) and he maintained calmness while also not rushing anyone through the process. He was helpful with questions and directions on where to park. Having the truck running on such a chilly morning with the heat and defrost on full blast was a plus! He was there when I returned the truck as well and was just as great while even busier. The name on the receipt is Angel Rodriguez so I hope I got that right!

The manager Mr. Moody Jr. And the young gentleman who holds the closing shift didn't get his name made my first experience at UHaul amazing I was overwhelmed but they made it smooth and I want to truly thank them . Thank you Gentlemen your awesome!!!

I believe it's the closest one to us. Not easy to get to. Not very appealing, feeling more like truck stop. The "office" looks more like a city storage room/closet. I suspect some people would not feel safe. On a positive note, the truck was clean, tank filled, ready to go, and performed well.

The greeter, Wanda, was rude. She spoke fast and was generally impatient and unwilling to help review the damage section which would not populate on my mobile device as she expected As I struggled to see this information and ask her to slow down with the rant about the process I raised my hand to instruct her to stop. At that point she said “I was dead to her and she would not talk to me anymore” there was another employee in the office during this time Chris who I asked if he heard this conversation he took it upon himself to direct me outside and personally walked around the truck reviewed each damage and it's cleanliness and told me that he would take care of things. In my business I deal with the public all the time this is no way to treat the public this should've never happened this Wanda should not be dealing with the public EVER.

i made reservation on line. i called after reservation was made asking the staff to please clean off all snow off vehicle. i called 24 hours prior to coming in. 7 INCHES OF SNOW EVERYWHERE ON VEHICLE. i arrived at 11. i was done showing my license and everything at 11:20. the time for the vehicle to be returned should have been 3 :20 and not 3pm. the woman was extremely rude. i wont do business here again.

Due to the fact it was snowing. I was at first unable to notice a crack in the windshield. Also having made a reservation months ago. I would have appreciated I haul making sure they had what I needed in the location of my choice

I received the truck with less than 1/8 of a tank of gasoline, with the "fuel light" on when I turned the truck on. I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel - 1/8 of a tank, the light on - and was charged $13.50 by UHaul for fuel. I tried to get this charge reversed from the person working at the desk - a gentleman named Jesus - and he could figure out how to reverse the charge. He told me he'd talk to his manager the following day and call me. He never called. I called UHaul the following day and they told me I had to work it out with the location I rented the truck from, and they put in a note for that location to call me. The location never called me. I don't think I will ever use UHaul again.

I felt the mobile app experience was onerous. It was challenging and took far longer than expected or seemed necessary. I understand the need for distanced transactions due to COVID, but this was difficult. Also, it did not negate the need for a representative interaction because we added on a dolly and furniture pads.

I will never ever visit this location again because the only employee in the store (Kevin) was not wearing a mask and refused to do so when asked. He did not even have a mask with him. This is totally unacceptable in the middle of a pandemic.

One person working on her own. She was fine but overloaded. It was impossible to tell how long it would be before she could help. She was manning the phones, the register, and moving vehicles around in the lot. All by herself.

First Uhaul the location did not put key in the lockbox. We waited outside of the location for 45 minutes, after having been hung up on by customer service. Finally, we had a helpful rep answer and get us a new rental that night 10 miles away.. thank god... Voucher for $50 off due to poor experience was not accepted. Overall impression was bad and hopefully will not have to deal with Uhaul ever again.

I had to wait 45 minutes when picking up the vehicle, despite having a reservation. No appliance dolly was available (I had reserved one). The van had bits of broken glass on the cargo door steps.
