The place is in a creepy location. Just sitting in the parking lot we saw a lot of suspicious people with heavy gear wandering about. Turning the vehicle in at night was terrifying with all the noises and people walking in the shadows.

Although I did online checkout I still had to wait behind 3 customers to get the key to the truck. I went to the side as instructed on the app and was told to join the line.

The van was very nasty & dirty it hadn't been cleaned before our use of it. There had been soda or something sticky on both inside door panels trash & leaves & dirt that hadn't been cleaned out. There was cigarette burn holes & torn seats. I had to take pictures of all of the outside & inside of this van due to pictures that were taken that didn't match up to what or how we were receiving it. So customers really need to go over the whole rental being rented because you might get charged for uncleanliness and damages that were previously there & that the pictures taken have not been updated to it's current state or condition. I had also added an appliance dolly to come to find out there were none available to go with my reservation at the time of pick up. The phone check in is the longest process it's better to go in person to do the check in. It took me almost 30 mins just to complete the steps & process of the mobile check in. The employee working at the time didn't acknowledge of what or why we were there & our wait time was 15-20 mins just to be taken care of. We had to stop the employee to inform him that we were there for a pick up & needed to receive the key for the rental that had been reserved. The most horrible terrible customer service & the reserved van rental wasn't cleaned & the pictures of the condition were all not updated to the actual condition. So that has me very weary of the company & the employees to be trying to be deceitful. As well as to be trying to charge customers for things that were NOT supposed to be bc the condition & damages from the pictures I saw didn't match up. Not Good At All. Received horrible customer service & I'm a very unhappy & unsatisfied & very disappointed customer. We will not be coming back to this location again.

Although the office was short staffed the employee that helped me was awesome!! He cared deeply that his customers were happy and taken care of. I will return to this location in April when I move, simply based off of his service and knowledge and concern for my safety and satisfaction.

My online contactless reservation location was changed three times in a week. After arriving at the pick up location for my 20' truck and completing the mobile prompt, I could not obtain permission on their end forcing me inside to speak with a representative. Luckily Christopher Lama, the general manager was there to assist. Apparently the truck was being reserved for another customer (what's the point of reserving?). With a little bit of trouble shooting and quick thinking he was able to get me a 26' truck that had just been returned. There was an extremely long line behind me which would normally cause someone immense stress but his only priority was on me. Thank you Chris for taking care of me. You're professionalism and courtesy brought what was initially a terrible experience to a great one. Thank you!

Employee Lemuel Smithen overcharged my debit card by over a $1000. Charge was supposed to be a total of $73.43. This was a complete inconvenience and I am currently struggling to pay bills because of the overcharge. This employee did not know what to do and was unable to assist me afterwards. I have been waiting days for refund and still nothing has changed.

Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. I was under way in about 10 minutes. The truck was well-worn (140K miles) and a little creaky but it was clean and operated as it should. Turn in was equally fast and efficient. I will certainly use this location again for the great staff and for the extensive supply of packing materials.

Clean the truck before the next customer rents it. The interior of the cab of this truck was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke. I spent 30 minutes cleaning the inside of the cab with bleach prior to using it.

There was one man working there. He was very busy when I arrived but he PROMPTLY greeted me with a friendly tone and invited me to make myself comfortable while I waited for him. He told me exactly what he had to do before he would be able to help me and aproximately how long it would take. I almost laughed at his optimizim and set a time for how long I was willing to wait that far exceeeded his friendly guess. But I watched as he did exactly what he said he was going to do and come back to me exactly when he had predicted. He set about working up my order and had me out of there in about five minutes including the hookup where he told me twice everything I needed to do to load and unload my car from this trailer. I guess all he did not say was that I could return the trailer after hours. That would have been very helpful information since I very much needed to return the trailer that night during his off duty hours, but I did not ask about it so I cannot fault him for this. Over all, I would say this was the best transaction of the year for me and I came away feeling like a valued customer. But there is ONE thing that took away from this. When I arrived an hour early to bring the trailer back, because I had to be somewhere else at 0700, I noticed on the contract that if I did NOT check the equipment in myself, there would be a $20 penalty for this. I did what I was asked to do in the dark and somewhat scarey lot and jumped through the hoops set for me by your company rules. It was not easy at all, including taking a photo in the dark with a phone that had not been charged since yesterday. This rather spoiled what up to that point was a totally wonderful experience that I credit fully to this one man who clearly loves his job. I will be back. I want nothing more than to do buisiness with this man again, but I hope you will consider changing your message on the contract where you end the deal threatening to punish anyone who does not do a good job of checking in the equipment for you. When I had made an appointment for 8:30 p.m. and just because you're online system was no longer available although your website says it is I had to come in early but there was no compensation for that The truck was dirty as in trash Yet it was expected for the truck to be clean when I returned it which it was I wanted to upgrade to a bigger truck which they had plenty around that area but none of them were available yet none of them moved I was not told that the truck I rented no longer had a ramp and although I didn't rent your smallest moving truck a ram should still be there I feel that your company failed me completely I should be compensated for all the inconvenience

The windows were filthy. I had to pull over to clean them so i could see. Also, you need to be able to adjust the mirrors - and on this truck they would not adjust. Struggled driving - but I don't think that is the locations fault.

She was extremely rude. Hopped into our car without asking. Didn't hook the trailer up. Didn't have any tools to help get the trailer ready. There was trash in the trailer that she didn't take out. She LOUDLY complained about us being a pain in the ass the whomever she was talking to on the phone because she “couldn't get to the bank” by 11:30. She was awful and I don't believe she should be a uhaul dealer.

The mileage I use was 80 miles and they were charging me 129 miles. they also quoted me a 17' truck for $ 29 and when I went to return it they said it was $39 a day. Lack of comunicatiin. They helped me out but after 2 hours of my time. Never again am I using u-Haul.

When I received the uhaul truck the odometer read a different number than was on the contract. Vehicle information should be double checked to ensure customers are charged accurate prices for mileage. Had I not checked prior the mileage prior to leaving and the contract details when it was returned I would have been billed over a 16 mi difference, and fortunately the check in representative credited me to reflect the actual mileage done

The customer service was decent. It was the actual poor maintenance on the vehicle that was very horrible and unacceptable. I could not go past 35mph with out the whole cab shaking and trembling not to mention I had to drive 40 miles away then back another 40 miles to drop off the truck. It was a very unpleasant drive, I also mentioned the problem to the location where I got the truck from only for them to tell me to call the 1-800 number. If I could give this raining no stars I would.

I am horrible at backing up a trailer. I needed help returning it and if it weren't for the help of a stranger, I would have had to leave it in the middle of the parking lot. This store has a really difficult location/set up.
