Helpful and courteous
I reserve my truck online 5 days before then when I tried to pick it up, it wasn't available, the clerk said they don't have it yet, then he said he's gonna call me around 9:30 AM but I never received any return call @ all, I ask him what about those 15 footer on the parking lot can I have one of those, he said no those are broken but later on there were all gone, not recommended this place. Customer service was sucks.
Calvin the manager was very helpful and pleasant!
The only issue i had was the truck steering wheel was very loose and needed to be rotated. the steering wheel needed to be tiled more on the right to go straight which was a concern driving in such a long distance. Other then that i say the customer service was excellent and i was impressed by the service from all departments. Will for sure use again but will look out for the things like the steering wheel.

The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly and professional and efficient. He was able to answer all of our questions i had and explained the whole checkin process from beginning to end with clarity.
Clearly marked after hours drop off for the truck keys. Had to really search for it when I returned the truck.
Give the manager a raise for handling his customers with excellent service.ðŸ‘😷
Gas tank was not full. I was told if I returned the truck on Sunday by 5:00 I would be charged two days and was charged three days. I would like a call back
Very pleasant and professional customer service
Nothing everything was great they made my reservations then they had my equipment ready and they were kind and courteous.
The truck had one headlight and while the brake lights and turn signals on the trailer worked, the regular lights did not so the trailer could not be seen from behind which was incredibly dangerous at night and/or in the rain. I did not feel safe and had to adjust plans for the second day of my journey to accommodate for these issues after experiencing sheer terror driving a costal highway in the dark the night before.
You need more workers.
The gm was rude and not helpful.

I made my reservation online, and when I got there everything had been changed and I was charged over double. The staff were rude and disrespectful. My overall experience with your company was so horrible that I will not use your company in the future as well as telling everyone I know not to use your company.
Very nice counter help as well as on the return side. Professional and friendly service.
The location is efficient. The only thing is the guy receiving the truck could use a happier,customer-centric attitude. He seemed like he thought I would dispute the charges or read them out like I couldn't pay the bill
I cannot think of any improvements. There was a line ,on a saturday morning but everyone was pleasant. Especially the uhaul staff.
Keith helped me out and was great to work with. I'm actually looking forward to my next Uhaul experience!!
Excellent customer service, from the phone call I made needing to adjust my pick up time to on site pick up. Calvin assisted me great attitude, professional polite and patient! The was another gentleman when I dropped off the Uhaul unfortunately I didn't catch his name but he was quick on the service and had me in and out quickly very professional and friendly as well. I will definitely be returning for future needs. Thank you. Monica Gomez

I reserved a trailer with a ramp. That trailer was rented to someone else. Either rent something else or wait until one comes available. I rented something without a ramp and had to improvise. The female that helped me at check-in, provided excellent customer service.

Make your invoices easier to read - I told the representative I did not want insurance or anything extra, but when I received the invoice I was very confused trying to read through it and it took some time for me to be sure I was not charged for anything I did not want.
Vehicle dirty and chick in took forever
Always a pleasure to work with the men and women at this location! It's the only uhaul location that i will recommend in and around Vallejo!!

On the return, the 2 guys that checked me in were so nice, that I could not believe it. I thought it was above & beyond!!

All of the gentlemen that were on shift were very helpful and very friendly.
I got a phone call, don't know who she was. np.ot one of regular girls, threatening to fine me $150 extra if I did not have truck in by 8am. This was at 510pm. I had been extending by the day. The truck was about 2/3 full. Storage clises at night. Needless to say wasted a lot of eff crt and time and upon returning truck there was a lot full of trucks. The local people weretheir usual helpful professional selves. Don't understand why I was treated this way.
Very professional service from the Vallejo branch.
There are no more ICU beds in the Bay Area. No one can afford to get covid right now. the person who checked me in had his nose hanging out over his mask which Is just like not wearing a mask at all. I was very uncomfortable and kept having to back away from him.

staff there was the most positive. I was a little worried about the location and security but after talking with staff felt better. Asst Manager Calvin was super helpful with good customer service.
Nigel at the Vallejo store and Belinda in east bay scheduling get 5 stars. U-boxes not available as scheduled on either end. Nigel and Belinda were the only of 20 U-haul staff that took care of biz.
