I have rented trailers from this location many times, and never had an issue until this last time., They did not have my trailer and wanted to send me to Campbell, a 30 minute drive away. This was not possible in Friday traffic for my school group, so we had to rent a truck instead, significantly increasing our cost. Really crappy. I would like a $50 credit to make up for our inconvenience as you did not honor our reservation.

We rented 10ft U-haul to help my parents moving on 10/5/2019, total miles we are used 39 miles according to Google map. We were not planning to pick up the furniture from San Jose in the beginning, so estimate 10 miles. Since my want want a sofa, we tripped to San Jose to get sofa for him, so The mileages were increase to 39 miles. However, the U-hual charged us 140 miles, 100 miles are over charged. When we drop off the car, the guys told us will email us the receipt, does not told us to check the mileage. The following is our trip route: 1) 2 round trips from 130 crescent ave, sunnyvale, ca 94087 to 233 carroll st, sunnyvale, ca 94086 2) 1 round trip from 233 carroll st. sunnyvale, ca 94086 to 2185 orlando dr. san jose, ca 95122 Our gas receipt is $10.26, 2.480 gal. According to Google search, "The 10-foot U-Haul gets 12 miles per gallon, with a 31-gallon tank (using unleaded fuel)". I want to U-haul refund me 100 miles over charge.

Even though I opted for mobile pickup option, the van which was assigned to me was already given to someone else.. this is something U-Haul have to improve.. doesn’t know whose fault this..

I got the vehicle with full fuel and I barely used 5 miles but before returning it , I filled the gas it took 2 gallons so I think u haul is not loyal and might not refer anyone again . Great experience and what more good about it is that , it happened with one more guy in front of me while returning so I don’t know how many of us getting misguide while you making money great.

Sunnyvale location should have customer parking, especially for those customers who have rented a vehicle. Trying to find street parking is difficult on El Camino Real.

The pickup location was not ideal for me, but I also understand that location is determined by availability of trucks. Ideally the location would have been closer to my home. The u-haul representative was friendly and courteous.

The fuel level in initial contract is different with the actual. I only drove cargo van for 45 miles highway and I did refueled 4 gallons, but I got charged for additional gas.
