I brought the truck back with the exact same amount of fuel as when I left and the very rude gentleman insisted that I get charged for fuel which I feel was very unfairTHAD P.
Although I have a good review for what was asked above have to say though, scheduling uhaul service is a bit confusing, and there changes of locations originally scheduled that happens on the uhaul side without first checking with is customers.CELSO S.

I had a great experience both when talking to the staff on the phone and when dealing with them in person at the store. My early-morning check-in went super smooth thanks to the young woman running the desk and the young man who helped me disconnect my trailer when I returned it in the evening was super competent, knowledgeable and personable. My drop off time was confirmed by two individuals (including the manager) for a certain time, and yet this location still managed to charge me for an extra day when I turned in my rental. I'm not sure if they charged me to see if I wouldnt follow up and check the receipt? Regardless, it was unethical and will look elsewhere if I need these services in the future.RYAN N.

When I made my reservation, there was NOTHING that told me my truck would not be made available. It wasn't until I called (NOT UHAUL CONTACTING ME) 5 hours before my scheduled pick up that I learned there would be no truck for later that day. It wasn't until I told them I'm pregnant and NEED a moving truck as my help is scheduled to be there at noon, that they finally said they could check another location. I ended up having to drive more than twice as far as the original location for a truck almost half the size of what I reserved. For a $10 difference, I could have saved that in time and mileage by having the actual truck I reserved ahead of time. When I got to the new location, the staff was rude and didn't care at all about what had happened. I also ordered 2 dollies and only got one, so I had to call AGAIN to make sure I wouldn't be billed. Then when I went to return the truck, there was nothing that clearly stated key drop off box, nor did it look like the picture on the app. I tried knocking on the door for help (I saw 2 people about 15 ft away who just looked my way and ignored me) and had to circle the building a few times before I found a tiny slot in a garage door that said key drop off in small writing. Then as I was driving away, one of the 2 men who ignored me came outside to smoke a cigarette and started asking my boyfriend what he was looking at and flicked him off. This entire experience was terrible and I will NEVER use or recommend Uhaul again!!!!PATRICIA S.

I would like to say that the gentleman who helped could not have not done any better . He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant . He helped me estimate which plan would be the most cost efficient and helped me with the app . In this time of worker shortage he should be recognized as good employee at the earliest convenience . After a 15 minute wait, then having to upload my drivers license again. I was given a key and told to go find my truck. After wandering the lot for 10 minutes, I finally see the truck, it was boxed in and in the back of all the other trucks. So I have to go back and get someone to help. I was 45 minutes late to start my move. Upon returning my rental. I did self check out and that was easy, except when told to drop the key in the drop box, it was no where to be found. I searched all around the building for 10 minutes and there's no place it could have been without seeing it. I'm extremely frustrated with your company and will never use your service again you just waste my timeJOSHUA M.

I had a super bad encounter at the white bear ave maplewood location, and I was very tempted to NEVER use UHAUL ever again, then I was referred to the university ave location, and the service, friendliness. and attitude was unbelievable, I was greeted With a smile, and empathy from what I had just experienced from the other location was so much that I left there smiling, from the counter guy to the worker I believe was Taveon (?), I will always go to that location even though it is really far from my house. Those guys who worked yesterday went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of, these two guys should receive a GREAT BIG PAT ON THE BACK, these two gentlemen represented UHAUL, like they were one of the owners of the company, they were very cheerful and polite. Make sure there are locks on the 10 ft truck - our door opened unexpectedly. We didn't lose anything so all was ok. Mentioned it to manager when we returned and he explained U-Haul was aware and working on this. I would also like to say my experience was excellent all around. Grneral Manager Mattie's intake was friendly and efficient. We really appreciated the flexibility as we not only had to change our pick up date, but extend our return time. Lastly, the ret7rn manager was welcoming, kind and efficient as well. This was truly a cost-effective great experience. I will be back. IdBRENDA S.

Stressing that costumer DO NOT PARK IN THE ENTRY. I'm not sure what would help, because I saw that in the disclaimer on the website when doing drop off. But if there was another way to make it easier it should be explored. I had to navigate around 6 trucks because they were parked up to the street. Other than that, nothing to comment onCLARK R.

The regional scheduling person was clueless about inventory at this location. I was told I couldn't get my trailer until late afternoon because it was being used by another family. When I got to the location, there were two of the same trailers siting there, and had bee there for days. This caused me a almost a full day delay in my trip. Avoid the regional people and talk directly to the location - if you can.DONALDKRAMER C.

The communication systems are so archaic. It took these workers forever to figure out â€œis this car hereâ€ â€œdid we get your orderâ€ and that is a lack of insight from ownershipâ€¦ by pinching pennies and being short sightedâ€¦ there are so many tools and technological advances that exist to increase efficiency. But no one has the oversight to recognize that. Thank you to the people who helped me!!COLTON F.
