The trailer I rented had broken car parts, shattered windshield glass and engine oil all over the floor when I arrived. They swept most of the parts and debris out before I left but the oil was still over the entire floor. I found this out as I was pulling a large refrigerator onto the trailer and slipped. The fridge fell in front of me and luckily I wasn't hurt and the fridge didn't get damaged. If I was two steps closer to the front of the trailer, the fridge would have fell on me.JERRY M.

Avg rating wasxdo to the difficulty of using the app to check in return at end of rental. Played with app for 35 min and still couldn't get it to work.The people at the store where good. The on - line Customer Service was only ok. The qas no truck in the size i needed at the U hak closest to my home. On line Customer Service person could just tell me what other locations did have the size I needed, found that odd I had to get e her towns to help track one down.JOHN R.

I was relocated to another location and was required to pay another $20 to bring the vehicle there and back. The location was unwilling to do anything to make up for the unjustified costs and was not very understanding in general. Vehicle was in good shape and drop off was easy.KYLE W.

The dolly seemed dirty. Maybe you should clean equipment. I did not even use it. Upon returning the dolly, the woman was on her cellphone. Not sure if it was for the return or texting people. I'm disappointed. I also think it's not fair that my drivers license was required to rent a dolly n feel very uneasy that the woman took a picture of it in her cellphone. I want that removed. Lower your rates,$109 to rent a truck to drive 3 miles is absolutely not praise worthy for recommendation. I'll do everything in my power to not have to rent from uhaul because if this issue.ROYEN N.
Last time ever using Uhaul. Truck was not at the location. Had to pick up 25 minutes away which took my expected mileage from 6 to 30 which then I had to pay for and pay for the fuel. How does this make any sense? Truck was also filthy inside and was not swept out. They also only had the 15 foot truck and not the 17 that I reserved. Person at the counter was not apologetic, thankful for the business or even nice for that matter. Ill never use Uhaul again and I'm sure this feedback will just go into a file and nothing will come from it.SHAWN H.

Why was there only one clerk working on a Saturday morning? I was there 5 minutes before my reservation, had checked in online in response to multiple messages saying that it would make my rental pick up fast, only to wait in line for 25 minutes (half of which was the one clerk outside helping a customer hook up a trailer).Robert M.

I arrived to pick up my truck as scheduled. My reservation was for 9am on Sunday. When I was being checked in, the person helped me confirmed that I had a furniture dollie reserved. When she checked for the dollie, she said they didnt have one, but I could BUY one!!!! She then said I could drive to another UHAUL location 5 miles away to pick one up if I chose to, but it would be counted on my mileage. When driving the truck, the visor fell out of the ceiling of the truck, almost blinding my while driving. When I checked the truck back in, I told the girl about the visor and she said..."oh yeah, I guess they didnt fix it".Patrick M.

When I arrived to the location/ picking up the truck the customer service rep said they did let have a truck available after I called and made my reservation there . I specifically called there and made the reservation. Person on the phone who took the call said somersault location was the pick up location . When I get there for a good 30 minutes / waste of my time had to call and figure out what was going on until they finally said some lone cancelled and they had a truck for me. So pretty much I would've had to call another location and hoped they had a truck after I made a reservation which would've caused me not to move yesterday .DAVID R.

don't include other accessories zip tied into the truck if i didn't include that in my rental order. it took up space in the truck and we couldn't move it since it was zip tied and we didn't want to be charged for it by cutting them offEdward L.

Initially I called this location 6 times and was put on hold for as long as 10 minutes without reaching anybody. Fortunately for me I was headed to the facility anyway and once I got there we were able to complete the rental.WILLIAM D.

Not call me the day before a move to tell me you don't have a trailer for me. I was driving to Nashville from Philadelphia. Lost our jobs and had to move to Nashville. Made a reservation for a move 2 weeks before our moving date. Day before I got a call that our trailer we reserved wasn't going to be available, but that we could get one that was 1.5 hours away. There was no way to drive 3 extra hours, pack the trailer and drive to Nashville that same day! A U-Haul Rep ended up finding us a 10 foot truck in place, which was a saver. Though we incurred ~$100 in additional gas cost and $20 in toll fees. Trying to move out of a city is already hard enough, and I planned every bit of it, but U-Haul added additional stress to the move when it should have relieved the stress!Jon L.
