We booked our truck for contactless pickup via the uhaul.com site; however when we went to pick it up the site was not working for us. Since it was before the Sharonville store opened, we called the 1-800 number but were on hold for over 15 minutes. Brian Stumpf saw us struggling and got us in to our truck quickly. He really went above and beyond for us and because of our good experience with him I would recommend this location to others.Christopher G.

Van was clean, but someone had applied something like Armor All to the mat inside the van floor. Fell twice inside the van.Nathan K.
Could not get mobile pickup or dropoff to work. Wouldn't recognize either my phone location or the bar code that I tried to scan several times. I arrived for dropoff at 7:03 and waited a few minutes. Manager opened office door to show customers where their truck was located but didn't acknowledge that I was there. When I checked the office door, he had locked it. I couldn't find where to drop the key because it was in a garage door that was open. Finally found a maintenance person to take my key but I was never able to check in. I'm fairly certain that I was charged for significantly more miles than I drove (charged for 130 miles but only filled 7 gallons of gas) but can't prove it because I was not able to check in and didn't record my mileage.Robert M.

Redo the return process. Don't have customers stop at door, but park the truck/trailer past that door (where you keep them anyway) and then have them complete the return process (online or in person). Much more straightforward.John B.

The pickup truck we rented was great. When paperwork was completed at the counter we checked out the truck and found that it only had 3/4 of a tank fuel. We went back to the counter to report the discrepancy since we were expected to return the truck with the same amount of fuel we left with. The person at the counter said he could not make the change in the computer but wrote a note on our paperwork with his name. He instructed us to leave the paperwork on the dash so when it was checked in we would not be charged for the 1/4 of gas missing since it was not full when we picked it up and it was not full when we dropped it off (3/4 full). We did as instructed upon drop off since it was after hours. I received our receipt via email and saw we were charged $25 for the 1/4 tank of gas. We tried contacting U Haul to report the discrepancy via telephone and after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes we hung up. Tried calling again on another day and same experience, long hold time. I would greatly appreciate it if a U Haul representative would contact me so this matter could be resolved. U-Haul Contract 95875053.James N.

The back door was extremely difficult to close and needs grease/oil. It took two people to close it. The ramp was also difficult to put up and could also use grease/oil. Both were rusted.Krista S.
Calling this truck one of two 20' ers Or the one that had to have the gas on full when returned. Not really any issues to report as far as I know the truck ran great The lady who checked us in very nice didn't get very many peoples names I also met Jeff was the last and only name I did get. He helped me out when I returned the truck I forgot something in it and I came back for it and told I felt a large knife 25â€ in the truck write away he started helping me look for it he is very polite and nice about it anyways another person had checked in the truck and found it and set it aside. He prepared to wait on the phone if you have a call I made it back from Colerain all the way to the Sharonville location before someone answered the phone and then I found out the phone number listed on my paperwork for Sharonville is a national call centerRobert T.
