Several things went wrong, but the team went above and beyond to make it right. The part did not come in on time, but the manager DROVE to another location to get one. I was impressed that they made me whole.

Mark BishopVery bad experience. I would not recommend U-Haul at all for the following reasons: 1st, you won't let one person reserve the trailer online and have another person pick it up for you. 2nd, You wasted our time during trailer pickup (it took almost an hour to get checked out). 3rd, Your lot guy smashed my son's hand by carelessly grabbing the safety chains when my son was already in the process of placing the trailer on the hitch. 4th, the rear trailer latch and door was very hard to open and close. 5th, there is no tongue jack on the trailer so you cannot take a loaded trailer off the hitch! The best thing you can do for the next customer is go out of business because your service sucks!

Scott SmealPoor customer service - had to go into the yard to search for the vehicle myself. Found it in the mud with 3 trucks surrounding it (as far away from the office as possible). I was given a bag of quilts to drag out there which I had to drag all the way back because I couldn't move the truck. Then had to wait to get a new truck assigned because 'they couldn't find the right keys to move the other trucks'. The agent had no idea where the trucks were parked, just sent out there to search for it (wasn't even told were to find the truck number). Then found that the new truck did not have the standard bag of quilts in it so I had to walk all the way back to the office to get that. (All of this had to be done BEFORE is spent 2 days moving an entire Houshold). I think it is poor business to receive a rental with a half of a tank of gas and expect it to be filled back to a half of a tank. You should try refilling a huge tank to only half full alone. The gas gauge is on one side of the truck and the tank is on the other. Rent the trucks with a full tank of gas. Late night drop off is a joke! It took over 40 minutes to complete. After a long, long weekend of moving, who wants to go through that process. Next time, I will seek out a company that is more customer centric.
Jim KovacWas a slight smell in the van but that's more the other customers fault, not the location. Parking lot is set up badly, should be redone so people can get in and out easily and have someone to park that isn't blocked in with rental equipment half the time.
Leah SchroederWe were waiting over 10-15 minutes for the app check in, I went inside and had to wait another 20 minutes this entire time my reservation could not be completed and there was no communication what was happening. They ended up canceling my original reservation and made a new one without saying anything until I asked why there were two reservations. The location itself was extremely filthy inside and out. The parking lot was very crowded and had to wait a long period to get off the lot. The employees made me feel uncomfortable cursing very loudly at the counter right in front of my child. We did not get clear instructions on how to properly return the rental. The entire experience was honestly really bad all around.

After the uHaul software switched our pick up location to a new store that didn't support contactless pick up AND didn't open for ~2 hours after our pick up time, I was transferred to U-Haul of Sharonville. Jamie was able to get us our reserved equipment quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely refer any northern Cincinnati resident to this shop.
