Not sure. Mirror where not to be set in a normal way. Guy had to show me how he with lots of force was able to set the mirrors. That only became clear afterwards. Upfront I did not want to use so much forse. You don't want to break things. Also, most annoying, starting the truck was a disaster. Sometimes had to try it about 10 times before it worked. There was something wrong with the safety combination of holding the brake and being able to turn the key. I'm used to someone walking up with me to a rental to check it; I like that much more then the text link that is sent for that purpose. It's do it your self and also kind of "we hope you don't like to do it, so we don't have to deal with it." Not good. Thank you.Jozef J.

The return experience was confusing and unpleasant. I waited per instructions. A grumpy man came and checked the truck, he wasn't communicating, I asked if I could leave and he said yes, but I had no paperwork or understanding of what was going on.Justin C.
Forget even trying to call this location. I tried calling multiple times over the course of a day to reserve a unit. The phone just rings and rings until the national call center picks up. Now I'm forced to reserve online where the Uhaul site literally forces you to click through SIX ADVERTISEMENTS to get to the final page where they want you to upload a picture of your driver's license (just trust you right?) Then, when going to pick up the unit, there was no one to be found inside the store (phone ringing off the hook). Turns out all the workers were hanging out talking outside. When I approached one with my reservation, he told me to "go inside and someone will check me out". A full 20 minutes later someone sauntered in lazily to check me out. Next, the truck was filthy and smelled like smoke. Typical for this location. Once complete with my work. I tried returning the truck only to find not a single soul in the store or on the lot to return the truck to. I left it with the keys in it and went about my day. They didn't check the truck in for hours, as I finally got an email four hours later. This location and company is proof that you can only make someone work just hard enough to not get fired. This location is pox upon Uhauls name, and a nightmare for those of us who need to rent a truck occasionally. If this was not the only location near our pickup I would never use them again. So much so that I warn my friends and family to go somewhere, anywhere else. Please go elsewhere for your rental needs.Glenn G.

Customer service was great and very timely. The only negative I would say is the strong smoke smell in the vehicle that was not pleasant. At the same time I had a whirlwind of experience of during move tearing a tendon and then having my facilities guy get the truck back only to find out they locked key in car in the on position. I feel horrible about that and apologize for the stress and inconvenience that this has caused. I appreciate your help as if it could go wrong yesterday it did. This location was very clean and again the service was great and definitely would recommend to others to use.Jeffrey O.

The attendant was odd. Very sarcastic in a poor attempt to be funny. Fail. The truck we were assigned was in dire need of repairs. The transmission was loud when trying to shift, axle popping at times while making turns and the truck would jerk occasionally upon acceleration. I'm just glad we made it back to the site safely.Natosha M.

We didn't receive the furniture dolly and had to request a refund which was received. The trailer I picked up had a the u-bolts come off the axle sleeve that holds the axle to the trailer. This caused a 3.5 hour delay on 11/27 in Kentucky.ANTHONY G.

the only drawback was the dropoff on Saturday afternoon - it seemed like there was only one person working at about 230 PM to check in returns - and the line was backed up out onto the street as people were waiting to check in.William M.

Every car hauler I've rented has had wheels which are out of balance. This is particularly annoying when traveling on roads where the speed limit is around 55-65 mph where these unbalanced wheels have the worst vibration.Raymond C.
