My husband and myself where in a huge predicament and in need of a in town 26 foot truck the other day, there where none available anywhere when we where looking. This location went above and beyond to help us get a truck for the day and I am so thankful to her. Will be using this location again.

I selected no "safe move" features...but the credit card terminal malfunctioned...so the new person in training used my credit card to enter the rental information. I again declined the "safe move"...but now I should have looked closer...it appears I was charged $28.00 for "safe move plus" which is why I will question using this place again.

Everything was OK... except the gas tank was only 7/8 full on pick up. This makes it a pain on return to make sure I don't overfill, or get charged for gas by uhaul at higher rate. As it was, at gas station I filled, checking several times to get to 7/8, then drove 1/2 mile back to uhaul, and gauge continued to rise all the way to full by the time I got to uhaul. I think I put in 5 extra gallons than I used! The rep when I returned said they don't fill tanks because of theft/siphoning of the gas overnight. To me this is a lame excuse! This does not avoid a problem, it makes it a customer problem vs a uhaul problem. Locking gas caps are cheap! I picked up after hours, otherwise I would have talked to local rep during pickup. It seems an easy way for customers to either overfill or be charged for gas. I used this location 2 years ago for rental drop off and all was fine. I will avoid in future because of this poorly disguised way (to me) to get customers to overpay for gas usage.

I have used Uhaul many times is different part of the country. I have never had a bad experience with them. Many of the uhauls I have been to are under staffed resulting in longer wait times. When I wen to the SeaTac Uhaul I didn’t have to wait in a line because there we three people working. I was able to pick up my truck in minutes.

Probably shouldn’t advertise pick up trucks for 19.99. May as well add mile charge too. Drive 50 miles. More like $100!

We will never use U-Haul again. Your employees were great, that's not the issue. How about hiring an IT person. After a long, long day of moving we spent half an hour TRYING to return the truck on line, only to read that if we wished to speak to a real person, it would cost us an additional $20. Screw your greed. AND I drove the truck less than 20 miles, put $30 of fuel in it to bring it back to the quarter tank it had when we picked it up, and you charged me an additional $60 for fuel. Again, screw your greed.

Great location. Quick and simple. Picked up truck pretty fast. Miles can add up so check math before renting to make sure it’s the right thing for your needs. I just needed to move 8 miles. More economical than a rental car. There is no parking at the lot, maybe Uber to pick up. staff was friendly and gave me a few tips. Welcoming and polite on return. Would use this place again if needed.

The cabin was very dirty and needed to be cleaned. No attention to detail. It was old and weathered. Good A/C though.
