Horrible experience from front desk to truck breakdown hours on phone no resolution took 2 days to what should have been 6 hours. Run in with storage mgr. due to transmission fluid all over lot truck did not lock all my things overnight in open lot only to be unloaded into another truck I had to get to be unloaded into storage. When the door on our trailer became stuck before we left the location we were moving from, we called the Roseville/Gratiot location - they dispatched someone in about 40 minutes and fixed the problem immediately. Much appreciated!Shawna G.

The first truck had a flat tire they gave me. The second showed it had 3/8th tank of gas. In reality it was on empty. I drove 8 miles and had to put gas in it. When I dropped the truck off no one cared about the gas even though I returned it with 3/8th of a tank like I was supposed to. Very disappointed.Doris B.

Both of the back tires were close to being bald on the cargo van that I rented. This resulted in a flat tire that required road side assistance and caused me to run over an hour behind in my schedule. The van should never have been rented out with the tires being in such bad condition. Very disappointing.JOHN DANIEL O.

Provide a truck in good repair. Bad suspension, too much play in the steering wheel, broken orange head lamp, tons of body damage and poorly working power steering when driving slow or at a stop. This last issue made maneuvering in tight spaces very tough with a 26' truck.sherry G.

The best recommendation I could give to make this location better is to make more parking spaces available for customers. it is a small lot and very confusing when you pull in. We, and everyone else there, ended up parking in "designated" spaces for rental vehicles that were empty. Otherwise they were fast and courteous.Lawrence C.

I ordered the furniture pads because I was moving wood and they didn't put them in there and I didn't realize it until I got to the pick up. Because I didn't have any padding, there's now a huge chunk missing on the corner of an antique wooden dresser.Jillian L.
Was double charged. Charged through an online reservation 216$ and then when I went inside and informed them I had made a online reservation they proceeded to change a few charges for me and then charge me again inside the store for a new amount. Now I have fhe online charge and the in store charge on my bank account for a 1 time use. Will be disputing original online charge for the wrong amountderek O.

We pay a rental for truck for 24 hrs. If we say we will only have it for 6 hrs and we have it longer then there should be no charge if we let you know. Also we pay mileage. There should be at least a 5 or 10 mile grace. We should not have to pay for the mileage when we pick it up or for just bringing it back. Give a few miles off the total miles we had it.joseph A.

Picked up the truck they guy was fine. When dropping it off the girl was rude. The paper they gave me for gas was wrong. Tank was on empty when I fill it up put 20 gallons in and that put it half way. That doesn't make sense in a 57 gallon tank.Jonathan F.

UHaul application was unreliable, took three attempts to get license entered. Property had to cancel the reservation and treat as a walk-in as their system should hang and was unable to complete the rental from the reservation. Pictures made to correct vehicle inside and outside condition were not retained. Inside of truck was dirty and smelled of smoke. Fuel level was incorrect. Check-in took a long time to complete as well. Fuel amount correction made at rental checkout/checkin was not corrected at the time of invoice.STEVEN S.

I was GUARANTEED an auto transport at this location (UHaul called me 3 days in a row to confirm) and they did not even have a auto dolly! I had to drive 16 miles OUT OF MY WAY to get a dolly, (still being told I only had 366 miles to use on my remtal) after being told at the location I would have the auto transport! Honestly, I probably will find another moving company to haul my items than to use UHaul againâ€¦ It was nothing but a mess to move statesâ€¦ Maybe instate is better? But I wouldn't knowâ€¦Brandi G.
