When I picked up the truck, there were three guys working. None of them offered to pull the truck up front for me, or remove the "rent me" sign in the windshield of the truck. There was 1/16th of a tank of gas left, it said 19 miles until empty upon my driving off the lot. So the very first thing I had to do was get gas. I mentioned this to the manager who was signing out the vehicle, and he said they would give me a discount if I brought back the vehicle with more fuel then it left with. When I returned the vehicle they in accurately recorded the amount of fuel I had brought back . There was no discount offered even after I mentioned what he had said just a day earlier. During our conversation, I related an experience I had at another U-Haul location. He proceeded to bad-mouth that store telling me nobody knew how to run it. He then said the store that he what's currently operating, had been neglected for 10 years and that he had to fire several people upon his arrival 2 weeks ago. I'm a business owner myself, and this would never be information I would share with a client or customer. Given these circumstances, I'll be certain to not use U-Haul again in the near future. Also, having four kids who will be buying or Selling Houses soon, I will definitely recommend to them to look elsewhere for a moving truck company.

Well i orginally reserved a uhaul at one location and they let me down. Luckily u haul is on top of their game and got me another one right away but i had to go out of my way to get it. U haul needs to make sure whomever is representing u that they are also on top of their game.

The driveway is terrible for one. But I was double charged for my rental. When I came to get the truck and trailer, I was charged and paid the rental price and ten theoretical miles (110$)with the understanding that the milage would be adjusted after return. When I returned the equipment I did a night drop, and I was charged the rental charge again with the milage(140$). So I was charged 240$ for a 140$ rental.

Everything was great! The girl who helped me was polite and professional while at the same time relaxed and friendly. The pickup did not take long.

Equipment had dry rotted tires, there was not a side on the trailer that wasn't hit. The person helping me had HUGE attitude problem presumably because of the vehicle I was driving "yeah, he's taking the trailer with that big shiny truck". He had this same attitude problem helping the person in front of me. Some training to correct this issue would help him tremendously. This was the first and last time that I will visit this location. I'd rather drive 45 minutes out of my way than deal with the employees at this location and I believe the person helping me was the manager of the location.

I was not informed or quoted that there was a $20.00 "after hours service fee"  I could have easily returned this vehicle before 5:00 p.m. but did not make any effort to do so since I was told I could bring it back any time and check it in on line.  I arrived at the U-Haul location at 5:07 and my phone battery was dead so tried checking it in at home and the web-site did not have this feature (had to be from a mobile device).  I will dispute this charge as I was not made aware of it at your rental location.  Your trucks advertise 19.95 all over town and $67.00 is what I ended up being charged (quoted 39.00 based on estimated 30 miles and actually drove 39) . They also noted the fuel as "full" . It was a needle width under full and I had to put 5 gallons of fuel in to actually fil it because the indicator needle goes 1/8 past Full, which I could not possible have known. So this 2-1/2 hour rental to move a piece of furniture cost me over $80. I feel seriously "scammed". I will not use U-Haul again.

Location is difficult to enter and exit due to express exit runs past the entry to property entry

I used the van. The pick-up took about 5 minutes. The inside was clean and ready to go. The outside had been on a recent road trip and was dirty and bugs all over the windshield but that didn’t bother me at all. Drop-off took about 3-5 minutes. The van was perfect for my needs. Great easy experience, I’d recommend and will use in the future if needed.

The 2 guys working were knowledgeable, professional, polite, and helpful. Initially, I had difficulty finding an unfilled customer parking spot, as they are very limited at this location. I also had a little trouble with the ignition not turning on the vehicle. Both employees immediately aided in resolving any problem. Overall, nothing to improve in regards to staff.

I have no complaints. The vehicle was clean and everything worked well. The cost to rent it was high but hey!!

The truck was clean and ran well, however the fan blower did not work properly, so we had to drive 2000 miles with minimal a/c and windshield defogging capabilities when it rained.
