I had van with lic. no. AE75737 - AZ The window crank on driver's side is broken. The SERVICE STABILITRAK light comes on the dash after driving on the highway for a while. The Tow Mode indicator is always on and I didn't know how to turn it off. Thank you for your attention to this!

This location is about the only uhaul sites that definitely is only one location that the employees are happy and friendly courteous, promptly no hassle waiting and employees that are very happy to assist you. Thanks to the attendant who help on this rental I think his name was Alex. Good job 

Not my requested location, was forced here last minute, the trucks were poorly maintained had a horrible smell, were beat up, the staff was quite possibly the laziest I've ever met. Every little thing was always a finger point and someone else's job. So anything I needed to address was a let someone else deal with that. Utter waste of time and money. I hate uhaul with a passion

I don't like the fact that you tell us we'll get charged for gas if we don't return it at the say gauge, because you have to fill it up. But in fact you don't fill up the gas, and give the truck to the next costumer as is, so if I receive a truck with little to no gas it's going to cost us more miles to drive to the gas station and fill it up. We get penalized for not having the same amount of gas, but if we bring it back with more gas we don't get pro-rated.

I'm pretty annoyed that I got the truck with a 1/4 full tank of gas. How is anyone expected to “fill up the tank” to 1/4 full when they're done??? I had to guess at the trip mileage and I suppose I guessed wrong, even though I thought I put more gas in. Customers should be allowed to pick up a vehicle with the 3/4 off a a tank so they have an opportunity to fill it UP to the level. Leaving it at 1/4 makes it so your customers are more likely to give it more and save you money, costing your honest customers. I paid s charge for 2 gallons at tag the end, which I think is incorrect, but it's annoying. I shouldn't have to get gas twice for my move. Please fill up your trucks, especially since you just made me and other customers pay for it.

Uhaul should be proud of having Jesse Seals. He is very responsible and caring. He heard I was scammed by moving helpers and the scammers left two U-boxes in my place. He immediately took action and picked the boxes to his store which greatly avoided further loss (one box already got two tickets for inappropriate parking). I would suggest UHaul be careful to refer Movinghelp to your customers. I believe many people had good experiences, however, I also don't my horrible experience is an individual case. The experience reflected problems of collaborations between UHaul, Movinghelp, and Moving helpers.

Would have appreciated at drop off someone look over the truck with me so any issues could be resolved on the spot. Returned truck in same condition but bill states there was a “chip” which I know there wasn't or was missed during walk through. Too much trouble to dispute over phone or go back down.

I came to this location on Saturday to pick up my truck rental I ordered online and there was one worker. No greetings or acknowledgment. It started to come when there was a line forming and she continued ignoring everyone and continued pulling items for an order. It took at least 10 minutes for her to finally asked another worker to come help who were hiding in the back room. They were disrespectful over the phone when I asked for a time extension as well. Customer service here is terrible. You're better off finding a different location who are fast, customer-friendly, and provides an easy transaction for your order.

When a client reserves and checks in on their mobile to save time and not linger around other people in the lobby, the staff should take the 30 seconds that it takes to verify the mobile screen and had the key to them without making them wait 25 minutes and talking about them with attitudes to the other employees that are sitting in the side office . If she doesn't like her job then that's her problem, not the loyal customers.

I rented an Appliance Dolly, and I strongly recommend to please put dollies with tires facing up for customers no to get scared as I did. Every time I got to a red light and I step on the brake, even gently, the dolly hit the truck box and it sure scared me, specially the first time that happened I thought a car crash the back of the truck. Everything else, it was great.

My experience at this location was horrific. I had to wait almost an hour to get my rental vehicle. Staff were inattentive and incredibly rude. After the first 20 minutes of waiting I asked the employee at the counter if I was in the correct location to pick up keys for my reservation. The employee told me he didn't understand my question. I asked again. After several seconds he said "Yeah, I guess" and walked away. At no point did any of the staff working acknowledge the line of people waiting to be helped. It was only after the man in front of me in line spent several minutes walking around the entire facility looking for a staff member that a woman walked up to the desk and began assisting the people waiting. (I use "assisting" here loosely, as she made it very clear to everyone that we has disrupted her morning.) Returning the vehicle was almost as bad as checking it out. The manager of the location said he'd "be right with us" to check in the vehicle. He then walked a few feet away from us and spent a full 15 minutes chatting about his weekend with another employee. Only after we interrupted their conversation two separate times to explain that we needed to leave did the manager finally walk over to check in the vehicle. Avoid this location at all costs.

I was late in arriving for my rental, but had to wait while a tire was repaired. Also, the tight parking made me very uncomfortable in retrieving the large truck in a small turn radius. Staff were friendly and knowledgable.

The staff did not explain any of the extra fees associated with the rental. Simply explaining the cleaning fee and gas fee would have saved me $50. Instead, they just fined me at the end with no ability for me to clean the truck or add more gas. The overall experience was negative.

Robert and his supervisor demanded to charge me a $25 cleaning fee. They claimed that the truck was rented to me brand new. How would a pickup truck being rented out as brand new when scratches on body were found when I picked it up. Dust may he there but residuals from previous rental were also there. This is a way of ripping customers off and I certainly am very disappointed!

Employees initial wrong estimate of amount in gas tank, plus being told incorrect information on how to dispute it, led me to have to put 5 gallons of gas in your truck for driving 15.7 miles. Unless your trucks get 3 miles per gallon, you screwed me.
