I picked up the truck 30 minutes before closing and dropped off after hours. The owner helped answer some questions - didn't catch his name, but he was quick and efficient. I had some challenges with the app on my phone to document damage, for example. Sometimes the updates went through, and sometimes the app seemed to hang up and I lost information. That was very frustrating. Other than that, process was great.

I dropped off uhaul truck left it in uhaul parking, I received a receipt via email and noticed they charged my for a Crack in the window that wasn't there at the time of drop off. I would like this to be settled correctly. It did not have a Crack on the uhaul truck when I returned it.

Well.. for Rosemead, California location, not so much improvement is recommended, as far as my being a client, for sure!! More internal deficiencies, I'm not a U-Haul zone manager.. however, Rachelle, manager, n Rudy Diaz, I must say, very good with a + sign all around!! Cordial, knowledgeable, n have great attention n attitude, in being helpful!! Rachelle was awesome in her advisement, saving me time n money.. They changed pick up location from the one I scheduled. Spent time at the first location to find out I needed a different location. By the time I got to the Rosemead, they were very slow. Pushed back my whole day, then when I was a little late (naturally after starting later) got charged for a whole additional day. Will never use uhaul again.

I had van with lic. no. AE75737 - AZ The window crank on driver's side is broken. The SERVICE STABILITRAK light comes on the dash after driving on the highway for a while. The Tow Mode indicator is always on and I didn't know how to turn it off. Thank you for your attention to this!

This location is about the only uhaul sites that definitely is only one location that the employees are happy and friendly courteous, promptly no hassle waiting and employees that are very happy to assist you. Thanks to the attendant who help on this rental I think his name was Alex. Good job 

Not my requested location, was forced here last minute, the trucks were poorly maintained had a horrible smell, were beat up, the staff was quite possibly the laziest I've ever met. Every little thing was always a finger point and someone else's job. So anything I needed to address was a let someone else deal with that. Utter waste of time and money. I hate uhaul with a passion

I don't like the fact that you tell us we'll get charged for gas if we don't return it at the say gauge, because you have to fill it up. But in fact you don't fill up the gas, and give the truck to the next costumer as is, so if I receive a truck with little to no gas it's going to cost us more miles to drive to the gas station and fill it up. We get penalized for not having the same amount of gas, but if we bring it back with more gas we don't get pro-rated.

I'm pretty annoyed that I got the truck with a 1/4 full tank of gas. How is anyone expected to “fill up the tank” to 1/4 full when they're done??? I had to guess at the trip mileage and I suppose I guessed wrong, even though I thought I put more gas in. Customers should be allowed to pick up a vehicle with the 3/4 off a a tank so they have an opportunity to fill it UP to the level. Leaving it at 1/4 makes it so your customers are more likely to give it more and save you money, costing your honest customers. I paid s charge for 2 gallons at tag the end, which I think is incorrect, but it's annoying. I shouldn't have to get gas twice for my move. Please fill up your trucks, especially since you just made me and other customers pay for it.

Uhaul should be proud of having Jesse Seals. He is very responsible and caring. He heard I was scammed by moving helpers and the scammers left two U-boxes in my place. He immediately took action and picked the boxes to his store which greatly avoided further loss (one box already got two tickets for inappropriate parking). I would suggest UHaul be careful to refer Movinghelp to your customers. I believe many people had good experiences, however, I also don't my horrible experience is an individual case. The experience reflected problems of collaborations between UHaul, Movinghelp, and Moving helpers.

Would have appreciated at drop off someone look over the truck with me so any issues could be resolved on the spot. Returned truck in same condition but bill states there was a “chip” which I know there wasn't or was missed during walk through. Too much trouble to dispute over phone or go back down.
