preyas modiYoung guy who dealt with us was excellent. The middle aged woman beside him was very rude and unprofessional. She made his life hard and the experience uncomfortable. He was trying his best to move the line and provide customer service. She was loud and abusive to him in front of customers. She needs to be retrained or fired. I would lean towards fired.

sarah lejoureAfter I had the truck loaded, I could not start it. I called Roadside and they supposedly got a tow truck dispatched. I contacted Melanie here in Regina forty-five minutes later and she got one dispatched to my location. Once there, the truck driver couldn’t get it going either. After that, it took an hour to get authorization to tow the truck to my destination. All in all, three hours of my day was wasted. Through this all, Melanie here in Regina was great!!!! I would sure like a free rental for next time for my inconvenience.

What could be done towards improvement, perhaps when you know it is a busy time, have another staff on to assist with the line up. Other than that, I appreciate the service.

John BrittonI had a trailer reserved for a specific time to pick up. It took forever to get my trailer. The manager was on the phone arguing with someone (very entertaining) and trying to do 10 things at once and getting nothing done and the guy who was helping me get the trailer said it was in the back and we can't get it out and I said "no", we can get it out of we try and we did. The trailer was not ready to go as it had 3 or 4 inches of ice and snow in it so I took it to the car wash and spent $5 to clean it so it could be used to pick up a washing machine. Overall, this place was a gong show. If I was running this place I would provide service with a speedy check- in and have trailers with reservations lined up and ready to go. My experience was very poor and this location is not going to win any service awards anytime soon ..

lovepreet singhTruck was left half full of gas. Went to fill the truck back to half and the gauge wasn't moving. After putting $60 in I started it and it was just under half. Put another $30 in and then the gauge jumped past full. Trucks should not be given out without full tanks when the gauge is slow to respond.

Kim SebastianThe truck I was allotted had front grill damage, both doors were dinged up and it had a muddy interior upon pickup. No walk around was conducted, so I took pictures to ensure documentation. And after I drove out of the parking lot my dashboard read a low rear tire, so I had to drive around to find a working air hose. I ended up putting air in that rear tire TWICE while I had it. Upon checkin though...I received quality service with my concerns and nothing additional was charged to me other than my rental charges....OH! And apparently I received the WRONG truck at pick up. Go figure.

I don't fault this location specifically but the company overall for not ensuring things like this are repaired properly and promptly considering lights are a saftey requirement.

James McIlmoyltruck was damaged by previous rental top drivers side nose cap of box and driver side lower side panel. repairs were made to box nose cap at location as per rep. not sure but the collision may have caused the cab to be misaligned causing the passenger door to air leak quite loudly for the entire trip. Was survivable but constant and of coarse very annoying. all information was reported to and inspected by Penticton representative. Both Regina and Penticton representatives were a pleasure to deal with.

Salman NazirThe customer experience was the worst. Had to wait almost 45 minutes to get things done, and more than 6 other customers passed by. . No explanation of anything regarding the charges. The person did my work needs at least basic training. Another person had to literally jump in each step. And obviously they were busy with other customers, so i had to wait patiently until they done with others . Being the only U-Haul in the city this place literally leaves us with no choice.

Walid AllamMy car hauler rental was filthy. The wheel tie down strap channels which allow you to adjust vehicle wheel track width were frozen with ice and sand requiring a hammer and large flat head chisel to clean out the track only then allowing the then to slide. The straps and tie down strap mechanism were covered with sand and ice making the ratcheting impossible until they were cleaned. The crank mechanism to raise and lower the car hauler onto my hitch was also covered with ice and sand making cranking more laborious than necessary. I had my son with me and we had to assist the one working employee to move two smaller trailers to gain access to my rental. Not my job I’m here to rent your product which wasn’t cleaned or ready to use. Same one employee for whatever reason had to take all my information down for a rental which I had already paid for on line and had a reservation number. Two other employees where at the front desk doing god knows what when my rental should have been ready. It was a half hour late before I got out of there. There were three other customers behind me that those two other cowboys could have been helping but they chose to hide behind the computer and do “what”. Terrible service no actually no service. When we brought the trailer back we disconnected it under the canopy that is clearly marked for equipment returns but we’re told we had to put it back we’re we hooked it up from. We gladly declined and left it there for cleaning so the next customer didn’t have the same mess to deal with. Lucky for you guys that you’re the only player in town so you can get away with garbage like this. Would not recommend renting from this location but hey they all may be like this. As usual these review sights don’t allow a zero rating which is really what this store should get.
