The computer system was awful. I made a in person booking the day before because the website did not show the right inventory. When I went to pick up it took 30 minutes to process. The people were courteous but the tool or their use of it was awful.Scott L.

Truck wasn't swept out. Parking lot is so small and so condensed that the trucks are hard to get out and no one offered to help. The old man who was working by himself was rude and so slow that it took over half an hour per customer and there was a huge line up where more than one customer left before even being seenZachary P.

The wiring on the trailer needed to be fixed so I had to wait for that which wasn't a huge issue. The employees worked very hard and did a good job, however they were severely understaffed and had a hard time keeping up with the constant onslaught of customers (at least 12 in line consistently) making the wait time to pick up the trailer over an hour, even with me having everything filled out and paid for online before I showed up. A more efficient process may be helpful but I don't put any blame on the employees. I would've been losing my shit if I was one of them.Austin F.

There was confusion with the staff member who checked my fuel gauge. He indicated I should go to the gas station and put in MORE fuel so as not to incur a $33 fee of some sort. I spent $45 to get the fuel level to at least the same level as when I got the truck from the Moose Jaw location. The staff member then informed me he had made a mistake and apologized. I was also not impressed that, after being told there were no trucks available in Regina (upon booking two days prior), there were multiple trucks sitting at this location. Left me to wonder if I had made an unnecessary trip to Moose Jaw at extra expense to myself.Aaron B.

Mobile check-in took a long time and then we were still required to wait inside the store to receive the keys. In total, the pickup process took approximately 30 minutes. The store itself was not clean, and the truck had not been cleaned. A trailer was parked directly in front of the key drop slot, so we couldn't find it when returning the vehicle.Jennifer M.

More staff, better organized lot, cleaner vehicles. The first thing i did in this truck was go to adjust the rearview mirror. It was dirty and looked like someone had sneezed on it. The truck was very difficult to get out of the crowded lot. I had to climb in the passenger side because another van was parked less than a foot from the driver door. Only one staff member working the counter and she was on a personal call while 4 customers waited for her to help us. At drop-off, this same woman yelled at my boyfriend for driving into the lot to pick me up in our car. Drop off was much much easier as more staff were there at that time, but the lot was just so packed.Lacey F.

Equipment was great. Manager or female staff was grumpy and made me work during drop off as she said she had no help. I believe drop off should just be dropping off and having their personnel take care of the rest. Our time is valuable and me backing over a pick up with autotransport was never part of the plan. She even made me carry auto transport after making me drive /back it over! I usually don't write reviews but this should be addressed for your sake and safety of customers. I am a frontliner and i deal with a lot of negative people but this experience with an unprofessional staff is not a good experience and representation of uhaul.Marlo Eduardo Ii T.

The truck was dirty inside and hadn't been cleaned in some time. It had a strong odour of cigarette smoke in it. The mobile app didn't work very well as it wouldn't accept the pick up location and wouldn't accept Saskatchewan province in the address. Still had to wait in line for the keys. Checking in was a hassle as the app again wouldn't accept the location so I had to wait in line again to get a staff member to check it inRyan B.

I recently rented a pick-up truck (Contract No. 25439964) from U-Haul of Regina at 1535 Park Street, Regina, SK. I vehicle performed adequately, but I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the vehicle. The cab reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a smoke-free vehicle and the truck box was a mess. It obviously had not been cleaned since the last rental as it contained chicken bones, several roofing nails and miscellaneous other bits of debris. I was moving furniture and carpeting and had to clean the box before I could use it safely. Needless to say, given the condition of the vehicle, I will think long and hard before renting the U-Haul, and particularly the outlet, again.Laury N.

We booked a 20' truck and got stuck with a 26' foot truck which was an extreme inconvenience; it was way larger than we needed, and had to find someone to drive it for us because of the size. We were told we couldn't pick it up & drop it off at the closest location to us so we ended up paying more in mileage fees. Not a great experience.KIRSTEN P.
