Sign on the front door said that every customer had to wear a face mask. Two of the three employees in the store were not wearing masks. Double standard. Its people like this that are ruining my chances of getting a normal life again.

Terminate the employment of the female employee who commented to me that “she didn't have to rent to me at all” when I openly complained that the vehicle I rented online was not there to be rented and I could either drive 10 miles to a different Uhaul or just be happy with a box truck. She is essentially the face of unhappiness and misery. However she seemingly took great pleasure in saying “Look, I don't even have to rent to you at all.” Keep in mind She represents Uhaul, she speaks for you, customers interpret what she says as coming from Uhaul.

I've been sitting on hold for 40 minutes with this location. It's always empty so I'm not sure what is taking so long, but I was double charged and am frustrated from sitting on hold. Everything else was fine but this service warrants a 1 star review.

When I went to pickup my truck, the gal behind the counter was very unhelpful. She just gave me my keys and said the truck was outside, never offered to take me there. I went outside to find it but had to go back in and ask for help and she just pointed and that was it.

Staff was competent, but they tried to charge me for not folding moving blankets. I have rented many uhauls over my life and had not experienced that. Seemed like maybe they were trying to get out of having to do that or trying to make some extra money. Made the experience not great.

We initially reserved the truck at the Biltmore location on 26th and Indian School for 11:30. We waited an hour and were told they didn't have a 26 foot truck that we would have to drive out of our way the opposite location to the Scottsdale location to get the truck. This was a huge inconvenience as it was farther and was more mileage for us to pay not to mention our movers were coming at 1:30 so we had to rush to make it on time.

The females who work the front desk and do the drop off check are the rudest people. They act like you are bothering them by coming in. This the second time i used this location, same front desk female, and rude as always. I dont know why uhaul keeps sending me surveys, you dont do anything to improve. Attitude reflects leadership. Your CEO must be a real special one.

Robert and the team are always easy to work with and take time to express their appreciation for my business. They don't just hand me a truck. They are customer appreciation experts. I've rented a lot of trucks in the past. This location is the model that should establish the metric by which everyone is evaluated. They are the best!

Very very poor customer service. When my husband asked the woman at the desk who also took him to the truck to please wear a mask (we are in a vulnerable demographic) she said "sure, let me pull one out of my ass!" Then proceeded to continue her rude manner. Her name is Michaela Mendoza.

Please update your lists. The first place we went to turn in the trailer hadn't been a uhaul dealder in 8 years. This location never verbally informed me of the correct place to turn in the trailer. The next place scheduled to turn in wasn't a working phone number. The next two places we were told to turn in didn't want the trailer. Finally, I towed an empty trailer for 2-1/2 hours to a location in Arnold, MO.

Tried to use touchless pick up and nothing in the system could be pulled up at that location. The truck I rented had no fuel and needed to be filled up prior to use. Overall, it felt like I was inconveniencing the staff. This was surprising because I have been to your location at 40th and Camelback several times for various reasons and they have always been professional and eager to help.

I had reserved a 20' truck and was notified the day prior to my reservation that the truck was not available. I then scrambled between 3 U-haul locations to find a truck. The best alternative was a 15' truck which required me to make 2 round trips instead of just 1 trip. I was told that I would not be charged for the extra miles but I WAS. Extremely disappointed with my experience.

Got Pimped $20 after hours charge. Less than 10 minutes late, and they were still checking trucks in. You cannot justify paying rent for the day, Then 2/3rds the cost for 10 minutes. Go Budget!

I rented the truck for the face value of $19.95. After filling up the tank and returning the Chuck perfectly clean I was still charged $178. They charged me for 48 hours and 2 days of rental even though I was only about 3 hours late returning the vehicle. There was an additional charge for mileage that was the most exceptionally expensive piece. It was over $150. If I had thought the total cost of the rental was going to cost me $200 I would have made other choices and not gone with U-Haul at all

I have rented from this location for years and I have been well taken care of and happy with the experience.

Truck needs front end work. Head light loose. Didn't get for 24 hrs which I reserved. Checkin was a complete pain in the neck. My phone wouldn't allow location services, and had to use other phone, then had to take photos over and over as website keep resetting. It would have been faster checking in with a person, or just filling out a form and sticking it in the box. There was NO OTHER WAY to check in after hours.
