The trailer that I had a guaranteed reservation for was not made available to me when picking it up. Customer service had mistakenly ordered one that was illegal, unsafe, and would have been damaging to my car. I had to pay for a smaller, more expensive vehicle, unplanned mileage costs , and I was unable to complete my job which was now 3 hours behind schedule.. .. I have to pay again for 4 moving teams at 3 distant locations, and re-rent a trailer. I also was charged an extra $50 reservation fee, for not reserving the new vehicle ahead of time. The dolly I reserved and paid for was not supplied, creating further burden on logistics, time, and staffing. Before I consult a lawyer, please respond with how you will make this right. This was my furst time using Uhaul on my own. Upon arrival to pick up materials and make changes to my order I was aware parking was limited but it was not clear where to park. Store rep that passed by me on the way in did not greet me but came back and asked me to move tbe vehicle not pointing where. Store reps inside were not friendly. No one smiled or greeted me or iffered anything eles i might need tho i said on the phone i needed somone to help look around at things i need for packing and covering. No one offered to help roll my cart all the way to my car even tho I had a disabled parking tag. The next day I went back to get the truck. Again no one smile. Very dry. Guy at the desk straight up told me that the tape i wanted to buy was not good and that customers didnt like it. I.also told him it was my first time driving tje truck n i was nervous. He didnt show or explain anything about the truck or what to do upon return. Another guy gave me the key pointed out the truck and i was on my own. When I brought the truck back the parking lot was a cluster. I waited in line inside for no reason until someone outside came in and asked who was next ln returning 10ft. He asked fir the key and still didnt tell me what to do so i stayed inside. He came back got me out line and said the gas was incorrect. He completed the transaction on a phone or tablet charging me for the gas. And 88$ total even though i told him i only took one trip to the new place that was under 10 miles and back then back to the store. Overall very displeased with service and likely not use again unless absolutely only options. Certainly not a good value and 0 personality and customer service skills. It may as well be October all the time there cuz everyone was droopy and dry as skeletal bones.

My truck was having issues with the gas cap, the check engine light, and some cosmetic issues, but staff member Matt Ellis was amazing and they helped me with all my issues and concerns. It was not my best UHaul experience, but Matt made the whole ordeal much easier and provided excellent customer service.

We asked for a one way rental, but got booked for the same drop off location. I think the employee who helped us was overwhelmed and didn't know how to enter what we wanted into the software system.

We did not visit the store directly (answered "yes" to ?s) - but our UBox was delivered and picked up by this store. Drivers were awesome and very friendly - excellent maneuvering by the way! Thanks.

The staff at both facilities I dealt with in Phoenix and Shoreline were amazing!!! Both managers were fantastic and a special shout out to Julian Whalen in Shoreline, he was friendly and very helpful.
